We enjoyed the clean, cozy living space. The kitchen is well stocked. You can’t beat the location. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

Was in town for work and this place provided the perfect spot to set up and work out of for three days. Very quiet and comfortable. Conveniently located and in a great part of town. Would stay again

Visiting family and hiking

Beautiful property. Great location for hiking in the canyons. Holliday has a great grocery store and small downtown restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean comfy quiet

This is a cute guest house. It was VERY clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. They have some lovely flowers blooming. They have lights shining on the staircase which is helpful at night. We look forward to staying here again!

Our family of four stayed at this property for two nights over Mother’s Day weekend. The property was perfectly located for our needs with quick access to downtown, the U, and the Canyon. The listing matches the reality of the property and the hosts were communicative as needed.

We love it here

Best stay for skiing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The guest house is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, the hosts are on site and responsive. Perfect! We'll be back.

Christmas/New Year’s family skiing

Perfect spot for our small group. Everything was as described in listing and was on the most beautiful little lane, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located for easy travel to Solitude/Brighton. Hosts were very responsive to questions and gave great check-in/out directions. Will def stay here again in the future!

Property was very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Encountered an issue with the toilet handle however I was able to repair. We were also not aware that the one bathroom was downstairs and the bedrooms were upstairs .

Perfect location!

We went to a concert at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater & to Park City for some fun. The location was perfect for the airport, concert & Park City. Clean, quiet & had everything we needed.

Nice place

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. It offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a lovely outdoor space. The location is perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom is located on a different floor than the bedrooms. While this was a bit inconvenient at times, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the property. This is a great place for a vacation, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
