The Colony Haven in the Oaks is a great property. Easy access, clean, great decorations, quiet and well furnished with all the necessary amenities. My wife and i will easily consider another stay here.

Cozy Getaway

This was perfect for a cozy getaway with my girlfriend. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and had a lot of personal touches that made us feel more welcome. Would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Beautiful oasis

This hidden gem is one of the best vrbo places we have stayed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They also had the best stocked cottage ever!! The beautiful oak trees and quiet neighborhood were so relaxing! Perfect escape to the chaos! My favorite part was getting a cup of coffee and sitting outside and watching the sun come up thru the oaks. Cottage was decorated so cute and the bed was very comfy! My husband and I very highly recommend this wonderful place!!

The guest house is so cute, I felt automatically at home. The bed was so cozy, she had fresh local pastries waiting for us. I spent the morning, drinking coffee, doing crosswords and watching the hummingbirds. We were there visiting friends and will definitely try to book it again next time we need a place to stay.

Clean, Quaint, Comfortable!

Extremely comfortable King sized bed! The property is super convenient and in a quiet, clean, nice neighborhood. We were visited by the hummingbirds outside the living room window. Nice extra touches as well upon arrival (bagels/apples) and some exceptional pastries the next morning. Top notch VRBO..highly recommend to others.

Nothing to not like about this quiet and peaceful place. It had everything we needed and more! Quaint and Cozy

This was our second time here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The inside is adorably quaint and the outside is inviting and well maintained. The place makes me feel like I'm far away from everything, quiet and peaceful. The owners live on the property, so if there are any problems or special needs, they are there in a flash. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit our daughter in Atascadero.

Perfect stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Colony Haven—quite aptly named. A haven indeed! The views from the sitting room were just beautiful, especially this time of year with all the holiday lights and decorations. It’s spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Amenities like bagels, cream cheese, bananas, and half and half were unexpected and greatly appreciated. It is the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son, daughter in law, and new grandson. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome ADU on a lovely property

A great stay in this lovely attached unit. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property is woodsy and gorgeous with squirrels running around and birds chirping. Quiet as can be at night, and a very comfortable bed. Had a nice chat with the host one day. Other than that, it felt like I was the only person in the area. I'd stay here again, for sure.

Love this place

This was my second time staying here. I’m sure it won’t be my last. I come to town for an event every year at about this time. Glad I found this place last year. A lovely, wooded, quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for one or two. Absolutely quiet and peaceful. Attentive, responsive hosts. An added bonus are the bakery treats on the kitchen counter when you show up. I’ll be back next year!

Our host, Julie, though of everything! This property is perfect for a couple (or a single perhaps) wanting to get away for a restful time. The location and neighborhood is indeed shaded by many mature oaks. There are ample places in or outside of the apartment to relax with a book or just watch the hummingbirds go about their business. The bed is an amazing cloud of comfort! We would not hesitate to book this place again when we're in the area.

Want to come back!

This was the best place I could wish for! i needed a place where I can relax, cook for myself, have enough space if i wanted to work out or do yoga on my mat while having all the privacy I need. Perfect! the bed was really comfortable for me, the apartment kept pretty cool even on these days with heat wave warnings & as much as it fairly close to the freeway, you cannot hear it! The shower has great pressure and the apartment was very welcoming. Julie is lovely and one can tell she cares about the place and her guests! Loved the pastries from the bakery. Location wise, ideal for so many places, SLO, Paso Robles, vineyards, Hearst Castle, Pismo Beach or the beautiful coastal route from Cambria to Carmel! Atascadero itself is a cute town with great places to dine and wine. And not to forget the amazing ladies boutique RoCoco Luxe offering vintage and new designer items! Thank you so much Julie for having me!!
