Magnifiquement situĂ© 2 chambres 1 bain bungalow sur la plage. Au cƓur de Pacific Beach, Ă  seulement 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l'ocĂ©an, Ă  4 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la baie et Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du quartier des affaires animĂ© de Garnet. Nous avons des vĂ©los, des planches et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage, alors faites vos bagages, garez votre voiture dans le garage et sortez pour profiter du meilleur temps au monde!

2 chambres lumineuses et lumineuses avec 3 zones de couchage (un roi (rare à la plage!) une reine et un canapé-lit). Un téléviseur intelligent de 50 pouces et un accÚs Internet haut débit pour le divertissement (ou le travail ...). Le bungalow dispose également d'un espace extérieur privé

L'unité entiÚre est à vous, y compris une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse / sécheuse gratuite.

Nous sommes une sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion professionnelle et des Superhosts. Nous ne sommes qu’un appel et ne prenons gĂ©nĂ©ralement que 5 minutes, mais toutes nos unitĂ©s sont configurĂ©es pour fonctionner sans clĂ© et en libre-service.

Pacific Beach est l'un des meilleurs endroits Ă  San Diego. Grands bars et restaurants sont tous Ă  5-10 minutes Ă  pied. Ici, la plage vibre, mais vous ĂȘtes juste assez Ă©loignĂ© de la plage pour que vous puissiez laisser derriĂšre vous le bruit et la folie de la fin de nuit et vous dĂ©tendre en paix.

Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, nous avons des vélos et vous pourriez passer un mois à cet endroit pour manger, boire et vous amuser dans un rayon de trois kilomÚtres et ne vous ennuyez jamais.

Family vacation

We had a nice stay in San Diego. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were very helpful. We loved that we could walk to so many places and the beach.

The apartment was clean and in a nice location, close to the beach, farmer's market, and places to eat. It could use some upgrades, but overall it we were satisfied with the stay. It would be nice if the windows were more functional to let the cool evening air in, or if the window air conditioners were less noisy. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great Location & Place!

Great Family Location

Great vacation spot.

Our stay at Crown Point was excellent, Aaron was a great host. Always making sure our stay was going good and checking if we needed anything. There are all the amenities you would need right around the location. Having the beach a few blocks away was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location!

The house is clean and neat, but the real win here is the location. Walkable to beach, grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, bars, and more! Our group needed more towels dropped at the house and the host was quick to communicate and informed me as entries would happen to the house. Was a great stay for a group of 4 adults!

Great stay close to the beach

Few minutes walk from everything and relatively quiet for a family trip. Aaron was very communicative. The place had ac units and parking. No dishwasher or laundry in the unit (there is a communal pay machine) but for a few days at the beach that’s fine. Would stay here again!

Great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks because she moved here. It was a great location - walkable to a lot of areas. It was very comfortable-beds were comfortable and living room couch pulls out so it was comfortable watching tv. Could have more kitchen pans/utensils but it was workable. Place was very clean - could use some touch up paint on doors. Also I worked remotely and needed to purchase some extension cords due to limited outlets (needed for second screen and printer) so that would be helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Everything you need is there

The place was perfect for our stay. The whole house was stocked with the little things we needed, it was a great surprise. The bedding was comfortable and the location was walking distance to everything. The bathroom was a bit outdated but overall the stay was fantastic. I loved the fact that there was a laundry room to wash clothes
