We thank you for staying with us for your 3 nights in Houston and very much appreciated your opinion and we expressed same to you while you were with us. Some of the pictures you posted here were never shared with us. Notwithstanding, like you said, everytime you noticed something, we immediately came over to address them. Days after you left, you even said that you just wanted us to take note of your observations and that you were not going to leave them as a public review, probably because you thought we would not refund your deposit, but here we are! We however do not agree 1. That the photos on the app do not represent the physical house. We strongly disagree with this comment. Our House is constantly occupied by guests from multiple platforms including vrbo, who have, on multiple occasions, gave very good public reviews of our house, especially how beautiful the house is. And we have continuously hosted other satisfied guests since you left. 2. That the landscaping was overgrown. The Gardener company cuts our grass and all houses on the street, every fortnight, a requirement of our HOA and infact were on video to be in the house on Friday during your stay. We explained to you that the trees in front of the house are normally trimed during winter and allowed to blossom and grow flowers during summer. We have since trimmed them. 3. That the house needed additional cleaning. The picture you sent for cobwebs was the back of the entertainment platform, the kitchen cabinet was the topmost spices cabinet out of over 10 different cabinets and we thanked you for the observation and sent a cleaner to you. 4. You said we did not have towel for the master bedroom (that was your complaint when you were in the house). We reminded you that its a 4 bedroom house, and if we left 2 towels each in the other 3 bedrooms while would we not have towel for the master bedroom? And you were only 4 people in your group. Again we sent the house manager to the house to provide whatever you needed, as well as additional supplies you claimed you needed, which you acknowledged. 5. That the sink stoppers were glued-on and it does not allow food particles to drain into the sink. Its exactly for this reasons: that some guests pour food remnants into the sink and blocks it, despite leaving stoppers in the sink but they always remove them, that is why we glued them. Each time the sink is blocked we spent money for a plumber to come and rectify same. We tried our best to satisfy you and you acknowledged that we were responsive to all your requests. Its not out of place that a guest might noticed something in a rental. The true test of their services is how quickly they attend to correcting them. We are always open to guests comments on how to improve our services.

Yvonne, we can see that you are upset because we made an insurance claim because you clogged the kitchen sink. You stayed with us for 7 nights. When you sent us a mesaage frantically in the morning of your check-in that you needed to check-in, we went out of our way to accommodate you, at no extra cost to you. On the second day you sent a message that you could not find the iron and we tried to direct you to where it was stored but you were impatient to check. You also complained that the bath soap was not enough. We immediately sent the house manager to go show you where the iron was and gave you additional soaps. On the 3rd day you sent a message that you do not know how to regulate the automatic Nest thermostat and we referred you to the welcome guide sent to you before you checked in where this was described. Those were the only complaints you raised in your 7 days with us. When you checked out, we found out that the house was in a mess (which we ignored) and the kitchen sink was over flown with water, we immediately sent you pictures of the sink and that we require you to pay for the plumbing work. And for 4 days you did not acknowledge nor reply the messages and we filed an insurance claim for the repair. You have since the claim sent numerous messages complaining about the claim and NOT in any of these messages did you mentioned your NEW complaints now stated here. Creating a problem that does not exist to get back at us is definitely not a matured way in a business transaction. We have been operating for over 8 years with over 500 satisfied bookings across multiple platforms. We cherish our customers and will always do our best to make our houses a "home away from home" for them. We are not perfect but we are definitely a responsive and responsible host.

Thanks for staying. The listing did say master bedroom not available when describing the bedrooms. Also, you could have communicated your observation on the plumbing issue and we would have sent a plumber. A house can have an issue during a stay. In fact you did not respond to ALL communications sent to you before and throughout your stay.
