'Casa Tua', Récemment rénové maison de campagne de 300 mètres carrés est dans un endroit merveilleux dans les collines de Camaiore. Chacune des chambres dispose d'une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée et la mer. Au rez de chaussée, il ya trois chambres avec salle de bains privative. Le rez de chaussée dispose d'un accès au jardin et la piscine. Au premier étage, vous trouverez un grand salon avec deux cheminées, une grande salle à manger, une cuisine professionnelle équipée, reliée à une pergola couverte pour manger à l'extérieur et un système de grill bois et le gaz. La chambre de maître avec salle de bains principale est situé au deuxième étage. La salle de bains principale est également équipé d'un équipement de gym à domicile par Technogym, professionnel tapis roulant Spazio Forma, et l'équipement Kinesis Personal Vision pour améliorer les compétences de base de résistance, l'équilibre, la force et la flexibilité. TV écran plat avec satellite, connexion adsl sans fil dans toutes les chambres. Un beau jardin et deux hectares d'oliviers appartenant à la propriété entourent la villa. La taille de la piscine, 16 mètres x 5 mètres vous permet d'exercer et nager. La propriété est clôturée et alarmé. Parce que la villa est construite sur trois étages et a beaucoup d'escaliers, ainsi que d'une piscine avec une profondeur allant à partir de 120/180, nous ne recommandons pas pour les enfants de 12 à 48 mois. La propriété est à 1 mile du centre du village Camaiore et à cinq miles de la mer. Casa Tua est une belle villa située sur le sommet d'une colline avec une vue impressionnante sur la vallée et de la mer. La rue pour atteindre Casa Tua se rétrécit dans la dernière demi-mile, avec un couple de courbes où si vous avez une grosse voiture, vous devriez faire quelques manœuvres de direction. Bien que tous les types de voitures pourrait atteindre la villa, nous vous proposons, si vous voulez une conduite plus facile et plus pratique, à louer voitures de taille moyenne.

Excellent stay in Camaiore

The whole week in the Guliana’s Villa was amazing… great place, very clean and fresh, with breathtaking view and incredible design house. Equipped with all what one need. We wee always struggled whether to stay in the villa and enjoy the pool or go to the beach… Marika was very helpful and open for prompt support. Thank you so much for amazing vacation!!!

Amazing place

This is the best house we have ever rent in Tuscany. This was the third time we have rented this house and we will for sure continue doing that.

Probably one of the best rental properties we stayed in. Clean, good appliances, everything works. Pool is great. A little remote and a little hard to get to but if you value privacy this is the right location

Great Stay in Camaiore!

Stayed at Casa Tua for a week - great location, beautiful views, good suggestion on cook to hire, and nicely renovated. Only negatives were twisty road up mountain to villa (they fully disclosed this prior to booking though), not enough basic supplies (towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.), and check out process was unpleasant to deal with on day of departure.

Sorry for the twisty road but the Villa is located on the top of the hill and we are very clear about it ; basic supplies are given for few days, guests are supposed to buy it, becouse we are not supposed to give services. Regarding the check out probably it was unpleasant because the guests asked to do it at 5,40 am and the person who did it had to wait for their departure. It is normal... It was a pleasure to have Heldfond family with us.

Amazing property and highly recommend

The property is in the hills with amazing views of the surrounding area. The property itself was beautiful and the house was perfect. Easy access to Pisa, Florence and the beach. The house itself is well appointed with everything you need they have not skipped anything. We all agreed we will be back.

Casa Tua is an outstanding property nestled in a hillside above Camaiore. We loved it. It is fitted out to an exceptional standard and the views are fantastic. We had a day trip to Florence and there are various lovely towns and beaches nearby too. Lots to offer all round and somewhere we hope to return to.

Beautiful villa

Such a beautiful villa with incredible views - Guiliana, Marika and Fausto could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The drive up to the villa is a little challenging first time but soon becomes natural - the price to pay for the views. Lovely pool, high quality fittings across the house.

