Haut de gamme 2 chambres / 2. 5 condo de plain-pied de salle de bains dans les pavillons avec un peu plus de 1800 pieds carrĂ©s. Ce sont des condos de luxe plus rĂ©cents construits sur le parcours de golf Snowcreek. Sentez-vous vraiment comme si vous vous Ă©chappiez de tout cela lorsque vous ĂȘtes assis sur le perron arriĂšre en admirant le magnifique Ă©tang et la vue sur la montagne! Situation calme dans le complexe et Mammoth. Marchez jusqu'au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour faire de l'exercice, prenez la navette en ville ou dĂ©gustez des sushis au Snowcreek Bistro! OĂč que vous regardiez, vous serez entourĂ© par la beautĂ© des montagnes de Sherwin et du parcours de golf. Le complexe propose un grand bain Ă  remous extĂ©rieur avec une vue incroyable! Ce condo peut accueillir 7 personnes confortablement dans des lits. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers haut de gamme, de nombreux placards et de tous les ustensiles nĂ©cessaires pour prĂ©parer les repas Ă  la maison. Il y a aussi un garage simple et une grande buanderie. Les bons animaux sont autorisĂ©s au cas par cas pour 150 $ par animal, non remboursable. Une fois que vous restez ici, nous savons que vous reviendrez encore et encore! C'est un bel endroit pour profiter de Mammoth!

Great house and location! Almost no amenities that you’d find in most rental properties- coffee, extra blankets or pillows. A ton of rules with the house and had to basically do half the cleaning service yourself before you leave. Lovely space though!

The house was nice and spacious for my family of four. However, the oven was broken and the BBQ (which was shown in the pictures) was no longer available. This was a major issue for us, as we had planned to cook meals at the house and were instead forced to eat out most of the time.

Perfect size and location

The condo amenities were perfect for our group. The Lodges are a beautiful complex, and this condo did not disappoint. Dog-friendly is a huge plus for us. The condo is nicely furnished and it has all the amenities you would need.They only item that would have been more helpful is a garage door opener.

Great location in Snowcreek area, perfect for family getaway

Had a perfect family getaway with 17in of new snow falling. Everything was very good. Tips! If booking in Winter, note BBQ is not available (stored during Winter). I didn't realize that and brought a whole bunch of Carne Asada I couldn't cook. Also, Firewood may/may not be available at end of Season. Check in advance.

Underwhelming

The maintenance of this property is underwhelming. We arrived to a broken disposal, no soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher falling out of casework, light bulbs out in multiple locations, shades broken in Primary suite. No firewood. Glassware was minimal. It’s a good location but for the price, mismanaged.

Garage is a time / life saver

Never appreciated covered parking as much as this last trip up. Saved a ton of time getting going n the morning. Very nice not to have to dig out.

The two bedroom is perfect This home is ground level and gives nice access to the patio and use of the outdoor BBQ. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and nice master bathroom. Great place, very clean!

This is by far the cleanest place I've stayed in Mammoth. I appreciate it even more because it was a pet-friendly unit, and it was spotless! Great location, nice amenities, very comfortable and cozy.

Winter stay

Upon arrival to property, with children at 11pm there was no way to get into property. The greating app that is used for access code is apparently only accessible via using an Apple device( we are all android users), which would of been good to know prior on heading to the trip. It was VERY inconvenient and unnecessary stress added for this relaxing "getaway". We tried reach out out to renter no response, we reached out to VRBO and they were of no help and suggested to just rent another hotel for the night until they can get in contact with renter, which was way out of the picture. We proceed to try on our laptop nothing, not until we tried on our child's I-PAD did the app work, Almost an hour later.These are little things that can ruin the whole experience. I will DEFINITELY never book here again. Better communication and user friendly software used would better value this rental.

Clean and cozy

We had a nice visit for a couple of nights. We were able to cook dinners instead of going out into the cold night looking for a place to eat. The lay out is very nice. The master bathroom is large , clean, and very nice. We were able to enjoy our walks around the neighborhood with our two dogs. I did make a point to vaccum before we left as indicated by property management so we would not leave extra hair. Also the dishwasher leaked when in use. That was concerning. Also there were a lot of fines associated with rules. It felt a bit much yet can understand if previous guests have caused any issues. We made a point to follow all directives. The condo is a bit far from the mountain yet the shuttle is there. My husband and son had some issues with the shuttle and time. Also one time the shuttle started slipping on the icy road caused for a bit of a moment. Over all a nice place and we were happy it was so clean and cozy.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodges! Thank you for being so attentive when there was an issue. You guys were so quick with a fix. Check in was very easy. Minor issues (can opener & wished there were more mugs for the winter). We will definitely be back. Such a big space for us to spread out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a grueling process to find a place that I could check off most of all my lodging "filters". Lodge 1129 quickly became a very welcoming and comfortable home for six nights. The community is well maintained, groomed and quiet. We wanted a place that wasn't in a touristy area or near retail stores. This community is nestled in the meadows off the perimeters of a golf course and the base of a mountain. It is a short drive to the town where we tried Gojira Ramen, Giovanni's Pizza and shopped at Vons. We found during our 8-mile town loop E Bike ride; the path is a short walk from the lodge. The home was clean and stocked with amenities to cook a full meal, coffee machine choices of a Keurig or Mr. Coffee, comfortable leather sectional, beds and seating to accommodate a large family. Other than a few minor items I would suggest, anyone staying here would not find any inadequacies of standard amenities. Even the unexpected amenities were a pleasant surprise, extra throw blankets next to the sofa, board games, snow sleds, hair dryers, vacuum cleaner and mop. It was so helpful to have a full capacity washer and dryer. I was able to pack light because of this and not having to return home with a pile of dirty laundry was a major bonus! Now specifically for pet owners. This was the most challenging aspect of finding a vacation property. The game changer was it is single story with direct access to outside and the garage. No long corridors, elevators and stairs to navigate. I don't think I would have found anything closer to being a perfect fit for my husband, pet and I for our first trip to Mammoth Lakes. Ready 4 Rentals was a pleasure to work with. I called and all my questions were answered and upon securing my reservations, I was given all the information I needed to access the property and procedures to follow when checking out. Everything ran smoothly which made for a wonderful experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or Ready 4 Rentals.

Great Time

Location is wonderful. We enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood and the walkability. Two things that need to be addressed is the lock on door from living room to porch. It was broken and we could not access porch except from main bedroom door. Also, upper rack in dishwasher needs to be worked on. Would have loved to address that privately but could not reach anyone to tell them. Other than that, the property was very nice and we had a great time.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. When we arrived the check in was easy. The space felt large because it was all one story. It’s hard to tell from the pictures and this was our first time staying in these condos at snow creek but they are kind of stacked on each other. We had neighbors upstairs and you could definitely hear them. There were a few fixtures that need to be screwed back down (shower in master, faucet in the master). The ice maker very slowly made ice so maybe bring some extra if you need ice. The fan did not work in the guest room. A few burnt out lightbulbs as well. All in all not enough to deter us from coming back but things to be aware of for management. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. We used the jacuzzi one evening after skiing and it was nice also.

Spacious, comfortable condo

This property was really spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out and host dinner. It's also the first stop on the bus line. Mammoth was a terrific mountain - we will definitely come back!
