Our guests have access to our entire property with the exception of locked closets in the following areas:
Three storage closets in the main house; one outdoor storage room; one closet in the ADU.

Pool Heating Notice: The Arizona sun does a wonderful job of naturally keeping the pool at a comfortable yet refreshing temperature. However, the pool does have a heating option for an extra fee of $50 per day. The pool needs at least 24 hours to reach peak temperature, please let us know in advance if you would like to exercise the pool heating option.

**Hot Tub Use Policy – Please Read!!
To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, improper use of the hot tub (including the use of oils, soaps, lotions, glass, or excessive sand/dirt) that requires draining and deep cleaning outside of our normal maintenance schedule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300.

Please shower before use and avoid introducing any foreign substances into the water. Thank you for helping us keep the hot tub clean and ready for everyone to enjoy!

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the hot tub is temporarily closed during the summer months. Due to high outdoor temperatures, the water can exceed safe levels. For this reason, the hot tub is unavailable from approximately June 1 to August 31. We appreciate your understanding!

Pool Safety Notice: The pool does not have a safety fence, but we have equipped our home with optional alarms on each sliding glass door that accesses the back yard for added safety. All guests should exercise caution and never leave children under 18 unsupervised.