Perfect

The house is perfect, huge and very nice furnished and the kitchen is great. Also the surrounding is very beautiful with all the olive trees and the plants in the garden. The view from the terrace is phantastic. The communication support by Giuliana and her team was always quick and helpful. All in all a place no better to find.

Stunning location, beautiful house, slightly disappointing lower level

Overall stay was awesome. Minor issues with lower level bedrooms being damp and musty. Air conditioning is regulated and far too difficult to operate. All else was fantastic! View, pool, upper level living room and kitchen area are beautiful.

Perfect Stay

Casa Tua was perfect! It’s a beautiful villa on the hillside. The property is so lush with beautiful flowers everywhere. There are beautiful views of the sea and the town. The inside of the villa is very nice and very comfortable for our group. We took several day trips, and it was a good location to act as our home base. Giuliana and Marika went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of during our stay. They gave us the name of a chef who had dinner waiting for us after a long travel day. We also had the chef come in midweek and cook for us as well. I highly recommend this property.

Splendid villa

Hello, we had a fantastic month in this villa! It is very complete and has high end furniture that we are not used to see in rental properties. We enjoyed the small gym in the master bedroom, the full equipped kitchen (better than at home!) and the huge pool. Having air conditioning in all rooms was also very pleasant in August. The garden and surrounding of the villa are very nice and well maintained. The road to go up the hill is not a problem and it was easy after 1-2 days. We will come back! Cheers

Our week at casatua

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our two adult sons and their families. It was a perfect size for all of us. The pool was wonderful and a welcome refreshing afternoon activity. We cooked in and also had 2 meals cooked for us. In addition we did a wine tour and a food tour which was led by a wonderful guide named Serena. The views from the villa were magnificent. Giuliana was a great host and very helpful and accommodating. The road leading to the villa is very narrow and windy. This took a couple of trips to get used to. It is definitely worth it because the villa is amazing. The house is beautifully furnished and updated. We loved our week there.

Vacation of a lifetime!

Our stay at Casa Tua was like a dream! Giuliana was so accommodating and easy to work with and helped us out with every detail. Marika, the house manager, and her son Fausto, were amazing in taking care of everything . They were available anytime, as was Giuliana, to answer any questions and give us recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes galore. We loved having local chef Romina come and cook with us! The view was just breathtaking and we enjoyed lounging by the amazing pool. Meals on the veranda felt like we living a dream! Great location for day trips to Lucca, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Cinque Terre and more. It was tough to leave this “heaven on earth”! Thank you, Giuliana for the vacation of a lifetime!

Just spectacular!

We just came back from a wonderful stay at Casa Tua, we cannot begin to describe the level of comfort and beauty this house affords. It is truly a beautifully renovated house with all the modern conveniences and amenities and more luxury than one could expect. The pictures on the site really do not do it justice. The pool is very spacious and salt water, the central air throughout the house (not common in this area) and even all windows have screens. The house is very well run and the owners are the most delightful hosts that really take good care of their properties. The house is conveniently located very close to all the beaches as well as a small hop from the towns and sites usually visited in Tuscany like Luca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Carrara. We usually rent very nice houses but this one will be pretty hard to top!

Amazing retreat in the hills of Tuscany

We spent a week in Giuliana's house in the hills above Camaiore with 5 adults and 4 kids, and had an amazing time. The view and the pool are as great as they look, and the location was convenient to both the charming town of Camaiore, and destinations such as the beaches at Viareggio and Forte de Marmi, Lucca, and Pisa. Giuliana helped us arrange for a private chef to make a classic Italian dinner and a "pizza night" in the house, and introduced us to a guide for a winery tour and to the beach clubs in Forte de Marmi. As others have mentioned, it is up a narrow windy road, but as long as you are a reasonably competent driver, it should not be an issue. We rented a large 9 passenger van, and were able to get to/from the house without too much of a problem (one corner required a 3-point turn while going uphill). I can't say enough things about this house, although I don't want too many others to discover it!

