L'Augusto Imperatore Luxury Home, la structure la plus luxueuse de la marque Piazzadelpopololuxuryhome, est un appartement de luxe situé à quelques pas de la Piazza di Spagna, récemment rénové et meublé avec d'importantes peintures et meubles anciens (époque Louis XVI). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien et somptueux situé au cœur de Rome, dans la Via della Frezza, au coin de la Via del Corso. à distance de marche: Piazza Augusto Imperatore, Piazza di Spagna et Via dei Condotti.

Spacieux et confortable, il est idéal pour les familles ou les petits groupes d'amis. D'une superficie de 120 mètres carrés, l'appartement se compose de 2 chambres à coucher, dont une suite, équipée d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain privée avec cabine de douche avec système de chromothérapie. La partie nuit est complétée par une autre chambre et une salle de bain. Les chambres sont élégamment meublées avec des meubles de l'époque impériale française (1800).

Toutes les chambres ont des lits Queen Size. Dans le salon, nous trouvons une magnifique table décorée avec une mosaïque de marbre antique avec des pieds en forme de pied de lion en marbre de Carrare pouvant accueillir 8/10 personnes; une télévision de 50 "au mur et deux très grands et confortables canapés pouvant accueillir d'autres personnes. Toutes les chambres disposent de grandes fenêtres et de hauts plafonds, caractéristiques des anciens bâtiments romains. Chaque pièce de la maison dispose d'un système de climatisation et de chauffage.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et télévision. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Les téléviseurs sont de dernière génération et équipés de signaux numériques et par satellite.

Wonderful neighborhood walking distance to everything you need. Host very accommodating.Cons: Tiny shower in one bathroom. No microwave. No kitchen towels, paper or cloth. Would definitely stay here again!

Visit number 2 and still the best place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. The host is wonderful, a great communicator, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is the best. Fabulous stay.

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

The Best Stay in Roma!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location - you can walk to wonderful shops, the spanish steps, the colosseum, and on and on. There is a taxi stand very close and the newly-opened Bulgari hotel is a great place for breakfast. Don't even think twice - book this apartment and have fun in Roma!!
