Our group of 8 had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. It was extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and ample space. The common space was big for a group, and the kitchen was well stocked. The ski in and out was an amazing bonus, and the proximity to the mountain can’t be beat. The hot tub was also a lovely treat at the end of a ski day. We would love to come back!

This house was a great place for our group. Since we were a group of adult couples, we particularly appreciated that all 4 bedrooms had queen beds. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and woodburning fireplace. The walk/ski in/out made it convenient for everyone to enjoy the mountain on their own schedule. Would stay again.

Loved this place. Our family was very comfortable here. We loved the very hot hot tub and the view out the picture window, which was amazing. Bob was a super host, responding immediately to any questions we had.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. Responded to all my questions prior to the stay and made sure we got checked into the house okay. House is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The ski in is super easy. You can ski out, but it is also nice to thave the Big Sky shuttle a short walk away. Great place!

Bob's place is fantastic. The location could not have been better for accessing the mountain (we walked to the shuttle, and it was extremely quick and easy), and the property itself was clean, well-stocked (including with a great assortment of games), and perfect for our group of friends. Great living room and kitchen to spend time in and we loved having the hot tub to come back to after skiing. We had a wonderful weekend and would absolutely stay here again/recommend it to anyone!

The house met all of our expectations. There is a lot of space and it is close to the Village. We mainly chose to drive to the free parking lot to ski so did not try the ski in and out. (Since it was end of season we were not sure about the conditions of the trails getting back to the house). We also used the free on demand Big Sky Connect Service, which provides door to door pickup and return in winter season. We made good use of the hot tub and ping pong table. Bob was a great host, proactively following up during our stay to make sure all was OK. We would certainly stay here again.

Steve, I skied back to the house today, April 4th. You can still do it, although I did have to walk across a muddy road. Earlier in the season, skiing home is easy. Anyone renting Christmas through March 25th should be good skiing home.

Big Sky Ski Vacation

The place was comfortable, clean, and close to the resort. Short walk to put on skis and can ski all the way back to the place. Hot tub was a great addition.

Wonderful house!

This was great for the 8 of us - fully stocked with all the essentials great access to slopes and excellent hot tub that we used each evening! The view is amazing and we took walks in the snow around the back every day!!

Excellent Family Vacation

Spent a few days at Big Sky with family. The property was beautiful ski-in and ski-out. Wonderful kitchen and a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain. Looking forward to returning to this property again.

Great ski house

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is great and the owner is communicative and helpful. The house has easy ski access to the White Otter lift (a little uphill) and is easily walkable to the base area.

We have lived in Montana since 1983. Started skiing Big Sky in 1990. We purchased our first condo here in 1999. The last 12 winters we skied 60 days or more here each year. I was a ski host and a volunteer mountain safety patroller. We have decided to just ski 6 weeks a season so are now making our home available to vrbo skiers. If I'm in the area when you rent, I'd be happy to give you a mountain tour and show you some secret stashes of powder.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We watched Big Sky grow and get noticed for it's pristine beauty and incredible ski terrain. In 1990 you could ski powder with no one else around. Today we have high speed lifts with heated seats and a few more visitors. The powder gets skied out faster, but there really are very few skiers here compared to other western resorts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is close to the base, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. If you want to walk to a bar or restaurant you can. Other wise a free bus comes by every hour for a 5 minute trip to the base area. Ski home to our front door. Walk 5 minutes to the lift in the morning. You might see a moose or fox on the way.
