Un spacieux studio d'une pièce, à quelques pas d'Oregon Beach. Situé au bout de la rue Main, avec accès à tout ce que Cotuit a à offrir; le chalet est niché dans une propriété calme et boisée. La chambre est propre et lumineuse, avec toutes les commodités qui vous feront vous sentir détendu et content après une journée d'exploration du Cap. Il est équipé d'une toute nouvelle kitchenette et d'une laveuse / sécheuse. Il a un lit queen et un canapé-lit confortable.

Cette propriété offre un accès facile à de nombreuses attractions du Cap, notamment: Mashpee Commons, le musée d'art américain de Cahoon, Lowell Park, où jouent les Cotuit Kettleers de la Ligue de baseball de Cape Cod, le Cotuit Center for the Arts et des excursions d'une journée à National Seashore et Provincetown. Il est également idéalement situé entre Woods Hole et Hyannis où vous pouvez accéder aux ferries pour Martha's Vineyard ou Nantucket.

It was a perfect place to stay for a vacation. Beautiful cottage and easy walk to the beach. Great place for quick day excursions to Boston, Salem, Hyannis, and Provincetown.

Wonderful location

The house was very clean and well-equipped and located a short walk from quiet and beautiful beach. We very much enjoyed our time on the beach and the quiet and cool mornings on the screened-in porch. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream and even caught a Cape Cod league game. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is the place to stay

Amazing area, quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! Spent a lot of the time on the screened in porch, easy access and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!!

Peaceful and lovely

The studio is airy, bright, quiet, private, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped. The enclosed porch is a wonderful amenity, as is the close proximity to the small beach.

We had a great 10-day stay at the guest cottage. The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/cutlery/etc., and the location was ideal. We spent most of the visit on the screened-in porch, surrounded by trees and nature, or on the beach. The beach is a short walk and was never too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Our dog also really enjoyed peaceful walks on the private drives around the house. Looking forward to a return visit.

The cottage had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. It was tucked into the woods ...very quiet and private:) We were within walking distance of the beach. Heather was very accommodating and "easy in and out" instructions.

Super cute and private. Was perfect for a quick getaway for my husband, daughter and myself. Beautiful neighborhood/area with a small private beach right down the street. The studio was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The screened in porch is awesome - provided a little separation from the sleeping space and was really nice to have coffee in the morning or hang out at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

Love it and perfectly located. Did have a strong smell of chemicals - not sure what the was about. Maybe they just did some work on the place. The gifts on the table were cute also!

A lovely and quiet stay in a large studio with A/C, fast internet, TV, and (most importantly in a rental property) a comfortable bed with a great firm mattress.

Tranquil cottage in a pine forest

The property is charming and well appointed. The amenities are carefully thought out by the owners. The cottage is in a beautiful location. It is very private and peaceful. I would love to come back.
