Situé à Townsend Place, ce magnifique condominium de ski-in / ski-out est à quelques pas du centre du village de Beaver Creek. La propriété récemment décorée présente des intérieurs élégants, une cuisine gastronomique, une cheminée à bois et un grand balcon.

Les installations comprennent une connexion Internet haut débit, 3 télévisions à écran plat, une cheminée à bois, un barbecue au propane, un parking couvert, un bain à remous extérieur et une cuisine mise à jour,

Perfect location in Beaver Creek for this price point!

Overall, it was a great experience and accommodation for this price point in Beaver Creek. It was only a short walk to the main resort area for dinner. Being able to ski in/out of the accommodation was also ideal!

Amazing stay

The place is beautiful, you cannot beat the ski in and ski out, walkable to the village, everything was a dream! The highlight was that the management was SO reachable and communicative and amswered all of our questions and addressed all of our needs 24/7. We will be back!!

Like the description says it is small but it has everything you need and the best part is it is close and you can walk to ski school and everything in the village. We will stay there again!

Great Stay

Location was excellent, it was very well stocked with supplies and very clean. It has a wood burning fire place that worked well. The only thing that was a little confusing was the ski-in/ski-out. Otherwise, great place to stay. We will return!

Wonderful ski-in/ski-out condo

Another great stay at Townsend Place. Very well appointed condo. Master is on the street side of complex, so some road noise and snow clearing plows can be heard. Heated floors are a huge plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Winter Wonderland

The unit was immaculate located in the most desirable area in Beaver Creek to ski in/out just steps from the village. The furnishings were sturdy and expensive with the most comfortable mattresses on each bed. Stocked full kitchen making it possible to cook/bake entire meals. We’ve been coming to the Vail Valley for 15 years at Thanksgiving and this is the BEST place we’ve ever stayed!

Overall, our stay in the condo was tolerable Disappointed in the appointments of the condo. Furnishings were sparse and out of date. Dining table unsteady. We adjusted since we spent more time out of the condo. Convenient location though.

Great Location

We had a great stay at Beaver Creek. This location was perfect walking distance to the main lift. There was ski in/ski out access, though we weren't adventurus enough to try, the walk was so easy and we kept our ski's at the ski vallet. We also did not try the hot tub, but it was very empty most days and regretted not having time. There was a playground out back that our kids enjoyed playing in the snow on our day off from skiing. I guess the only downfall I would say is that we never figured out that coffee maker. Fresh coffee would have been nice but all was good even without. There were nice coffee shops in the village.

Condo was very nice.....I left two messages with the Berkshire management company to call me, no return call back. Very surprising when you rent a nice condo and can't get a call back to answer some simple questions

Nice location

We had a great time on our Beaver Creek summer get-away-from-the-heat! The condo wasn't our favorite place we've ever stayed, but it was clean, nice and had everything we needed. It was also VERY conveniently located within easy walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again. Our only real complaints were that the master bedroom needs darker curtains as it was VERY light in the mornings and we had to work really hard with the open windows/doors/fans to try to cool things off with no air conditioning. We think that's pretty standard in Beaver Creek as we saw the same thing going on in restaurants and shops around the resort. I guess air conditioning isn't really a priority in the mountains! Anyhow, we would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for the great stay!

Truly ski in/ski out and GREAT location!

Townsend Place A107 is in an outstanding location! It is about a six or seven minute walk(uphill) to the village. It is truly a ski in/ski out condo. Skiing to the Elkhorn lift each morning was so easy. It was a little tricky at first trying to figure out how to ski back to the condo, but we figured it out— you take the Oxford Skiway to the Creekside Skiway, which is located next to the Strawberry lift. Fresh chocolate chip cookies served by the many chefs at 3:15PM every day at the base (Centennial lift) was a special treat! Using the Beaver Creek shuttle service was extremely easy and it is so nice that the shuttle actually comes down to your building to pick you up. I was able to walk to the Hyatt in ten minutes for a scheduled massage. The location of this condo is superb and the written description and pictures are net completely. The condo is quite small, but my two adult sons and I had plenty of room. The ski locker accommodated two pairs of skis and poles, but we did wear our boots to our condo. My only recommendation would be to have two more comfortable (softer) chairs for the tv area. Having the ottoman was very nice, tho. I highly recommend this condo and I would love to stay there again! Oh! And the hot tub was very enjoyable, not crowded, and very clean. We took a dip in it every day after skiing.:)

Great location, lacking amenities

The location of this property was great. Close to the stores and restaurants in the village and close to multiple walking trails. However, we were disappointed in the appointments in the unit and lack of amenities. We have stayed in multiple VRBOs and other 3rd party rentals and this was the least appointed for any we have stayed in. For the price we paid, this one was lacking several things. First of all there were several maintenance issues in the bathrooms that should have been addressed before we came. Also, the showers lacked any place to put toiletries. Shelving would be an easy fix and desperately needed. And there was only one small tube of body lotion in the main bath. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap. And only 1 small shampoo bottle in the 2nd bat. First time we have experienced that. These days, they usually have those types of items mounted in the showers. Also,there was very little storage. The main bedroom desperately needs a chest under the television to store clothes and for counter space. And the main bath had NO storage. The area under the sink was totally open. Not enough room to store hair dryers, toiletries, etc. for two people. Floating shelves underneath would be an easy fix. Also, this is the first VRBO I've rented that did not have a small welcome basket with snacks, a bottle of wine, etc. Not necessary but certainly a nice gesture after a long day of travel. I would look for a different place to stay the next time we came...not a favorite.

Great condo close to Beaver Creek Village

Condo was super cute, easy to get to the village and overall great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops close enough to walk to and host was extremely accommodating when needing to add on a night before our scheduled stay. I would def stay here again, and would recommend this to property to small families or couples.
