A couple of items, didn’t impact our stay but thought you may want to be aware. There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen area from a water leak. Also- sheets on fold out couch were extremely dirty. Had a wonderful time and it’s a beautiful condo.

Thank you for the feedback. We will absolutely talk to our cleaner about the sheets on the fold-up couch. She is instructed to change after each cleaning. As far as the spot on the ceiling, we are waiting on the HOA to repair it as the roof had to be repaired before they could get to us. It should be repaired in the next few weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Condo

Moved our son into graduate school and wanted a nice convenient place to be able to park and walk everywhere. Fantastic location only topped by the charm and the high end feel of the condo. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip!

Location, Location, Location! Convenient to so many restaurants, bars and shops. The loft was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, even included sound machines in both rooms. Surprise view of fireworks from the main living space both night and great parking. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Knoxville for the holidays - walking distance to everything, convenient and included parking spot, well-outfitted kitchen for in-condo meals, very comfortable and not even that loud for being right downtown on NYE!
