Great home away from home!

The Puebla apartment had all we could wish for and more! A complete modern kitchen with potable water! What a bonus!! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed! Wonderful location in the historic center of Puebla!

Excellence in Every Way

The design and condition of the apartment is outstanding, with all the necessary amenities. The service before and during the stay has been some of my best ever received. Exceeded my expectations in every way!!! The location is perfect to visit Puebla Centro.

a memorable stay

We loved the location in the heart of Puebla. We walked everywhere. We loved the property--a wonderful blend of the old (historic) with the new (modern appliances and amenities). A lot of love was poured into the design of this apartment. The property manager and the owner were prompt in their responses to our inquiries. A first rate stay. I will be looking to stay here during my future visits in Puebla.

Historic beauty within walking distance to everything!

Francisco was super easy to work with when I made an impromptu trip to Puebla. I hit the jackpot in my stay and couldn't believe the value that I fell into! The bed was beyond comfortable, the unit was gorgeous and spacious. The record player was also great touch. I'll definitely be back and would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Gorgeous

This unit was huge, in an old building that had been fully renovated keeping its heritage charm. Beautiful inside and out. The landlord was very responsive, and there was a friendly cat that liked to visit (automatic five stars). Puebla itself is a beautiful city, and the location couldn't have been better.

Sanctuary within the City

Beautiful property - updated with care. The historical beauty was well maintained, but with all the modern conveniences. Barbara was a wonderful help to us, and we had maximum privacy from noise. This was absolutely my favorite place to stay in Mexico! We were close enough to walk almost everywhere! Very cool bookstores, eateries and shops close by. Although, I could have easily stayed inside the whole time - it was so beautiful.

Looks Nice but Impossible to Communicate with Host

Not getting the check-in instructions from the host is my number one concern in booking an apartment. That is exactly what happened here. Two time over a couple months I tried to get in contact with him. The first time he said that an update on his phone logged him out of VRBO. I again tried to contact the host a couple days before arrival but again was ghosted by him. The day of arrival, I was able to contact a manager at VRBO who was able to find the combination for the keys from a prior stay. The host had the gall to send me an messaage two days after my arrival date to say he didn't know how I had gained access to the apartment. Am not sure what he was up to but I would not stay here again!!

From start to finish this stay was wonderful. The owner is ready and willing to help when needed. The flat is spectacular. I will definitely stay again. Beautiful architecture, comfy beds, great location, clean and open. What more could you want.

Perfecto

El departamento estĂĄ muy limpio y tiene muy buena ubicaciĂłn, a menos de 5 minutos del zĂłcalo. La decoraciĂłn esta linda y las recamaras muy bien amuebladas. Todos los detalles estĂĄn bien pensados. El check-in fue muy fĂĄcil y el dueño sĂșper amable. Nos ayudo durante nuestra estancia con respuestas rĂĄpidas y recomendaciones locales.

Todo perfecto! Nos encanto!

Que hermoso departamento! Cuando regresemos a Puebla definitivamente nos volveremos a quedar acĂĄ! Esta de lujo y a muy buen precio. El depa estĂĄ a 5 minutos caminando al zĂłcalo, en una zona muy segura. El check in y check out fueron muy fĂĄciles y el dueño muy rĂĄpido y amable en responder durante nuestra estancia. Dormimos como magos—las camas muy cĂłmodas. Todo el depa esta de lujo, desde los detalles en la sala y la cocina hasta las hermosas recamaras y los baños. El depa tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa y el dueño estuvo muy atento y se encargo de ver que tuviĂ©ramos todo lo necesario, y mas, para estar cĂłmodos! Realmente fue un placer. Se los recomiendo 10/10

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Francisco was easy to get a hold of and immediately addressed all of our questions. I was concerned about the security of the area, but it's a great location! I felt safe and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! A great overall visit!! We hope to be back soon!

Buen apartamento pero el dueño muy complicado !

El depa esta en muy buen sitio en el centro histórico. Pero hubo muchas cosas que no estuvieron bien con el depa, aquí los nombrare: 1. El depa con muchísimos mosquitos, porque las ventanas no se pueden cerrar bien. 2. Por las mañanas no nos pudimos bañar porque no hubo agua caliente en toda la semana que estuvimos allí, por tener un calentón solar nomas en la noche había agua caliente. 3. El dormitorio de abajo con un fuerte olor de drenaje en el baño y todo el cuarto, muy fuerte y nefasta el olor. 4. La recamara de arriba tmb con fuerte olor del drenaje en el baño, teníamos que tener cerrado el baño siempre. 5. No hay ni shampoo, ni jabón en los baños, ni Kleenex, tampoco lugar donde poner tu jabón en la regadera, lo tienes que poner en el piso y agacharte cada ves que lo necesitas. 6. Tampoco había papel de baño y cuando le comente al dueño se molesto mucho. 7. Cuando dejamos el depa lo dejamos impecable a pesar de que nos cobraron por la limpieza, y aun así el dueño me escribió un mensaje diciendo que lo dejamos limpio pero que una toalla estaba un poco sucia en una esquina, esto lavado en la lavadora se quita fåcilmente ! Tmb se quejo de una marca de pasta de diente en el lavado ! 8. La cafetera tenia hongo en el filtro con un cafe viejísima adentro. Los estante en la cocina lleno de polvo. 9. El primer día de nuestra estancia NO hubo agua ! 10. Se decidas alojarte aquí prepårate porque el dueño es una persona mucho muy complicado, nuestra experiencia con el durante y al final de nuestra estancia allí fue muy desagradable ! Quiero hacer claro que NUNCA me e quejado de una casa, ni de un hotel que hayamos rentado, hasta ahora !

The apartment is spacious and modern, with elements of the carefully restored historic building preserved. Enjoy high ceilings, beautiful decor, and all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen has all new appliances, including a full-sized gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wine cellar, coffee maker and drinkable water from every faucet. The hot water is endless thanks to our solar heater. The wifi is fast and the seating and sleeping super comfortable. The couches pulls out for additional sleeping if necessary. The closet offers ample storage space.

Feel confident that your superhost will be fully attentive to anything you may need, including restaurant recommendations and tourist attraction suggestions. This area of the city is very walkable, but Ubers are quick to arrive and very reasonably priced. Discover what it really is to live in the Historic Center of Puebla.
