Même s’ils sont à 1 bâtiment de la plage, vous vous sentez comme si vous y êtes directement lorsque vous êtes assis sur votre terrasse. Chaque condo est un niveau avec 3 total dans le bâtiment. L'ascenseur ouvre directement dans votre condo. Il y a un parking couvert pour 2 voitures seulement. La 1ère chambre a un lit king size. 2ème chambre a une taille queen. 3ème chambre a 2 jumeaux. Excellent place and location to stay.

Stayed in level 2; Excellent ocean view property, less than a min walk to beach. You can see cargo ships transiting to/from port from here. Good sunrise view as well. Awesome place for quiet stay !!!

Location and elevator were great- someone needs toClean this unit better and get rid of the roaches-I liked the layout- , cute place- washer and dryer struggle they are so old. The view was great and easy parking. I only stayed 3 nights so I didn’t use the kitchen- if I had stayed a week and used the kitchen there were things it needed. Needs new sheets- they were clean but stained . The hall shower is a nightmare to turn on but the master shower is a dream. The door to the master and the restroom door were irritating- awkward layout- … the patio was great for ocean gazing

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, elevator access, layout, ocean views, patio, and convenient parking — we agree those are some of the best features of the unit! We take cleanliness and pest concerns very seriously. The building does not have a roach issue, and we have not received other complaints regarding this. It’s possible that what was seen was an isolated incident, such as a single insect entering from outside, which can occasionally happen in coastal properties. We do have routine pest control service in place to ensure the unit remains well maintained. We also appreciate your comments regarding the linens, washer and dryer, kitchen items, and shower hardware. While the sheets are professionally cleaned, we understand that staining can affect appearance and we will review them for replacement. We will also take a look at the hall shower handle and the washer/dryer performance to see where improvements can be made. Thank you again for your stay and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. Feedback like yours helps us continue to enhance the guest experience.

The view was amazing and the condo was lovely. Like watching the barges come in. As stated in the reviews you do hear the other residents so they probably heard our little ones as well getting some energy out because of the rainy weekend. Really enjoyed the Pirate parade and festival.

Wonderful Tybee Experience

Lovely three unit condo located at 2nd Street Beach access point! Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Great location with restaurants, shopping, and grocery store just a few minutes away. Loved staying here.

short walk to beach!

Location was great! Literally steps to the beach. This unit was much more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Very clean and bright with great ocean views. Beds were super comfy. Great place.

Great location

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great. Easy access to the beach. The only downside is the smell of the master bathroom was really bad. The lock on the guest bathroom didn’t work and the fridge is not functioning but overall our friends and family had a great time.

Tybee/Savannah Trip

Nicely decorated, comfortable condo really close to the beach. Three bedrooms, balcony with great view, and as a very cool bonus, an elevator that the elders of our family group greatly appreciated. Plenty of good food on the island and in Savannah. Weather was terrific. We got chairs with umbrellas from a local vendor and spent many hours lounging, reading, and enjoying our time at Tybee.

Everything was just okay

Pros - condo is spacious and nicely laid out, elevator and parking is nice, location is goodCons - bathrooms and kitchens weren’t as clean as they could have been when we arrived, sheets were stained, condo was very, very noisy from neighbors above and below as well as the road We enjoyed Tybee and would return but would probably look to stay elsewhere

Perfect Location!

A nice property right at the beach - only a short walk across the dunes. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony! The property is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space in the main areas (kitchen, dining, living rooms). Easy access with an elevator or stairs. Extremely simple check in and check out process.

Perfection!

As we all entered the condo, we were thrilled to that the ocean was so close. We spent every day enjoying the sunrises and sunsets on the balcony! The rooms were perfect and accommodating to all of us, very clean and comfortable. We didn't cook much but loved the spacious kitchen & island. I will recommend this condo to everyone!! Thank you so much for offering this!!!

Great location for the price!

Our family loved the closeness to the beach! There were some unknown stains behind the queen bed down the blinds that looks like someone spilled soda and was missed by the cleaning crew. To dry clothes or towels, leave extra time, it took about 3 cycles to get our loads dry. Other than this, it was clean, stocked with appliances, and we would be happy to stay again!

Great times on Tybee!

All was well except my bad back meant the bed was too high and I had to have help every time. These modern styles don’t work for handicapped people!

Beach Weekend

My wife and I selected this property for a beach weekend with our daughter’s family of six. This was the classic location, location, location. The boardwalk to the beach was maybe 20 yards from our parking spot. We watched the sunrise from our balcony, went crabbing after dark, and played in the surf during the day. Because it was so close, we simply popped back for meals. The crowds were nothing compared to the north end by the lighthouse and the south end by the pier. We have nothing but great memories!

We spent a week. The place was clean and check in was easy. You can sit on the loveseat and see the ocean. I would have loved a set measure cups and spoons in the kitchen and when using the coffee pot need filters. Mats/rugs to help contain the sand would be nice. None of these item are necessarily but would be helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time.

Wonderful place!

We loved the location most of all and the ease of getting out of our car, into an elevator and right to our room. We also loved the view from the floor we were on. We could watch the ships go in and out. Perfect! The only suggestions I have is to provide more supplies (trash bags, etc.), clean the place a little better or paint and repair cabinet doors. The rest was wonderful! We will definitely consider staying again. The staff and owner were wonderful and the apartment was super roomy!

Great Location!

Loved this property. The views were amazing. Sunset, sunrises and the ships coming and going off the Savannah River, all viewed from the balcony. Plenty of room and so close to the beach. The only issue was we lost internet connection the second day. I would definitely stay here again but if it's a working vacation I won't be able to. That was the only issue and hopefully it can be fixed. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful time. Description of property and photos were accurate.
