Everything was excellent from the villa itself, the swimming pool, the air conditioning, and the hosts. The only complaint is the road to the villa is a winding road up a steep hill and you are underneath power lines

Beautiful villa with a more beautiful view. The garden and pool are perfect for children and the patio invites just to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. It was a pleasure to stay there even with 8 people (5 adults,3 children) because the house is roomy. We loved it, the calmness in particular. The kindness and cooperativeness of the staff (office and villa) is excellent. It was a perfect holiday.

A lovely property in a splendid location. If we had any criticisms, it would be to add an a/c unit to the main living room - as the current method of leaving the bedroom doors open doesn't work - and do something about the wi-fi, which for this quality of property (and for this price) should be without question!

Everything was as on the pictures showed. Very nice villa in a great area. Easy for trips as well as for enjoying silence for recovering and just staying in the garden of the villa and relaxing. Michele is a friendly and helpful host, and the villa is nice and spacious. It felt great to have our own garden. The coast and the beaches are not far. We were there in October, and in this time of the year the area was very quiet. We guess there is more people and things going on there in the summer. We would recommend to have a car to get around. We recommend Villa Oliveta and Michele to everybody

We only used the upstairs of the villa and from that perspective it was very good. The two upstairs bedrooms are big and comfortable and the living room and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped (apart from the kitchen chairs, which are cheap and rickety and seem out of place). The pool and garden are superb. However, we were glad we did not need to use the basement level, as it smelt "musty" - we do not think it would be pleasant to sleep in the downstairs bedroom.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr muffig, nach langen lüften wurde es nicht besser.Die Betten haben sehr schlechte Matratzen und viel zu kleine Bettlaken. In der Küche sehr viele Ameisen. Waschbecken Abflüsse zum Teil verstopft. Klimaanlage wurde nicht repariert, nach Meldung an den Vermieter. Stromversorgung überlastet. Kochen war deshalb schwierig. Pool war sehr schön. Nicht kinderfreundlich. Preis Leistung nicht annähernd erfüllt. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Thank you for your feedback. Your 1-star review came as a surprise, as the villa was rented throughout the summer season and the issues mentioned had not previously been reported to us. The property is located on a hillside overlooking the sea, so the sloping terrain is a natural feature. Regarding the access road, its current condition is due to a landslide, with restoration works expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Ein wirklich wundervolles Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann unglaublich entspannte Tage am Pool in dieser herrlichen Umgeben erleben.

Traumhafte Lage oben am Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer. Toller Pool, toller Garten, hammer „Außenküche“. Der letzte knappe Kilometer ist sehr steil den Berg hinauf, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus ist von innen deutlich dunkler als auf den Bildern und das Klima im Haus ist etwas feucht. Das Haus ist ganz besonders eingerichtet, cooles Design. Es war sauber. Die Gastgeberin & der Gärtner waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und haben uns Auskunft über die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem waren wir also sehr zufrieden :-)

VILLA FRA ARTE E SERENITA'

Trascorsi 8 Giorni di vera Pace fra gli ulivi un tuffo in piscina e gli splendidi arredi della Villa. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in soli 10 minuti le spiagge e i locali di Marina di Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi. Location molto comoda anche per visitare l'entroterra Toscano. Da non dimenticare la città degli Artisti Pietrasanta a soli 5 minuti. La proprietà è veramente splendida. Grande e tranquilla con tocchi di design che avvolgono il vostro soggiorno con piacevoli sorprese Se proprio devo trovare un nota negativa voglio segnalare il segnale WiFi non proprio performante ma credo che le colline circostanti non aiutano. Michele il Responsabile di riferimento il Loco sempre disponibile e pronto ad ogni suggerimento . Ci rimarra' nel cuore questa splendida dimora immersa nella serenita delle colline Toscane. A presto.

Buonasera, Abbiamo passato 8 giorni avvolti dalla tranquillità e dal design della vostra splendida villa. Splendida posizione per raggiungere l'incantevole paese di Pietrasanta e tutte le principali località più in voga della Versilia. L'assistenza è stata ottima. Se devo trovare qualche nota negativa : la connessione wifi non è molto performante ma credo che le colline circostanti non aiutino. Andrea a migliorare l'attrezzatura esterna : la piscina è fantastica ma la zona per pranzare all'esterno andrebbe migliorata negli arredi considerando l'assoluta bellezza degli arredi interni.Complessivamente il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. Villa Oliveta è stupenda! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in ambiente rilassante e molto molto confortevole. Gli spazi esterni molto ben attrezzati e la piscina con vista mare mozza fiato rimarranno un ricordo indelebile di questa vacanza. Servizio di prenotazione ottimo. Michele, il nostro referente sul posto, sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizione ideale anche per visitare le vicine Pisa e Lucca. Il bilancio del nostro soggiorno è senz'altro molto positivo.

the house is really fantastic nicer than the pictures on the website beautifully decorated with a sense of style outside seating area could be better but that is the only one you can move the outside table yourself to place it at the pool For diner in the evening. Villa Oliveta is perfect. The location to Lucca and Tuscany is just perfect. You can spend several days in Lucca, then drive to Tuscany, Siena, San Gimignano anywhere the same day. Michele was amazing. The Villa is very comfortable: rooms, bathrooms, kitchen everything is great!

We rented the Villa Oliveta for a family vacation, 6 adults staying in the villa. There was plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but enjoyed hanging out in the living room and outdoors with amazing views overlooking the Versilia coast. Highly recommended!
