The condo was so wonderful and the common areas was so well kept. The view from the back balcony was so peaceful and beautiful, we saw so many deer! The condo is close to everything you would want to do! This will not be our last time here!

Great Home Away From Home

This was a great condo which met our needs perfectly. We traveled with our family of 4, including two teenagers and small dog. The condo had plenty of space and the property with the pool is fantastic. The owner was responsive during the booking process and we had no issues during the stay. Would stay again!

Great location with great amentities

Beautiful condo in a quiet location with tons of parking and a private pool, private balconies with tons of seating provided, and several shared fire pit spaces. Really loved being able to bring both our toddler and our puppy—safe for the grandparents, parents, aunt, puppy and toddler. We were super grateful for the accommodations and the respite away from the busy-ness and crowds of downtown when we were ready to rest. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect for a family getaway

Great amount of space for our family of 4. Full kitchen was a nice feature though we didn’t cook, it was nice to have the option. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was very quiet. This was the first floor unit and it was decorated nicely. The pool is always great and why we come back to this property even though our kids are teens now. We hope to come back next summer!

Never disappoints!

Our second stay at Northern Lights. This time in 2BR/2BA and it was outstanding. Perfect size for our group perfectly amended kitchen and bath with comfortable living area and outdoor space. Even though we were directly adjacent to the pool, it was quiet and private. The pool, facilities, access to Isabel's, Douglas and Saugatuck.... Bravo!

Nice condo

Nice property. Nice location. Loved the pool and fire pit- however we couldn’t find the key to fire pit so we borrowed one from people we met. Pay attention to dusting under furniture. Condo worked wonderfully for our family. We were there for a wedding. Cute town. Loved the shopping and restaurants and the beautiful beach!! Thanks for letting us stay!

Long weekend!!

A great place to get away! A short drive if anything is needed and secluded for plenty of wildlife…literally outside our condo! Our condo changed number changed the day before our arrival. I was not happy because we were not getting the condo we chose. The new condo did NOT disappoint! Highly recommended!!!

Great place to stay

The booking process was easy along with checkin/checkout procedures. Great location. The complex was nice and quiet and the pool was good. The pool house bathroom doors need to be fixed and signs posted that floors are slippery when wet and hazardous The landscaping and garbage outside could have been attended to more regularly. Things needed to be dusted a little better also but floors, bathrooms and kitchen were clean which was a big plus for us. There were plenty of restaurants to pick from and shopping in Saugatuck and Holland with farmers markets. We enjoyed the area very much. Overall, I would recommend this place and would definitely return even though I listed a few negatives.

The property is very nice, clean and in a great location for those wanting to go to the Dunes and walking around Douglas. Property manager was receptive to the one concern we had (dirty grill) and took care of it right away. Check in and check out very easy and community pool area is nice. The one problem, which was hard to ignore, is that it is on the main level and the walls are as thin as paper. We had the guests (and their dog) in the upstairs unit pretty much walking on our heads at all hours of the night, making sleep impossible. Sadly this is a deal breaker for booking this unit again. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great location

Overall, a great visit but a few disappointments. Kitchen was well equipped, decor very nice. Not enough blankets. Light bulbs burned out and gas fireplace didn't work. Living room lamp broken. Would like to have had soap in shower. Condition of upper deck was terrible- green mold all over the outdoor carpet, pillows strewn all over the deck and all the wood with a slimy layer making walking across it precarious and VERY slippery. We had multiple near falls, and we are fit people. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to requests.

only issue would be the trash outside we were there from saturday-check out tuesday & there was only one trash bin for all the units at our end to take their trash to more cans needed or trash needs to be emptied more often

We come back to this complex every year. It’s a beautiful setting, quiet and convenient location, the pool is lovely. The setup of the condo is very functional and comfortable.

Family vacation to sagatuck

Our experience was wonderful. Super cleaband modern. Beds a little uncomfortable but no biggie. Close to downtown sagatuck. Corner condo has an amazing peaceful beautiful view of the woods. Definitely come back.
