Au centre d'Ericeira mais très calme. Toutes les fenêtres avec vue sur la mer. Toutes les chambres avec chauffage / climatisation. Balcon de 12m2 orienté vers le sud et l'ouest avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Communauté fermée. Piscine pour adultes et piscine pour enfants. Plage de mer pour les enfants à 150 mètres. L'immeuble ouvre vers la rue principale d'Ericeira ou sont placés des cafés, magazins, restaurants, promenade, etc..

Excellent stay close to the action in Ericeira - easy couple minute walk to the beach or the pedestrian zone with shopping and restaurants. The property has an amazing ocean view. Spacious living room and two good bedrooms. Parking underneath the property very convenient as street parking is very difficult. Clothes washer is typical European - small and wash only. Drying rack provided. Overall a great property!

You can’t beat the location and convenience of this corner condo! 4 minutes walk from the beach, in the centre of Ericeira. We’ve stayed in several properties in Ericeira and has been the best by far.The apartment has a large, sunny balcony overlooking the sea and communal swimming pool that was only being used by a couple of other people. It’s spacious- we are a family of four and had plenty of room with one person sleeping in the living room area. Check in was super smooth and all communication with the host was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment!

Brilliant service from owner and local representative. We enjoyed our stay in this very well located and very clean flat with plenty of space. It was a little clinical and lacked a little personality but overall a very good choice for what we wanted. Thank you so much!

Perfect location + pool

A clean, third level apartment (accessible via lift) with all the amenities required for a holiday including washing machine and dishwasher. I would recommend the apartment be stocked with tea towels and dishwashing liquid so that your guests could help maintain the cleanliness throughout their stay.

Great location with ocean view

Modern condo near the center of town with a beautiful view. We had a nice 3-night stay with access to everything close by. Having a garage was great too. I would recommend stocking the apartment with a few beach towels, paper towels, and some extra bath towels. It could also use a couple mattress toppers since the mattresses were very firm. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the host was very communicative.

Ericeira holiday

This property surpassed our expectations. It was so big, light and airy. Very well equipped and clean. The only thing I would say is to put mirrors in the bedrooms(!) The views were amazing, the location perfect and really central. The pool was lovey and we were two minutes to the nearest beach. Ericiera is a beautiful sea side town, very relaxed, lots of surfing, really nice, good value resteraunts. I would definitely come again.

Fantastic location, very quiet

We had a fantastic experience, and if we ever return to Ericiera, we would try to stay here again. Beautiful views of the ocean and of Praia do Sul--our son could check the surf from the balcony. 5 minute walk to the beach and also to cafes, restaurants, shopping. (Maybe 10 to a grocery.) There was a glitch with a change in the VRBO app, but great communication with the host around it, and check-in and out were friendly and easy. The apartment was in great shape, and very clean and secure. Couldn't have asked for better!

Scenic, but under-equipped

Positive: beautiful ocean view from living room and bedroom, sound of the waves all night. Parking garage was a big plus if you come with a car. Host's associate met us and explained everything. Very clean property.Negative: not enough equipment/supplies. No paper towels, dishwashing liquid, or sponge. No pods for the dishwasher or laundry machine. Instructions for the appliances were hard to follow. Coffee machine was an off brand (Delta -- leave your Nespresso pods at home, but readily available at several nearby markets). An immediate supermarket trip was essential on the first day. Kitchen well equipped for breakfast and lunch preparation, we dined out evenings (all walkable restaurants). Nice firm beds, good water pressure, good heat pump system.Recommend if you want to gaze at the ocean during the day and be lulled to sleep by the waves at night. Lots of good dining options in Ericeira and a pleasant walkable centro.

Thank you, Anne, for your review. It is mainly very pleasant to me. Regarding your suggestions, I will take them into consideration. I try to improve the conditions for a 5-star stay in my apartment. About the coffee machine and its capsules: Delta is the main coffee brand in Portugal (well above Nespresso) and that's why we use it. And the capsules are easy to find. Have a nice time.

Confort, calme, prêt des plage, au centre ville...

Appartement moderne, propre, qui tient ses promesses et même plus. Vue époustouflante. Bien situé, tous commerces à proximité. Nous nous sommes reposés entre petites promenades, piscine (mer trop froide même pour des bretons) et restau. Merci pour l accueil et les gentilles intentions. Nous recommandons.

L'appartement est très propre, bien aménagé, bien équipé et la vue est à couper le souffle. La petite ville d'Ériceira est très agréable et offre tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Très bien !

Appartement lumineux, agréable, bien situé. Propreté impeccable ! Nous avons surfé avec les "3 surfeurs" dont le local est juste en dessous de l'immeuble...idéal. Commerces,restaurants,plage, balades à proximité. Malgré cela, l'appartement est du côté calme d'Ericeira. Tout petit bémol : venus en avion, nous étions limités dans nos bagages et un petit fond d'épicerie et de produits d'entretien un peu plus fourni auraient été bienvenu ainsi que des serviettes de plage. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement d'Antonio qui, tout au long de nos échanges par mail, a cherché à nous informer et à nous faciliter le séjour avec beaucoup d'amabilité.

Sur les serviettes de plage: c'est peut-être ma faute de renseignement, mais dès le début de cette année que je peux fournir des serviettes de plage, sur demande. La prochaine fois que vous restez avec nous (je serai heureux que cela peut arriver) vous n'aurez pas besoin d'occuper votre bagage avec des serviettes ...