Under the Tuscan Sun

Spent a wonderful two weeks with our family of five in Guiliana’s charming Tuscan home. Home is beautifully appointed with breathtaking views of the town and sea on the horizon. I especially loved the amazing pool that rivals my own. The home is perfectly clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and gorgeous linens. All lovingly maintained by the lovely Marika. All the comforts of home in an ideal Italian setting. Camaoire is well positioned for a home base for day trips to many great Italian cities. We easily visited Florence and saw Renaissance master works at the Uffizi, dined in Lucca, took a sunset cruise of Cinque Terre and even set out for a long day trip for a gondola ride in Venice (though the last was a bit of a trek - easily done on the great Italian highways). Nearby beach towns fulfilled my fantasy of sunbathing by the Med under striped umbrellas! Both Guiliana and Marika went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for during our stay. We appreciated our host and her lovely team and will long remember their kindness. The home was definitely a highlight of our first Italian holiday and certainly not our last!

My husband and I have been to Italy many times and love it. We wanted our family to experience an Italian "sampler" so we chose Camaiore because of its proximity to the coast, mountains, Lucca and Florence. It was a good spot for these purpose but lots of driving. The home is beautiful and was very nicely restored and the decor lovely. The staff is super responsive and recommendations for wine tour, private chef and car service were spot on. the only detractors are the drive up to the property - as advertised - it is very, very challenging. we had one 7 passenger mini van that was difficult to maneuver, the 5 passenger was much easier. Additionally, note that the ground floor level rooms can be damp (almost basement like). our son had difficulty with it. I believe open windows would help but the heat precluded that. The property has a washer and dryer and each room is air conditioned which is hard to find in older properties in Italy. we had an ant problem (inside and out) when we first arrived but it was taken care of in a couple of days. Overall a great trip!

Incredible, beautiful stay at the most gorgeous spot in Camaiore

We spent 8 days at this beautiful property, and are already planning our return! Prior to arriving, Giuliana was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions, providing local recommendations and resources, and even went out of her way to order last minute items we forgot on Amazon so that they were set up for our arrival. We ended up arriving late at night due to plane delays. But Marika, the house manager, happily met us and even picked up dinner for us so that we wouldn’t be hungry after a long day of traveling. They outfitted the home with beautiful, local and fresh groceries. The home itself is magnificent, with beautiful updated appliances and gorgeous furniture with a designers touch. There are black out shades in every bedroom, the water pressure was excellent and the home itself was incredibly comfortable. The view is absolutely sensational and we loved eating outdoors. The pool is large and perfect for swimming or just relaxing. There are a number of areas to sit and sunbathe, or just drink a coffee. Our only thing to note is that you must be a skilled driver and in an automatic car to get up to the house. Once you have done the route a few times, it feels comfortable. The view more than makes up for it. We cannot wait to return!

Wunderschöne Villa im Berg mit Meerblick

Die Villa ist super schön in den Bergen von Camaiore. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und für 8 Personen perfekt. Die Terrasse ist der schönste Ort des Hauses. Hier kann man morgens mit tollem Blick frühstücken und abends grillen. Die Küche ist das Herzstück des Hauses und voll ausgestattet. Schöner kann man ein Haus nicht einrichten. Der Garten mit Pool ist perfekt für die Kinder zum Plantschen und lang genug zum Bahnen schwimmen. Man sollte nur ein mittelgroßes Auto nutzen, da der Weg zum Haus etwas schmal und steil ist. Für dieses Haus nimmt man das gerne in Kauf. Das Team vor Ort hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Wenn jemand einen Traumurlaub in der Toskana plant, dann in diesem Haus. <3

Detta hus hade allt som kan behövas under vistelsen och stämde väl överens med bilderna i annonsen. Fastighetsägaren och övriga som tog hand om huset var ytterst tillmötesgående. Panoramautsikten från huset var bedövande och omgivande naturen gav en rofylld vistelse. Vi ger detta boende 5 +.

Camaiore Casa Tua

Our second year at this house and it was as good as last year. It's not only very comfortable and well equipped but it’s in a great location. However, what makes it so special are the owners; they not only look after you very well but if any problems occur, they do their outmost to sort it out with efficiency and speed as quickly as is possible. The housekeeper (Marika) and the other staff are wonderful and are on call 24/7 always with a smile. Great!!!
