Nouvelle liste de location très bien notée à partir de l'été 2019. La propriété a été achetée et rénovée le 5/2019. Situé à North Cape May à seulement 4 maisons de la plage. Savourez les magnifiques couchers de soleil avec vue sur la plage et écoutez les vagues depuis le porche.

Ce ranch élargi de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est sur un terrain d'angle surdimensionné et peut accueillir 8 personnes. La cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle familiale à aire ouverte s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse. Avec un grand salon supplémentaire à l'avant de la maison, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour que chacun puisse s'épanouir et se détendre. Profitez des nouveaux lits, des nouveaux appareils électroménagers, du nouveau revêtement de sol, des nouveaux traitements de fenêtre et de la peinture fraîche. Cuisine entièrement équipée.

Juste quelques pâtés de maisons des favoris locaux - On The Rocks, le restaurant / bar Ferry Terminal et Harpoons On The Bay. Les vignobles et brasseries sont à une courte distance en voiture ainsi que le centre-ville de Cape May.

It is a very nice, house and larger than I expected. Everything you may need for the beach is there (bikes, chairs, etc.) I love the location. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Great beach get away!

The place is decorated nicely without alot of clutter. It was VERY VERY clean for a beach rental. Plenty of space to spread out in the house and outside. Close to the beach and you could even see the ocean from the front porch. Owner very easy to deal with. Would definitely go back again.

Highly recommend!

Our family stayed at this property and would definitely recommend - Janet, the owner, was very responsive prior to the visits - providing us ideas as to things to do in the area - and during the visit. The house was immaculate and very spacious. We took bike rides to the state park near the ferry, watched the sunset, went into town, enjoyed the area restaurants - it was a very nice and relaxing vacation!

The property was so easy to access. Great neighborhood, so close to the beach! The pictures do not do the house justice- so much space! So clean! Very well appointed! We would love love to stay here again! So grateful for a wonderful rental experience!

The property was as described with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was nice and spacious inside, and my friends and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the hot tub. It’s also close to some shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The home had a couple of quirks, like a janky, slightly dangerous dishwasher and the dark paint and dim lighting in the half bath that made it difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy the home for its location and size.

Great house steps to the beach

This was our 8th year staying in the Cape May area and this was definitely the nicest house we've rented. It was very clean with modern touches and comfortable furnishings. It was well stocked with all the cookware and cleaning supplies you need. As is the norm in a Cape May rental house, you need to bring your own towels and bedding but everything else is taken care of. She went so far as to leave some reusable shopping bags in the house since disposable plastic bags are no longer available in New Jersey. All this and only steps away from the bay made for an excellent stay.

Cape May family get-away

We really enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. The house is well-supplied with paper goods and was very clean. We appreciated that there were not a lot of things that young children could touch or possibly break. Most decorations were on the wall instead of on tables. Very safe for the children. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just 2 blocks from the beach. Very convenient. We really appreciated that there was a beach cart with beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys-nice to not have to pack those extra items. We would love to return.

Wonderful house few steps from the beach.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was Clean, bright and well furnished, situated but a few steps from the beach. We’ve stayed at different houses at north Cape May for the last 5 years and this is one of the newer renovated ones. Our family of 4 ( plus grandparents for a few days) were perfectly comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out without feeling cramped. We love that all beach supplies are provided. Would definitely stay there again!

Simply lovely

We (4 adults and 1 child) stayed here for about 5 days and had a lovely time. The home is clean and much more attractive than we expected from the photos. The layout is awesome, very practical, and the decor is minimalist and attractive. This was a great home for a toddler as it's one story and there is barely anything for children to get their hands on. We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth between the home and the beach, and in early June there was barely anyone on the beach so we essentially had the beach to ourselves! We walked to the beach every morning and came back before lunch. The house has what you need in terms of transporting your items to the beach, and it includes an umbrella and beach chairs. It also has both a hose and a shower for rinsing off afterwards. The shower is nice and warm! There are several places to sit outside depending on if you want sun or shade. It's just a short drive to downtown Cape May and about 20 minutes from the Cape May zoo. In walking distance from Harpoon's, a great restaurant on the bay with outdoor seating. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay in terms of the house itself and what there was to do nearby!

Great Family Getaway at the Beach

We spent a week at the property with our family, and had a wonderful time. The house is clean and spacious, with plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we had the option of cooking in or enjoying takeout. There's also a propane grill by the deck that was well-maintained and easy to use. We had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat.

Really Lovely! Steps to the Bay!

We really enjoyed our extended weekend at this property. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and the home was surprisingly more spacious than we expected. My toddler loved running the length of the house! The neighborhood was peaceful and the Bay is just a short walk away. Will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips.

Feel at home in this well stocked beautiful updated house. Good neighborhood, close to beach and sunsets. Will come again and would recommend to others. Toilets are very low to the ground so this could be issue for some.

Amazing house right near the bay!

We had a blast walking to the bay every morning! The house has a thoughtful array of household items, games, and beach stuff. Would absolutely stay here again!
