Easter in Knoxville

Our family came and enjoyed our daughters last Easter at UT. House was perfect for our stay and the extra snacks made it perfect. Enjoyed a couple walks in the cute neighborhood where everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Stay at Thanksgiving!

We had a great stay with our adult children and significant others. The home is decorated beautifully with mid-century modern furnishings and recently remodeled kitchen and baths. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and near a great running/walking park. Very thoughtful and communicative host. Highly recommend.

Most adorable home on a gorgeous property

Stunning home. Spacious, yet warm and inviting. Well equipped kitchen and marvelous bathrooms. Morning coffee on the back porch is a treat. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. It was a great weekend for a regatta!

Beautifully updated and well furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property in a great location. Clean and very comfortable. Close and free of traffic to get to campus even on game day. Great for a weekend getaway, game day, or to come in town to check on your student.

UTK Graduation weekend

Great host! The house and neighborhood was beautiful and very comfortable. The host welcomed us with a sweet graduation sign on the fridge and goodies inside the fridge. We will definitely be back!

Unique property in great location

The home was exactly as described and then some! It is well cared for, very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed the screened in porch, well appointed kitchen and comfy sectional. The homes location is situated close to great shopping and downtown. Jackson was quick to respond, very helpful and an excellent host! We cannot wait to book again!

Beautiful and come home

We met our son and his girlfriend here in Knoxville for his 30th birthday. It was so nice to have this environment to relax in after sight seeing, very home like. Jackson was great in getting back with me quickly with any questions.

Perfect place!

Jackson’s property is PERFECT! Close to downtown and the airport. Extremely clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Lovely screened in porch and lots of backyard. Jackson provides everything you could need- snacks, coffee, plentiful clean towels. The bathrooms were spa-quality and living rooms cozy. Stop looking and book this!
