Beautiful Ocean View & path to the beach

Newly renovated house overlooking the ocean.

Beds are clean and comfortable, TV and internet are available, and the view is spectacular.

The upstairs master has a King bed and magnificent view of the ocean. It also boasts a 75” television and an adjoining bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a partially obstructed ocean view.

The third bedroom has queen bed and a great view.

There is also an activity room that includes two twin beds

Pet Friendly. If you have a pet please let us know before you book so that we may give you an accurate quote.

Our pet policy is as follows:
Pet fee $25 per pet per night.
All pets must be well-behaved. Owners are responsible for any damaged caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the home unless you have brought a crate for them to stay in during those times. They are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We also kindly ask that you clean any dirt, sand, or water from their fur or paws before allowing them in the house. Please help us maintain the property, neighborhood and beach and ALWAYS pick up after your pet.

Wonderful stay! We were there for 6 nights, had great weather, and endless fun activities near by. Really enjoyed the ocean view from the back deck and upper bedroom. Also loved the trail down to the beach, it’s a fun walk through cool trees. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Cute, clean house. The heaters for the upstairs room were a little scary. The view is wonderful. Beach access is not easy, there is a trail but it is steep. There could have been directions for the remotes in the master suite. Overall not a bad place to stay!

The place is fabulous great view well laid out great showers will definitely tell others about it only glitch was parking we have very large diesel trucks and they are very tight in the space for cars there is ample space

Great, clean, comfortable and cozy beach house with stunning views located in a quiet neighborhood. Our 4th year staying here, a wonderful place to relax and take in the ocean views.

Holiday in April

This is a charming house with an outstanding ocean view especially from the upstairs master bedroom. We were able to enjoy many complex and yummy meals in the well stocked kitchen. We often find the kitchens in rentals very lacking but not here.Overall a wonderful stay.

The ocean views and layout of this home are great. We were very comfortable other than we needed to run the dishwasher after each meal. Our family was lucky enough to see whale spouts from the living space every day! The master bedroom could use windows coverings to reduce solar heating

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful. We watched whales from the deck for 3 days. The telescope was fun to use with all the boats and the whales. Our only complaint is the back deck needs to be repaired.

Beautiful view in a private location. Home has been updated nicely. A nice cozy feeling living & kitchen area. Stunning views from upstairs bedroom & awesome bathroom. Nice layout for just 2 or a larger group. Our 3rd year here!

Beautiful Oregon Coast Home

We spent a week in this lovely home. Extremely clean and comfortable. The view is incredible. We had an issue and the Owners were very helpful and friendly as it was resolved. Thank you for the opportunity of renting your home!

Great retreat

Brought the family joined by brother and mom. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the neighborhood and view. The walk down to the beach was a 10 min hike. Alternatively we could drive to the end of the road for easier access or if we were bringing a lot of stuff. Will definitely prioritize coming back again!

Great views very comfy!

The view from the Master Bedroom is AMAZING! Comfy furnishings, well appointed kitchen, lovely views. The telescope was a nice touch for watching the boats and looking for whales. You can't access the beach directly from the property, but there's a twisty path a couple of doors down, or you can walk to the end of the road for lots of easy beach access. Made for a great holiday with my family!

New years stay

Came out for a few days around the new year. Rain was in the forecast but the cabin was cozy and made for a great place to stay inside and watch the storms. Fortunately, caught some sun on the last few days allowing us to explore the beach below. Access was easy. Place was very clean with everything you’d need for a long stay. The manager was really responsive and helpful. Will stay again.

We love this place. The master upstairs is stunning (and the easiest place to spot whale spouts). It has a step-in shower in the upstairs master as well as main floor. Dishes available for anything we needed. Love the beach access. When feeling lazy, you can walk the footpath to the beach and have someone drive to pick you up at the car access in a leisurely 20 minutes.My dog enjoyed observing the bunny colony in the back yard.We brought our own deck chairs this time because the beachy weather keeps the provided ones damp, but dog towels are provided as well and couldbm be usedbm for this. Will book again.

Surfland Beach

We saw an Eagle who flew over daily and The view of the ocean from the house is absolutely fantastic! Inside the house is well appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pans, and a few staples. The house feels very private indoors and out, the neighborhood is well established, peaceful, and houses were spaced relatively far apart. While they were only two of us, the house could easily accommodate two families. We will definitely stay here again!!

A view to remember

This property does not disappoint. Beautifully renovated accommodations and views from every room. The primary bedroom on the second floor with floor to ceiling windows will take your breath away. Waking up to the waves on the beach was perfect. The attached primary bath was fabulous with 2 shower heads. The kitchen was the perfect size with all you need to make a homemade meal. Don’t hesitate to stay at this wonderful place. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Affordable Oceanfront Stay

It’s tough to find an oceanfront stay in this price range! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.PROS:-Incredible view-Reasonable price-4 bedrooms-Short walk to steep, scenic path to the ocean-Beds are comfortable—the master king and twin are memory foam (other might be too)-Remodeled kitchen and master bath are quite nice! -Kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking-Short drive to Newport shops-Quiet neighborhood, great for walking—good beach access with parking at the end of the street -Two full sized washer and dryers, with detergent!!-Big TVs in family room and master-Self check in -Easy navigation and parking for 3 cars-Minutes from the Newport Bay AquariumCONS:-No shades in upstairs master, so that room gets hot, even on a 50 degree day! The AC unit really helps and it cools down at night. But the summer sun will start waking you at 5 am! Bring your sleep masks!-Kitchen has little storage for food and too few plates -Some funkiness to the old house-Rough, unlandscaped yard-Steep path to the beach is unsuitable for elderly, but there is much better neighborhood beach access at the end of the street, maybe 1/2 mile away.

Great view and overall comfortable house

My family stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The house is nicely updated and very comfortable. The pictures don't show the 4th bedroom but it has 2 twin beds and was great as a kids room. We didn't use the other two downstairs bedrooms but they both had great space. The upstairs master was very comfortable and had a great view. This house is not on the beach but is about a 10 minute hike down a path with stairs. It was very doable, even with our 2 young kids but may be difficult for anyone that has trouble navigating a trail. Two things to note that would improve this property: - The master bedroom has huge windows with no window coverings so it was SO BRIGHT in the morning. We struggled to sleep well because of this. - The bar stools are VERY unsafe, especially for kids or people over 200lbs.

Can't beat the view

The home was perfect for our family. The layout is great with plenty of bedroom options on the main floor with two full bathrooms. The upstairs main suite is amazing. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend.
