Situé à seulement 15 minutes à l'est de la plage de Pensacola et à 10 minutes à l'ouest de la plage de Navarre, ce condo en front de mer est situé sur le détroit de Santa Rosa, idéal pour les familles et les couples à la recherche d'une escapade à la mer. Condo comprend canoë et engins de pêche à utiliser sur le quai de la copropriété. Câble gratuit et parking disponible. Il y a des restaurants et des magasins à proximité car il est situé entre Pensacola et Fort Walton Beach.

L'espace
Condo est assis dans une zone privée et tranquille sur l'eau. Condominium entier est de 14 unités. À l'arrivée, l'unité de condo est l'unité J au premier niveau. Il y a une chambre avec un lit Queen et une salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur ainsi que des serviettes et des articles de toilette. Coin cuisine est approvisionné avec des ustensiles de cuisine et des plats. Le coin salon comprend un canapé-lit et une télévision à écran plat avec câble gratuit et films. Le balcon extérieur donne sur l'eau et sur la plage. L'unité de stockage située au rez-de-chaussée comprend des fournitures de plage, des vélos, des canoës et du matériel de pêche à utiliser à tout moment de votre séjour.

Autres choses à noter
L'accès à la plage de Pensacola et à celle de Navarre peut se faire par l'autoroute 98 ou par l'autoroute panoramique le long des plages du golfe du Nouveau-Mexique. Le zoo Gulf Breeze et le marché aux puces sont à 5 minutes. Le centre-ville de Pensacola est à environ 20 minutes à l'ouest de la Navarre avec des restaurants et une vie nocturne animée, ainsi que le Navy Muesuem et la base sont d'autres attractions de Pensacola. Fort Walton Beach se trouve à environ 20 minutes à l’est de Navarre. Vous y trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques et un cinéma, ainsi que l’île Okaloosa et Destin.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! So clean and cozy,felt like home! This condo was so well stocked with everything, so if you forget something at home or the grocery store no worries because Sharon probably has it available at the condo. We had packed everything we needed but it was nice to know the items was available for use if we needed them. The storage room below had lots of useful items also. We didnt have room in our car for our beach chairs and we was so glad to see that Sharon had some in the storage room available for us to use. The snacks and beach bag with towels and sun screen ready to be used was a nice treat! Did I mention how clean it was!! Cleaness is the first thing I look for when renting a place to stay and I recommend this one 100% Sharon is so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcomed! Thank you Sharon!!! We enjoyed our stay!

Well appointed, quiet, with beautiful sound front

Very well appointed unit in quiet area. Bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. This unit had everything you might have forgotten to bring along with prepared beach bag waiting for you. Owner was very responsive and helpful. View over the water looked like it was right at our feet.

Wonderful

So nice all around, about 15 minutes to the action and the beach, but was peaceful and tranquil. Only drawback was the hot and humid, couldn’t really spend much time outside till the sun started to go down but this had nothing to do with the condo. Guess it was better than a hurricane. Locals said this was unusual for this time of the year. Beaches had a lot of green algae. Went on dolphin Cruise in destin at sunset, we’ll worth $25, saw over 50 dolphins, it’s a must! Also don’t miss Atlas restaurant and the Fish House in Pensacola. Best ever overlooked the Bay. Back to the condo, we’ve spent weeks at a lot of timeshares but never experienced or expected how well stocked this was, from eggs in the fridge, snacks, bottled water right down to the canoe, beach chairs umbrellas and sunscreen. Only thing we missed was a coffee pot and I have a feeling it was there somewhere! We’d definitely go back.

Awesome. So quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for more from the property owner. Extra thought went in to every detail. Can’t wait to book again. Sharon is amazing.

Wonderful Holiday

Sharon's house is perfect. it has a wonderful sea view, you wake up in the morning and it is the first thing you see. the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient for supermarkets and various shops. the house is very clean and equipped with every comfort. it also has a cellar with all the equipment for the sea such as chairs, umbrellas, and miscellaneous. parking is very convenient. Sharon was a perfect hostess. I recommend it to everyone is a magical place.

