Great home Great hosts

This is a nice comfortable home. The hosts are friendly and quickly respond. There is plenty of room, lots of seating and the home is fully stocked with all the essentials. Walking distance to the beach and a great deck when the weather is nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great beach cottage

Loved staying here! The house is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and around the neighborhood. The only negative was that the lock in the front door was difficult to unlock and unlock, even when following the instructions. We will definitely stay here again!

Neighborhood oasis

Super clean efficiency with lovely roof deck. Great queen bed, suite had all the thoughtful touches. 3rd person has a mat on the floor. Comfy enough for our teen. Neighborhood is quiet & close to the beach/surf.

Perfect Getaway

This cozy and charming home was perfect for our weekend getaway! Cindy was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my inquires. Check in/out was easy. The home is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! There was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable! There were games & boogie boards available too! We enjoyed the short walk to Morro Beach and the short drive to downtown Morro and SLO. Thank you for a super weekend!

WOW! What a great find… place was amazing!! Traveled with my 86 year old mom and she never wanted to leave the house because it was so comfortable.. everything was perfect!

Cute house!

A nice trip to Moro bay with friends. 5 min drive to the bay. Beach close and within walking distance. House clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Rented thinking there was a working fireplace. It was foggy and chilly .. and so it was disappointing we couldn’t use it.

Great location! We enjoyed walking down to the sand dunes & beach. Cute house. Comfortable beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend the half-day kayaking & sand dune tour through Central Coast Outdoors!

Great place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for my family and parents. The 4th room made for a fun place for the kids to play and hangout. Lots of little details that kept our little ones entertained, like blocks, paper and crayons and board games. Great location, just blocks to the beach, park, market and restaurants. Cindy was quick to respond and very accommodating. We hope to be able and book again.

Family Birthday Vacation

This home is appointed very nicely. The decor is very coastal meets farmhouse. My small grandchildren loved having the garage/family room conversion to play with all the dinos and blocks that are there to enjoy. The front deck is fabulous for the sunsets. The noise from Hwy 1 can be a little load at night if you are not used to it. Walking to the beach is a breeze and right across the Hwy are plenty of places to eat. Spencer’s Market is an easy place to shop for anything you make need to cook a great meal in this lovely kitchen. We definitely look forward to bringing our grandkids back.

Perfect home for our destination wedding as family

The property was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. If we had others, the converted garage would have been perfect. I like the outside deck in front. Decor was good. And you could see the history of the family which always is a story to enjoy.

Great Family Beach Get-Away Location

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property. Location is great - easy walk to the beach and also easy to get to downtown and surrounding areas. The house is warm and welcoming, and has everything you need. The garage playroom, complete with toys, is a great addition for family travel. We had such a great trip, and are already looking forward to coming back.

Loved walking on the beach

Perfect family home, plenty of room both indoors and out. Everything was as described, kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat meals. Loved the beach, walked to Morro Rock and took lots of bird photos. Don't miss the otters at T pier.

Great House by the Beach

We loved our stay at this lovely little house by the beach. The house itself was very comfortable, and my family and I really enjoyed the garage/game room. The home is well-appointed, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing weekend in the area, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, etc. We loved riding our bikes around town, especially all the way to Morro Rock to watch the otters. The beautiful beach is just a 5 minute walk away in a very chill neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Cozy Beach House

Cozy beach house in Morro Bay. Just west of PCH. Walking distance to the beach - just 2 blocks through a quaint neighborhood. The house was very clean, comfortable living room and bedrooms. Great game room as well and outdoor areas to relax and breathe in the sea air. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful home & great location

Cindy was wonderful, kind, flexible, and communicative. My wife and her family have travelled to Morro Bay and Cayucos for years, and I have enjoyed exploring this part of California myself. We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful and clean and rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. The proximity to the beach was a short walk. The trail to get to the beach was gorgeous as well. I highly recommend getting down to the beach for sunset or just watching it from the front patio. We would definitely stay at this property again.
