Chic and minimal loft with sea view

My 90 sq. m. chic & loft apartment, with minimalist touches and abstract design, is located in Poros area just 400m. from the city overlooking the old harbour and the Venetian castle that you can enjoy by sitting from the specially designed balcony full of glass for endless stunning views! Spoil yourself and lay at the huge sofa in the lounge sitting area by watching your favourite movie on Netflix at the spectacular 65-inches TV like home cinema! Two bedrooms have king-size beds with eco-friendly aloe vera mattresses for ultimate sleep comfort equipped with large tv's with Netflix and eco-silent inverter air conditioners. A fully equipped and modern kitchen with design sitting area and comfortable chairs with a big bathroom for your comforts with all amenities!

Meticulous and efficient cleaning has always been on our minds for our visitors. But today it is even more critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of SarsCov-2 infection. To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min.to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.
Our ultimate goal is to offer you a completely hygiene environment that will make your stay, safe and enjoyable.The location of the apartment is unique a it is over the harbour and in the middle distance from airport and city centre which makes all distances seem near to all customers. Public bus station is only 2 min. walk distance from the house and there is plenty of space for parking outside the property as also private parking for your safety!