Florida Vacation :)

Everything was perfect and very clean!! We had an absolute blast.. Sharons hospitality was off the charts she had everything we needed from bikes and canoes down to board games she had it all!! We loved being able to use the dock and beach items she had accessible for us it made our trip very smooth! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting this area it was a blessing!!

Peaceful and Convenient

My family had a wonderful experience here! The condo was clean and very well-stocked. Some rentals have just the basics in the kitchen, but I was able to find what I needed each time I searched for something. The view is beautiful. My husband and son really enjoyed use of the pier and fishing equipment, and were able to catch crabs, mullet, catfish, and sting rays. Grocery stores/Walmart were within 5 miles to the west or east. The beach was also just a short drive away. I definitely want to return! Thank you so much, Sharon!

Home away from home

I loved staying here! It is one of the best places I’ve been and will definitely come back on my next getaway. The property is right on the water, only 20 minutes away from Pensacola beaches and is close to town. The owner really went the extra mile when getting it ready for us. She added a balloon, cupcakes and a small gift for my daughter’s birthday for us when we arrived. This was one of the most calming and comfortable vacations I’ve had in years at this place I now call a home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo to stay in. Great communication with the owner Sharon. All of the added little extras made it feel like home. She even had extras just in case you forgot something. This is the first time we’ve used any kind of app to stay at a place like this. But we decided on a quick trip to reconnect with life ( after my father in laws passing ). Best decision we’ve ever made. We come to this area several times a year and have decided instead of bringing our camper- from now on we will try and stay here. A+++++ rating in our book

Girls Getaway Weekend

For our annual “girl’s weekend trip” my daughter and I decided to try a new location on the gulf and we were very pleased with this unit and its location. Off the beaten path but very close to beach access, shops and restaurants, we throughly enjoyed the views of the Sound as well as the peacefulness of the area. Our host was very helpful with answering any questions we had and provided access to their beach gear which was an amazing perk! While there were only two of us, we could definitely see ourselves utilizing the condo with other family members in the future. Thanks!

Amazing apartment on the water

We absolutely loved our stay! Sharon was very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful! The apartment was adorable and very comfortable! Beautiful balcony that looks out on the water. Allowed us to use beach supplies which made the beach that much better! The location was great, convenience items were 5 miles away (Walmart, restaurants, gas, free car vacuums for after the beach). This was an amazing place! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!!!!!

My wife and I came down to visit my so at the navy base and chose to stay here and I’m so glad we did. Sharon is a great person to deal with. Polite and thoughtful. There were a lot of extras there for us at check in time that were completely unexpected and wonderful. Great location and the bed and furniture were super comfortable. This place is awesome. Will be staying here again.

Relaxing & Accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. It was located in a very peaceful setting between Pensacola Beach and Navarre. The view behind the unit of the Sound and dock was very beautiful and relaxing. Sharon had many personal touches throughout. She had extra toiletries for us in case we forgot anything. She brought in extra cots to accommodate our family. The washer and dryer were very handy. It was nice to be able to cook some meals in the full kitchen. Very handy! There was a canoe to use during our stay. There were bikes and fishing poles as well, but we did not use them during our stay. Will recommend to everyone we know. We hope to return in the future. Thank you Sharon for your hospitality!

The most cozy relaxed place away from home!

This cottage felt so much like home! Wow! Very cozy and serene! The owner is super awesome and provides extra items for your stay. Full kitchenette makes it extra practical! The balcony over looks the peacefull dock. Location is quiet and safe! Free bikes, canoes and fishing gear provided. You cant beat this rare sweet find. I APPROVE and it will be my stable future rental! So glad i came across this GEM at the right time 🤗 Thanks to Sharon!!!😙

quiet and off the path of crowds

When we walked in the door the place had a very pleasant scent. The place was very clean and cozy. All the extra supplies needed were available. Like clean beach towels. sunscreen, and the little things you forget. This is a quiet place and off the roads away from crowds. Peaceful.! We were still close enough to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Only a short drive. Pensacola beach is very clean. There is a toll bridge you take to beaches however it is only a dollar. We would stay here again
