Great location and quality home.

My wife and I were in between homes and needed a place to stay for a few days. The property manager was quite helpful and we enjoyed the location and home. We would stay there again.

Great place to reunite....

Got together with some long time friends for a little golf and R&R. Home was extremely clean and perfect for our needs. Ryan was always available to answer any questions and made my first time using VRBO very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, Clean home

We enjoyed this house. It was clean and convenient for us. We were visiting family in Sun Lakes, so this was about a 10 min drive. Easy to get into the home and had all the amenities we needed.

Great location for golfers

Great location of the house. Tons of great Golf and restaurants nearby. Even drove to UA for a football game. House was as advertised and the property manager was responsive to questions or things that we couldn't figure out....not always technologically savvy.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was perfect for our entire family including our granddaughter that was only 7 months old. The location was perfectly located near the Ocotillo Club house where we attending a wedding. There was plenty of room and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was very nice also. Ryan was so helpful and responded extremely quickly to any question I had. Thank you again for a wonderful getaway.

Daughters baby shower

We came from Iowa and North Idaho to attend my oldest daughters baby shower. The house was perfect. We loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the pool.

Beautiful property

We loved this house and neighborhood! Green space a couple houses down so it was great for our small dog. House and pool were very clean, and had everything we needed for the week! The only drawback to this rental was the traffic noise in the mournings, otherwise fantastic property! Ryan was very responsive when we had questions during our stay!

Overall nice property. Only issues were (1) loud location from adjacent highway and industrial construction zone, (2) no live television stations and (3) limited control of thermostat - it often reset to default settings.

Beautiful comfortable home

Beautiful, comfortable and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfectly appointed with kitchen items, comfortable bedding and all home items needed. Easy access to any direction. Ryan was easy to reach and everything was smooth and easy. Friendly neighbors. Just a great spot! Highly recommended.

Gods stay.

This house is in a nice neighborhood. I felt very safe walking the dogs at night. We had a little problems with the code on the front door many times but learned to leave the patio door unlocked to get back in after walking the dogs. All in all good place to stay. Needs a little more pots and pans to cook a meal as the grill was pretty greasy we couldn’t cook our burgers on it. Beds were super comfy. Had some good nights sleep. Thanks Ryan.

Family trip to Chandler

Wonderful stay at a very clean and spacious, well appointed house. Our host, Ryan, was highly responsive. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and higher end linens. The kitchen was stocked with Ăšvery utensil needed for cooking. The layout was nice as a gathering area for cooking, eating, playing games and family activities. Loved the back yard.....used the grill a couple of times. While the pool wasn't heated, our 5 year I'll still used it. Wonderful vacation in a wonderful house! Thank you Ryan!

Excellent Property

We recently stayed for a month at the Hollyhock home. The home is very comfortable, clean and large enough for 6 of us. The outdoor space was great for enjoying the warm AZ sun. We had two minor issues with the house during the month and Ryan was extremely quick to respond and resolve. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, with green spaces and water ways. We walked everyday. The street behind the home is very busy during the day, which adds some additional noise, but it was also nice not to have neighbors behind us. We did wish the pool was heated so we could enjoy it more than just in the hottest part of the day. Thanks for a great month!
