Impressionnant et spacieux, Condo 2 chambres mis Ă  jour

Charmant condo spacieux avec 2 chambres et une salle de bain, récemment rénové. Pour les mois d'hiver, vous apprécierez la cheminée. Cette unité a un parking porte d'entrée. Il dispose d'une entrée privée et est situé au deuxiÚme étage. Le condo a un salon / salle à manger / cuisine à aire ouverte et a l'ambiance d'un foyer au bois. Un téléviseur 54 pouces comprend également un lecteur DVD, la télévision par cùble et Roku. Des téléviseurs sont également situés dans chacune des deux chambres.

Il est situĂ© Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l'autoroute 281, Ă  proximitĂ© des centres commerciaux / centres commerciaux, des hĂŽpitaux, des cabinets mĂ©dicaux, des Ă©coles, de l'aĂ©roport et des restaurants. Il est Ă©galement Ă  seulement quelques minutes de notre charmant centre-ville qui abrite de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants, bars et notre grand cinĂ©ma historique. Pratique Ă©galement pour les motifs de la foire de l'État, Husker Harvest Days et pour le Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.

Home away from home

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet
to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

We just needed a place to sleep while attending the National Jr Hereford Expo at the State Fairgrounds. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub although it was not listed on the amenities.

Great stay!

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

Wonderful condo in Grand Island

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.

For the price of one hotel room you get the benefit of 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own TV and plenty of living space also with a TV and fireplace. Plus as an extra bonus, as per your request I will leave you some of my much savored home made scones for a treat! Just let me know what kind you would prefer when booking!
