*** Nouveau sur Stumptown Vacation Rentals et VRBO ***, ce condo de 3 chambres (2 chambres complètes et une chambre en mezzanine) à Ptarmigan est le refuge quatre saisons idéal de Whitefish. Le condo fait partie du village de Ptarmigan et est parfaitement situé entre le centre-ville de Whitefish et les pistes de ski / vélo / randonnée de la station de ski Whitefish Mountain. Ptarmigan Village a accès à une piscine intérieure et à une piscine extérieure en été. Vous trouverez un bain à remous extérieur, un sauna, un étang de pêche, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux, des sentiers de randonnée et un accès au lac Whitefish dans le cadre des commodités offertes par le complexe Ptarmigan. Le condo lui-même peut accueillir 7 personnes confortablement et est parfait pour vos vacances à Whitefish. Le niveau principal est le salon avec télévision à écran plat, foyer au bois, table à manger, cuisine et une grande terrasse privée. Les trois espaces de couchage contiennent un lit queen. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner ici.

Location was awesome, quiet and lots of matured cedar trees. Amenities was next to none. Clean and the property manager was very helpful. The A/C in the unit is the icing on the cake. Will choose to stay again in future.

We had a wonderful stay. Great property and the property management company (Stumptown Vacation Rentals) was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth. They even went to find a bag of clothes I accidently threw away in the dumpster, dug them out, and mailed them to us. This will continue to be our Whitefish rental choice from now on.

Great location

Location was amazing in relation to the ski resort and downtown whitefish! The place was really clean and had all the amenities we required! The Checkin process was seamless and Stumptown rentals communicated frequently via email. The outdoor hot tub was close which was nice to walk to. We explored a little path through the woods to find Elmer’s pond. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and stocked with what we needed. I felt like the description of the place was exactly what we got. The pool and hot tub area were clean. Overall the condo was clean. But, it could use some updating

I was a little surprised about the size, given the photo's that we looked at before booking. The inside could use some updating and a set of new pots and pans. We had to go purchase some pans in order for us to feel comfortable in preparing our meals.

Thanks for your feedback. I wish you would have mentioned to us that you weren’t comfortable with the pots and pans. We would have been happy to get a new set. Those are only a few months old. People seem to like using forks to scrape the pans when they shouldn’t. We will be sure to get a new set.

Our issues with things not clean were taken care of asap. The only thing we had a issue with was finding the property ti beach access. We looked four times before we finally found it on a unmarked private property road. Untill you sent i. It and found the small sign you would have never k own it was there as there was no markings of it at the roadside. Disappointed we didn’t get to go see it . It was a nice place to stay .

Annual Family Ski Trip

Condo was clean and spacious. Pretty big problem keeping the condo warm. The heating unit is mounted at 9 feet and does not sufficiently blow warm air to the main floor. This resulted in the loft area being 80 degrees and the main floor 60. Owner/manager should turn the base board heating back on. Would not choose this particular condo again.There were no towels or dish rags in the kitchen. Had to use paper towels, which was not ideal.All that being said, the price was reasonable.

We have always had a mini split unit during winter months to heat the upstairs area. Baseboards downstairs for the bedrooms. The extra baseboards have always been turned off. We have never had any issues with it being too cool. We sent an email to the guest the day after arrival asking if all was great and to let us know if they had any issues. They did not respond at all. Had we known, we could have remotely turned on the baseboards to add additional heat. It could have been remedied immediately. We also always have kitchen towels but the cleaners may have forgotten to put them out. We would have also been glad to bring extra kitchen towels had we known. For future guests, we have decided to have the mini split as well as the baseboards available for guests to make sure this never happens again.
