Grande maison familiale avec 4+ chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, situé sur 0. 9 acres sur un chemin privé avec cul-de-sac. Il y a un grand parking sur place. Profitez de griller et de regarder le coucher du soleil sur le pont en acajou de 32 '. Ayant hébergé 8 enfants à ses débuts et 28 petits-enfants depuis, la maison est équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins en matière de cuisine et de divertissement. Il est situé de manière centrale pour toutes vos aventures au Cap et est facilement accessible depuis la route. 6 et 6a. Malheureusement, 4/5 chambres sont situées au deuxième étage, tout comme les deux salles de bain complètes. Nous ne pouvons donc pas accueillir les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Il y a des unités de climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage, mais la maison n'est pas équipée d'air central. Les chambres à coucher comprennent: 1 lit king size, 2 lits queen, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 lit jumeau XL, 1 lit double / lit double, un berceau complet et 1 sac à dos.

Very roomy--plenty of room for all eleven of us. Living room big enough for our nightly Scattergories games. Loved the deck! Handy location for everything we wanted to do. We all had a great time!

Lovely, clean, spacious home with stunning landscaping. Peaceful setting with the most beautiful porch overlooking a scenic yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Spacious Cape Rental

The house was very clean and spacious and accomodated our family nicely. Location is very convenient to local beaches. We truly appreciated the air conditioning as the week we visited was very hot and humid. Host was very responsive. I'd stay again!

Large home with rooms that will handle eight people very easily. Nice deck overlooking pretty back yard. Even with easy access to RT 6, it is in a secluded neighborhood. Highly recommended

Cape Cod retreat

We loved our stay! Enjoyed and appreciated all the things the house had to offer. It was perfect for 5 adults, 3 young adults, 2 kids, an infant and a dog. We had plenty of space, the kids loved the yard and playing around the house. We loved the kitchen and everything it offered we were able to make plenty of meals. The location was great, plenty of beaches and things to do. Although we truly loved spending time at the house playing games, watching movies and relaxing.

Great Family Get-Away on Cape Cod!

Very comfortable house in great location on Cape Cod! West Barnstable has lots to offer, and Hyannis is very close by. Great restaurants and activities with short drive to lots of beaches and harbor fronts. House is family and pet-friendly. Comfy beds and lots of space. Great communication with owner, who is very helpful. Lovely 3-week stay for our family: parents and four 20-somethings, and two small dogs.

Post COVID Vacation

This property was amazing .plenty of room for 7 adults ,two children and my grand dog. Easily accessible off highway, plenty of parking and easy check in. Jennifer responded quickly but she is an excellent hostess. She puts a lot of effort in to her rental and has everything you need for the beach, house is super kid friendly . She has a monitor in the room with the crib. Basic cooking spices were also available.Bathrooms and bedrooms well supplied We went to Sandy Cove beach and it cost 25 dollars a carload and free after 5. My son explored the area and found some other beaches with less rocks and no charge to get in. We were there in the month of June so do know if that applies during summer months. Everything you need is close by in case you forgot anything. Target, BJ’s,Stop and Shop, and loads of restaurants Very enjoyable vacation with my family

Very spacious home with a lived-in feel. All rooms were over-sized from what we expected except for the kitchen which was average size. The home is very well appointed and cozy. The owner was accessible for questions and very responsive.

Cape Cod Perfection

This house and location were everything it was advertised to be and precisely what we were looking for in a vacation home. Communication was A+. And the many extras (towels, gas for the grill, games, fire pit with chairs, beach extras, etc.) make it absolutely perfect! The home was tucked away on a quiet street in a very convenient location.:10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the mall, 10 minutes to downtown Hyannis and 10 minutes to groceries and services. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home for your cape code vacation stay.

There was plenty of space and bedrooms for our group of 8 plus 2 pups. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Bonus points for the new washer and dryer. What wasn’t included on the description of the property is there are 4 beach chairs and a beach cart you can use so no need to lug your own. Neat little slide set into the slope in the backyard for kiddos to play on. Looks like the owners are continually updating the space and have installed AC in all the spaces.

Summer Vacation/Friend Reunion

Jennifer's property is charming and spacious as well as clean and well stocked with paper and pantry products. The rooms are spacious and easily accommodate the 12 person maximum. The yard is beautiful and you could be content sitting on the back deck the entire time. The home is centrally located and provides easy access by car to beaches, food, shopping and access to major routes on the Cape. Everything was within a 5-15 minute drive.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and extremely spacious. The porch, backyard and gardens are stunning. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you could need, everything was clean and stocked (toilet paper/paper towels/towels/bedding) for a pleasant arrival. The house is also very well located and easy to access. Our family kept joking that if we won the lottery we would buy this beauty of a house. =)

My husband and I purchased this home in 2019. It was built in 1972 by my grandparents who lived there and raised their 8 children. We are very excited to share this special place with our guests. We are working to update some of the features of the home while striving to keep its original charm.
