CONCEPT AVANT OCÉAN FABULEUX - DISPONIBLE POUR UN VACANCES DE RÊVE À SAN DIEGO !!! Sur le trottoir
Sortez par la porte du sable et profitez de tout le plaisir que Mission Beach a Ă  offrir. SituĂ© idĂ©alement dans les 15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport international de San Diego, la vieille ville, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Qualcomm Stadium et de nombreuses autres attractions locales. Vous pouvez mĂȘme vous promener quatre blocs au sud de Belmont Park, avec ses montagnes russes historiques, boutiques et restaurants!

Ce condo non-fumeur de 1500 mÚtres carrés et trois chambres est la retraite de vacances idéale. Il est situé sur le front de mer, à San Luis Obispo. Décoré dans un thÚme de la plage, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Le maßtre a un lit king size, avec une vue sur l'océan balcon privé. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen, et la troisiÚme chambre a deux grands lits. 6 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement, toutes les chambres ont le cùble TV et sont situés au deuxiÚme niveau. Votre maison de vacances dispose également d'un service Internet sans fil gratuit. Nous avons croiseur vélos de plage, boogie boards, des jouets de plage, un parasol, chaises de plage pour votre journée à la plage!

Parfait pour se divertir avec une cuisine ouverte, petit bar, et un salon confortable avec télévision à écran plat. Le porche avec une table et des chaises est un espace ludique pour manger, boire, et de profiter des gens qui regardent le soleil se couche en dessous de l'océan Pacifique. De nombreux touristes et habitants montent et descendent le trottoir pavé qui s'étend sur des kilomÚtres; c'est un endroit idéal pour marcher, faire du jogging, du roller ou du vélo. Les meilleures personnes à regarder!

Il ya une laveuse / sécheuse dans le petit garage tandem. Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain et votre crÚme solaire, tout ce dont vous avez besoin vous attend ici, dans cette beauté parfaite face à l'océan. Pas de climatisation. Nous fournissons des ventilateurs pour chaque piÚce

Our family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the easy beach access and boardwalk. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The host immediately responded when the garage door was not closing and a handyman came within an hour. Sunsets were stunning. We will stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and up to date as well as very clean and comfortable. Nina was an excellent host and Cheryl got right back with me on the only need we had. Thank you for the goodie basket. It was yummy and very thoughtful. You were right about the garage being very tight. We will probably park on the street next visit. There was plenty of beach items available for us. I would definitely recommend this property for a beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It was perfect for kids with plenty of space and a great setup for families. The views were incredible. Location was great. Lovely home. We enjoyed the games that were provided. Added benefit was we were able to park in the garage. Definetly will return again.

Above and beyond! House was better stocked than we have seen at other places. The staff was so easy to work with. The house was amazing for all 6 of us. The views, the set up just whole package. We will be staying her again!

Perfect Location

My wife and two boys (7,3) stayed the week at this beautiful home. Perfect location, right in the middle of Mission Beach and within walking distance of anything needed. As stated, garage is tight however we had a mini-van and it worked for us.

Location and service for the win

Traveled from Iowa with daughter for a beach vacation. This place was amazing. Beach life at its best. Lots of “people watching” along the boardwalk. Would return just for the location. Customer service was amazing. The airline moved our flight to 6pm. The staff was able to move the cleaning to a later time so we could enjoy the day at the house instead of the airport. What an amazing gesture. We will be back!

Beautiful oceanfront property

If you’re looking to stay directly on the beach this is the place for you! Awesome location close to shops and restaurants, and literally on the beach. Biking around the bay and on the boardwalk was fantastic, and you can’t beat the evening walks on the beach:) The host was extremely responsive and helpful, we will be back!

Beach Paradise

This was my first time using Vrbo. I was very impressed with the ease of making a reservation and the communication with the Property Manager. Everything was exactly as depicted on the listing. Great location, Boardwalk and beach access. The unit was very spacious, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay and then some. Looking forward to going back!

Another Great Stay

This is our second stay at this property. Excellent location to anything you could possibly want to do while in Mission/Pacific Beach. The home is fully equipped with anything you need. We did not have children with us but noticed plenty of beach toys, a pack play, baby gates, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. Property management is easy to communicate with and check in and out are very straight forward. This is a multi-unit home so anticipate neighbors. Ours were a quiet and kind group. House is pet friendly and we plan to return home nice again. Thank you!

spring break on mission beach

the time was awesome the weather cooperated till the last day had a fire alarm go off 2 nites out of first three management responded right away and changed the device. only complaint I had. the garage wasn’t capable of holding a car too narrow struggled every note to find a spot on the road some where a distance then the last two nights some group of young men stayed at the third level and decided to move furniture after midnight. despite all that loved the accommodation great location some maintenance is needed on the doors and trim they squeaked every time

Family vacation

Property was great and met our needs perfectly. Loved being right on the beach for the incredible sunsets. Walking distance to Belmont Park for treats, fun, dinner was perfect. Loved the bikes, beach chairs, boogy boards, beach towels, sand toys, balls. Our youngest was 11, a teen, a college kid. & grandparents all had a wonderful time. With careful skill, we used the garage for parking our mini van (backing in, folding in the mirrors) which was preferred over searching for street parking. Appreciated laundry on site too!

My family and I just spent a glorious 5 days at this property. In fact, it was our second year in a row staying here. I cannot express how amazing this condo is! It has more amenities that we would ever have expected including beach toys, beach chairs and even beach cruisers! It's decorated perfectly. It's immaculately clean, the beds are so comfortable and the view from the living room is perfect for watching the sunset (although we lived on the patio). The location cannot be beat.

Everything turned out great! I was a pleasure working with you and your team. I have been renting VRBO in the Mission Beach area for over 10 years now and have to put your communication and professionalism as one of my top picks. Your staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and nice showing me the amenities. The property worked out well for my family with plenty of space and well equipped

Relaxing, peaceful, people watching, best location, well equipped. Beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella are all supplied for your day at the beach. We also have sand toys for the kids. You are walking distance to Belmont Park and it's wonderful beach front restaurants, roller coaster, and shops. Flat screen tvs and free wi fi are all included. Each bedroom has a TV. Decorated with a beach theme. You can't beat the view from the family room & master bedroom!
