Great location…fun sitting on the balcony and listening to the children play at school…easy to walk to the beach, the train station, shopping, restaurants…red clay tennis courts are about a 15 minute walk.

Marco was super responsive and accommodating since we had an earlier arrival. The apartment is in the heart of old town and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops as well as the beach and walk along the sea. Absolutely perfect.

A wonderful stay at a really great place in Antibes. Walking distance to the beach, the market, and everything in Antibes. Close to a parking garage (Q Park), which made access very easy. Host's representative was thorough in showing us the place.Recommend highly!

We loved the location in the old town Antibes, close to the Provençal Market and many restaurants and bakeries. The apartment met our needs and provided a nice place to sleep and relax. It was very clean and was as described in the promotion. I would recommend this apartment to others. Check-in was very easy and the host nearby and responsive. There are several stairs to consider if you have mobility issues.

What a lovely place, right in the central part of the old city! It was spacious for our family of four, with a wonderful balcony. The AC was strong (important as it was more than 100 degrees F that week!). The windows were soundproof (important as restaurants and tourists were at street level). A well stocked kitchen.The only thing to note is that Marco dropped off in his communication a couple days before we arrived. His mom let us into the apartment - a lovely, lovely woman who lives onsite. We had a funny exchange, as she tried to orient us in French (and we know zero of the language).

After sorting through many properties for our stay, we were extremely satisfied with this amazing 3-room apartment. Location Location Location!!!! The property is perfect for exploring Antibes and the entire French Riviera! A 10-minute walk to the train station and access to all cities. You can book your tickets via app during the short walk to catch the next train! Grocery stores are close, and there's even one between you and the station to grab some wine on the walk home. Washer included and a drying rack to catch up on laundry. Ice-cold air conditioner in EVERY ROOM. Hot shower, fluffy towels, and pillows. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, which overlooks one of the busy streets in the main part of old town. Tourists were spending 100s of Euros for dinner while we enjoyed the same atmosphere with inexpensive wine, cheeses, and food from the grocery. Want to eat out? So many amazing restaurants within walking distance, including a highly recommended Italian restaurant, Pasta e Basta, right below your apartment. Time to sleep? The apartment is soundproofed, and all noise disappears when you shut the patio door. It is extremely quiet. Wifi is snappy and easy to set up with a QR code. The host was very responsive, polite, and respectful of our time. Three flights of stairs to climb for entry.This is an amazing value for the area. If it is available, book it immediately!

An oasis in the midst of Old town Antibes. The apartment is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen with full sized appliances including a washing machine. Shops, restaurants, cafes, food market, beaches, Picasso museum are all very close. Marco, the host, was always available for questions. I highly recommend this apartment. Please note that parking is available at car parks within a 5 minute walk.

Perfect spot in Antibes!

This place is the perfect spot/area in Old Town Antibes. The view from the balcony is the cutest little corner in Old Town. The apartment is super clean, the AC works great, there are plenty of supplies, blankets, etc for all your needs. Marco was responsive with any needs we had. Great place, super safe and hope to be back.

Perfect location, perfect place

This place is just like the pictures, located right in the center and close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked making cooking a delight especially if you get your food from the daily market. We would definitely return I think Antibes is one of my most favorite places to visit. Day trips are easy as the train station is only about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was extremely clean and very convenient to everything in the old town and port of Antibes. A nice big kitchen dining living room with a big balcony overlooking an active little street with restaurants. Soundproof balcony glass doors kept the sound out when we wanted it out. Not much else to say. Loved it and will definitely go back.
