Great neighborhood!

The home is as described, clean and in a great neighborhood. Check-In process was a little bit of an issue but the host got with me to fix it quickly.

Nice duplex

Home needs a little TLC. There’s no washer and dryer even though listing shows one. When asked I was told they were in the process of replacing but the washer/ dryer area were it would be looked like it’s being used as storage. The tvs both had issues connecting to the WiFi. Back deck was unsafe and we were notified at check in not to use it which also meant no BBQ access. They’ve replaced some of the hardwood floor but not painted it and there’s been some Sheetrock patching done but it’s not finished. Overall home is clean and property manager was very responsive.

Business trip stay

Would definitely stay here again. Came in for a business trip. The house cleaners do need to do their job a little better. The owner is great! Great communication and follow through. Came to install light bulb on stairway and to find the iron that the cleaners had locked away in the locked closet. Easy Uber ride to downtown. Area will be the up and coming in the near future.

Very nice home!

Clean and modern, Just as pictures, very spacious place, and comfortable, all the room have a tv except the master bedroom. If you are staying in this place have in mind that around neighborhood you’ll see homeless walking by, It can’t be a little intimidated. We had no problem with our stay here!🙂

Great place but....

This place was very nice. Very clean..the only issues I had was that a few lights didn’t work and it was needed to have light like the hallway..the fridge had food in it and it wasn’t clean on the inside...also the insulation was bad...front door has a huge draft coming through and the windows were super old so it seemed like you were outside if you were in living room due to how bad the windows were. They had wooden 2 x4 on the front windows.....the a/c upstairs was going in and out so some nights were a little hot..the BIGGEST thing was the neighborhood..I’m assuming they are doing gentrification so the neighborhood is intimidating..there is still bad looking areas around you on that street...make sure you lock Everything up at all times. homeless people roaming the street...loud yelling outside and trains...the overall house was done very well. Great upgrades and modernized..I would of liked a TV in the master bedroom upstairs because every other room has one...
