Cet appartement de 1000 pieds carrés est situé dans une ferme familiale de 5e génération. Nous vivons dans l'autre moitié de cette maison. Cet appartement est une rénovation entièrement nouvelle. Inspecté par le ministère du Tourisme de l'Î.-P.-É.
Accès à la plage disponible en quelques minutes. Situé à 10 minutes du pont de la Confédération et à 10 minutes de Victoria au bord de la mer. Idéalement situé au centre de la magnifique rive sud. 30 minutes de Summerside et Cavendish, 40 minutes de Charlottetown.
Cette propriété dispose de la climatisation, d'une cuisine à aire ouverte et d'un salon avec plafonds de 9 pieds et beaucoup d'espace. Quelques jeux, cartes et livres pour enfants pour votre divertissement.
L'appartement dispose également d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Nous proposons également des produits locaux. Café torréfié localement et savon au lait de chèvre fabriqué localement fournis. Pour aider à promouvoir et à soutenir les affaires insulaires, nous avions des meubles sur mesure pour aider à donner une atmosphère confortable. Barbecue et foyer avec bois situé hors du pont arrière. Notre objectif est de vous offrir une expérience locale sur la Rive-Sud. Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez de nombreuses brochures de restaurants et de cafés tous situés à une courte distance pour vos besoins gastronomiques. Si vous avez d'autres questions, nous serons heureux de vous aider à vous orienter.

Wonderful farm stay

The house was clean, well maintained and had everything needed for a long stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach and got to the experience a bit of the farm life.

Country Living at its best

We wanted place that felt like home and prime rural location to visit all beaches and tourist sites. Great place and will recommend to anyone wanting a similar experience.

Amazing place!

The property was beautiful! We put aside a day of our trip to explore one of the trails on the property and were not disappointed at the view it led us to! The apartment was beautiful and made our trip just that much better. Corey and Mary-Beth were lovely hosts! They helped us out with any question we had and responded so quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

NICE LOCATION

So the lead photo is a little miss leading. The ocean is a 5 min car ride or 20-30 min walk from the house. So if your looking for a water front or water view property this in not a place for you.

Let me begin with saying, Corey was very responsive during the booking process. He nswered all my questions quickly. The check in process was seamless. Check out the same.We truly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean and spacious. It was equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and the toiletries provided in the bathroom were great. The property is gorgeous, we loved the private beach, we ventured down almost every day during our stay. My nephew and his girlfriend loved the use of the kayaks, seals came by the kayaks to say hello lol, a highlight of their stay. The hosts, Corey and Mary Beth were very welcoming and helpful when we needed a bit of advice otherwise you wouldn't even know they were right next door. It felt very private and quiet. The location was great, lots near by to visit. PEI is a beautiful province. So many hidden gems.Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again in the future.

Country comforts

Corey and Mary Beth have made a very comfortable space to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had some nice extras that I hadn't thought of bringing on our trip. The living room furniture was comfortable and the beds were as well! We used the washer and dryer as well as the dishwasher, and all appliances worked well. The wifi connection was flawless. Probably my favorite part of the property was the beautiful countryside around the house. I enjoyed my walk down to the shore and the beauty I found there. Corey and Mary Beth were kind and welcoming, and they thought of every detail to make our stay amazing. They were also responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful PEI

Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short - thanks Hurricane Fiona! - so we only stayed 2 days but this place definitely requires a return! The owners, location, peace and quiet, trails and general atmosphere are wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and Corey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks MacDonalds and we really hope to see you again in the future.

Beautiful Country Setting

We had a great stay at Corey’s country location. The location was peaceful, rural and with great views of farmland and ocean. Loved the hiking trail that Corey made that wound through fields, along the coast and through the woods! The house was clean, with lots of space, and had 2 bedrooms. My husband and I were the only ones staying there but could have easily come with another couple and wouldn’t have felt crowded in the least. Even though the suite is part of Corey’s residence and on a working farm, we still felt we had privacy and seclusion. Highly recommend Country Living in Augustine Cove!

Great property on a farm very quiet close to Victoria by the Sea !! Great Restaurants are 10 minutes away !! Red rooster ! Casa Mia by the sea was excellent ! The Lobster Barn was amazing!! Make reservations ahaed of time like a few days in advance as they fill up quick with covid restrictions!! Had a great 4 day stay
