Une refonte complÚte en cours avec tous les nouveaux meubles et un design intérieur amélioré! Nouvelles photos postées en octobre. Lancement de notre nouvelle maison de vacances à partir d'octobre 2019.

Emplacement génial! Cette grande maison confortable dispose de 3 suites de maßtre, chacune avec salle de bain et télévision! Une autre salle de bain complÚte est à cÎté de deux autres chambres en bas. Grand coin bureau pour les guerriers de la route. Cuisine extérieure, bain à remous, piscine et vue magnifique sur la montagne! Situé dans le quartier huppé des contreforts, juste à la sortie de la 1Úre avenue, il vous permettra de vous rendre facilement au centre-ville / U of A tout en étant trÚs proche des boutiques, restaurants, golf, I-10 et plus encore!

We rented this house in 2024 for a company training we sent our guys too. The past experience we had of a beautiful clean home and property along with a host that was very responsive to messages, when we had another group to send this year, we knew we wanted to go back to this house. It is just a beautiful place to stay. Our company hopes to rent it again in upcoming trainings.

Comfortable and clean property! Nice place to relax and unwind after a day in the Tucson heat. Pool safety fence is an added plus if you have little ones. Excellent communication by owner. Thank you Magic!!

Tennis team trip

Great house with a responsive host made for a wonderful girls trip for our tennis team. Weather was perfect. Magic replied quickly and positively to all requests and he went out his way to offer us more than expected when the situation needed. Would come back again!

Perfect Catalina Foothills Experience

Not much to say that hasn’t already been said. Home was clean and lacked nothing, pool was crystal clear the whole week, and the landlord was super responsive without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again

Accommodations great for a large group

We stayed here the week leading up to Easter with our family. We were a group of 8 adults and the size of this home, property and location was perfect. Our son goes to U of A which was about 7 miles from the property. The host responded quickly to any questions we had while there and was extremely accommodating.

Great location for small work retreat

A group of 10 of us stayed to work together. The property was perfect with lots of space for small work groups and a nice living room for us to be together. Great spot.

Best vacation Ever!

The property was perfect. Plenty of rooms for the 8 of us. House was very clean. Outside pool was heated just right! The hot tub and outside grill was used and enjoyed.

We'll stay there again!

Staying at a property owned by individuals rather than a corporation allows for excellent communication and an overall superb experience. The property itself is well laid out for a group our size consisting of couples and singles with everyone in comfortable beds. The kitchen designed well for several people prepping and cooking., After hiking each day, the hot tub and pool essential and appreciated. Communication with the owner and his daughter always timely and especially helpful. We look forward to renting this property again next year.

Poor Management-Misleading

The house was OK but did not include a hot tub, even though the heading in the listing specifically stated hot tub. We even received billing information on cleaning the hot tub. They moved us to a different house during our stay but did not provide any refund or accommodation for the hassle of packing up and moving.

Great for family stay

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. Lots of linens and towels, both bath and pool towels.the kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were labeled to make finding items that much easier. Beds were very comfortable We asked for a crib and high chair and there was a child gate at the bottom of the steps leading to the upstairs. We did ask to use the pool and hottub, both were clean and enjoyable. Grilled outside and enjoyed meals outside, in the kitchen and dining room with the extra folding chairs provided for 11 of us while in Tucson for a week for our daughter's wedding. Appreciated that we did not have to remember to take trash bins to the street as they have arrangements to have workers come up to the garage area to pick them up. Very nice to communicate with and get answers

Family reunion

Our family planned our trip to Tucson to see my mother who lives there. The home was very nice and clean with lots of beds and rooms for our big group. The home was equipped with everything we needed to make our visit very enjoyable. It’s located near many restaurants as well as grocery stores. We loved sitting outside but the fire pit as we enjoyed our meals. The hot tub was spacious and accommodated us all. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

Beautiful pet-friendly home with responsive management

This was a lovely home to stay in while enjoying the biking and hiking options that Tucson has to offer. Great communication and quick responses to the few issues the crept up during our three week stay. Convenient, nice neighborhood, with access to good shopping. We really appreciated being able to travel with our furry family member.

Good Communication

Nice place. Had a few issues that were addressed quickly. Can’t ask for more than that. Had the pool heated and waiting for us. Even turned it up a bit for the kids. Everyone loved the hot tub also. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything is close by including hiking trails. Great trip visiting family.

Perfect home for family fun

This is the second time we have stayed at this property with a great experience both times. The home is located in a great neighborhood close to many restaurants with many things to do. Kaela, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this for your next family vacation.

Family gathering for wedding

The property was clean and had spacious rooms, plenty of beds and three private bathrooms. Our adult group of 8 family members enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor furniture. Weather was so nice, we spent more time outside eating and playing games. Property is centrally located, so all our dinner and wedding activities and golfing were usaully 15 minute drives.

Great foothills location with mountain views and easy access to shopping, Tucson's best restaurants, and a straight shot to downtown. 3 master bedrooms each with private full bathrooms. Two other bedrooms are right next to a full bathroom downstairs. Lots of beds so folks can each have their own! Whether you are a group of friends, family, or just a couple looking to have room to spread out, this home offers something for everyone.

Both upstairs master bedrooms have access to upper covered deck to watch the mountains and sunsets. Downstairs master has direct access to covered porch and pool. Lots of individual rooms for privacy and large common spaces for hanging out.
