Cette propriété en duplex est située dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements de la Riviera. Antibes est une ville balnéaire animée toute l'année, célèbre pour sa vieille ville et son marché provençal. Il constitue une base idéale pour explorer la Côte d'Azur, situé entre Nice et Cannes et à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice.

La propriété est située dans une résidence calme exclusive de seulement 11 appartements situés dans le quartier Ilette / Salis entre la vieille ville d'Antibes et le Cap d'Antibes. La plage de sable est à 350 m et le centre d'Antibes et Juan les Pins sont à 1 km.

Cette propriété de 2 étages a été récemment décorée dans un style contemporain et est située dans un immeuble donnant sur la piscine et le magnifique bâtiment de la résidence principale art déco. Au rez-de-chaussée, le salon décloisonné se compose d'une cuisine moderne avec bar à petit-déjeuner, coin repas et coin salon qui donne sur la terrasse privée à l'arrière. Il y a aussi des toilettes au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage, deux grandes chambres et une salle de douche nouvellement aménagée. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux meubles modernes et de grandes armoires intégrées. La chambre avant a des lits jumeaux et donne sur la piscine et le bâtiment principal de la résidence. La chambre à l'arrière a un lit king-size et donne sur des jardins privés.

Les caractéristiques comprennent: piscine commune, garage privé souterrain, terrasse / jardin privé, WiFi, TV (160 chaînes) et lecteur DVD avec une sélection de DVD, climatisation, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, radio, lecteur CD et câble pour MP3 / iPod, lit bébé, chaise haute.

Le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas inclus, mais peuvent être fournis moyennant un supplément à payer sur place (veuillez demander un prix car il y a des frais par article). Les clés peuvent être récupérées avant 20 h du lundi au samedi. Le jour du changement est un samedi de juin à septembre, mais d'autres jours peuvent être possibles, veuillez vous renseigner.

We stayed at this lovely place for 7 nights. Very comfortable, but our suite was not in the main building (photo depicted in the ad), but in another building out back. There is a great little boulangerie at the foot of the street , and a small store for light grocery shopping. The picturesque old town is a mere 20 min walk away , with the Provencal Marche and so many good restaurants and sidewalk cafe’s all over. We went to the boat harbour with all the fancy yachts, walked the stunning Sentier Littoral seaside trail around the Cap (some 200 steps carved into the cliffs). Many good beaches , Garoupe, Ponteil, Salis and our favourite Plage Gravette near the harbour. Main groceries are best obtained at Monoprix , with underground parking around the back. Our local host Sandrine was excellent , with a good command of English.Definitely can recommend this lodging, Very good all around. Frank from BC, Canada , April 2026

Lovely property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, old Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were quite large, and the AC worked really well (important during the summer in the south of France). We have two children so the pool was a major plus. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous place and stay

We stayed here last October and had an amazing time. The apartment is lovely and has everything you require for a self catering stay. It is a 15 minute walk into Antibes (I am a slow walker) and only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach, bakery and supermarket. Can not recommend it highly enough....

Great location

Everything was just as expected and the location is brilliant just 300 metres from the beach. Only problem is that there are people who live in properties in the same area that are very rude and have no manners. But dont let this put you off as we really loved it.

Perfect location close to everything

Communications with owners and local real estate agent were clear and quick. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, easy walk to shops and beaches as well as old town Antibes, and the apartment pool is a plus if you want to change it up from the sandy beaches. Highly recommend for all travellers and families wanting to explore Antibes and neighbouring towns.

Pleasant and useful accommodation, good location

The property worked very well for our small family, good air conditioning, secure and well equipped, nice outside space. The pool is not shared with many other apartments so was generally open to our exclusive use. Good access to the beach. We found it helpful to have bikes to access the old town (and maybe also Juan-les-Pins) - it's quite a long walk if very hot! We enjoyed a relaxing holiday here.

Ideal location

We enjoyed two weeks holiday in this comfortable apartment during the June heatwave, so we were very glad of the aircon & the pool! The apartment was clean, bright & airy and it was lovely to have our private garden space - a real sun-trap! We were ideally situated to explore Antibes & Juan les Pins & we found it very easy to go further afield on the train. Communication with Clare & her local agent Nathalie was very good & Nathalie was very friendly & helpful

Perfect holiday location

Close to beach and amenities plus Antibes old town but quiet and comfortable location. The pool and surroundings gave a great ambience to the apartment and we had a very enjoyable time there. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great and we were able to eat in or out at the many restaurants within walking distance. Garage parking was perfect for our small hire car (a VW Polo) but anything larger would not fit. However there was free road parking outside the apartment block. There was a convenient sheltered south facing garden for sunbathing or al fresco dining. In summary, a very good holiday location.

This 2 bedroom property was conveniently located with most of the amenities you needed for a pleasant stay. There is a need to purchase toilet paper and paper towel if you plan to stay for more than one day. The beach, a cafe and restaurants are all easy walking distance. The pool is lovely and the grounds are mature, private and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wir waren vom 10.09.bis 17.09.2022 fast ganz alleine in der Anlage. Am Pool waren wir immer alleine. Hatten diesen also ganz für uns. Der Außenbereich klein aber fein. Tiefgaragenparkplatz innerhalb der Anlage (in Verbindung mit diesem Objekt) vorhanden. Ziemlich eng mit einem Espace, aber es geht. Direkt auf der Strasse auch Parkplätze, aber in begrenzter Anzahl. Die Anlage und das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ruhige und schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im August 2018 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und strandnah. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Wohnung war mit allen Notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der 1. Etage. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit anschließender Terrasse. Zu Fuß kommt man sehr gut in die Altstadt, in denen sich viele Restaurant befinden ( Reservierung im Sommer notwenig). Danke an Clare.

Great location

A lovely clean house. One huge double bedroom and a good size twin plus a comfy sofa bed downstairs. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a box of toys for the kids. It is on a nice secure gated complex very close to the lovely town of Antibes. The pool is small but very safely fenced and only a one minute walk from the front door. It was too cold to swim in in early May but lovely for dipping hot feet into. There is also a small private patio garden which is a real sun trap. I really recommend this house for a family holiday.

A Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay in this lovely property. It is well equipped with all the usual appliances plus wifi and tv. As our stay was during January we very much appreciated the heating which kept the property very comfortable. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cook ware. The property is situated in a really attractive residence with remote control gated entry and the property has a private individual garage. The location is superb with a nearby sandy beach and a useful range of shops and restaurants. The old town of Antibes is within easy walking distance. There is a attractive private patio at the rear and side of the property. As this was early January we were not brave enough to enjoy the swimming pool! We can thoroughly recommend this property and shall definitely be returning
