Deux maisons valent toujours mieux qu'une! LaSituées à seulement trois pâtés de maisons de la plage, ces maisons de style du milieu du siècle présentent des lignes architecturales épurées, des plafonds voûtés, une terrasse sur le toit, un bain à remous privé et un joli patio dans la cour! Versez-vous une tasse de café dans le coin petit-déjeuner, puis dirigez-vous vers l'air frais de l'océan. Promenez-vous à Windansea Beach pour un plongeon rapide, ou louez un vélo électrique et passez votre journée à naviguer sur la côte! Rendez-vous à San Diego pour certains des meilleurs tacos que vous ayez jamais goûtés. Mais assurez-vous de revenir dans le temps pour admirer un spectaculaire coucher de soleil sur l'océan!

The two houses was a perfect setup for our two families that visited La Jolla together. The key pad lock wasn’t working for one of the properties, but the management company was easy to get in touch with and helped us with a work around

It was absolutely stunning. The decor was adorable and the separate houses was perfect to share with another family. We were able to socialize in the backyard and then also on the balcony. The beach was less than 10 away. We could not have asked for a better spot, we will re-book. Great for a weekend away. These houses were also two blocks from coffee, Pop-Up Bagel and common stores. Hosts checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend

Great Location for Darlington House Wedding

Our son got married at the Darlington House and this was a perfect location for our immediate family and in-laws. Amenities were excellent and the two adjoining homes accomodated both families nicely.

Leadership Team Retreat

This was a perfect spot for our 6 person leadership team to get away for 3 nights and 2 days from the office to do our annual planning for 2020 and team bonding! We rented both units.

Family fun wedding house

Property was close to everything we needed. Very clean , very pretty interior. Close to pacific beach, LaJolla village. Enough bedrooms to accommodate all of our family in both houses. Beds were very comfortable. Stuff for everyone. Two beautiful homes.

Lovely Thanksgiving weekend

The two houses were clean, and as presented on line. The communication was smooth and everything was beautiful. One minor inconvenience to note is that if you do a buy out on both houses, you have to go out through the gates to get to the other house. Not a problem, but better if there was a gate between the two. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Perfect venue for family reunion

Perfect venue for family reunion, 8 adults and 6 young children. Easy walk to beaches.More games and amenities (sand toys, beach chairs, games, Pack n Plays, high chair) than listed in house manual. The plunge pool was a BIG hit. We prepared most meals in one of the kitchens and were glad we had brought foil, spices, ziploc bags, storage containers, etc. but there was a good supply of glassware, dishes, pots and pans. The only drawback to our stay: A/C not working in one of the homes. Avant staff very responsive but there were 3 very uncomfortable nights until the A/C was fixed. We were a bit disappointed that Avant didn't offer any compensation.
