We had a great stay! Very clean and everything we could need in kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are tight, but it all worked out. So close to downtown and many restaurants! Perfect for two couples! Loved the outside table and chairs too!

Super cute unit that has new, modern decor and fixtures in every room. It is also super clean. Beds are very comfortable and have high quality linens. While the unit doesn’t have central air conditioning, the AC unit worked great and kept us cool even during the hot, humid days. Kitchen had all we needed for our stay. Property host was excellent to deal with - very detailed and timely communications.Excellent location - walkable to anyplace downtown Saugatuck.It is a very small unit, so great place for a couple’s getaway or two friends’ stay. My friend already wants to reserve it again for next year!

We really enjoyed the location - a 10 min walk to downtown Saugatuck. The weather was great so we appreciated the outdoor seating, including a few plants. The place was cozy but fine for a couple and 2 adult children. We were in town for the 1/2 marathon so we were out and about. Also nice to have 2 parking spots. Melanie was highly responsive to my few questions but everything went smoothly so I didn’t need to reach out to her much. We would stay again on our next trip to Saugatuck. Thank you!

Saugatuck charm!

This place was very clean, updated, and comfortable. You can see the water from the front patio. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful and comfortable

Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, parking right out front, also air conditioning was great. Location is nice, right down street from downtown area. Host responsive to messages quickly. Would stay there again.

Sweet little condo!

This was the perfect little condo to stay in for our trip to Saugatuck. The location was amazing, we walked into town multiple times and the view of the water was a plus! We had 3 adults and 3 children and fit just fine. There were lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, including cutlery, plates, and bibs for little ones. Great bath products and a lovely little space. Check in was seamless! We adored staying here for our first trip to Sauvatuck! Would highly recommend.

Great little bungalow!!!!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything from the check in and communication from the property managers to the incredible location that provided the perfect walking distance to the downtown Saugatuck area was great. The place is small but was perfect for accommodating our little family of 5. Also, this was the cleanest rental we ever stayed in! Highly recommend.

Quiet, simple, good location between Saugatuck and Douglas.

Super simple and small. Great central location. Great communication with property owners. Thoughtful details, good bath products, etc. if your party is larger than two people, be prepared to have nowhere inside to sit and talk. The important things were clean. However, the floor was very dirty.
