Magnifique propriété - TrÚs bien situé

Bienvenue au Club 139, une maison magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e datant du milieu du siĂšcle datant de 1958 et situĂ©e dans le quartier de Shadow Falls Ă  St. Paul, sans doute l'un des endroits les plus dĂ©sirables des villes jumelles. Vous ĂȘtes ici Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du Town and Country Club et de l'historique Summit Avenue, et Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs collĂšges et universitĂ©s (University of St. Thomas, Macalester College, UniversitĂ© de St. Catherine, UniversitĂ© Hamline, École de droit Mitchell-Hamline. À quelques pas du fleuve Mississippi, Ă  10 minutes du centre-ville de Minneapolis et Ă  15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport international MSP.

Le Club 139 pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six adultes (pas d'enfants, s'il vous plaßt). Il y a trois grandes chambres (une avec des lits jumeaux), deux salles de bain complÚtes et une demi-bain. La cuisine gastronomique est de qualité Martha Stewart - CuisiniÚre Wolf à cinq brûleurs, double four Meile, réfrigérateur Sub-Zero, cave à vin, ßlot de préparation, ßlot de divertissement, grand coin repas et tous les ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires.
Le plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour les amis qui souhaitent se rassembler et socialiser: vous asseoir à l'ßle / au bar, vous détendre sur le canapé ou prendre un en-cas et du maïs soufflé et passer au mobilier confortable du sous-sol pour regarder un film au cinéma. " Smart TV.

Bien que le coin cuisine du Club 139 ressemble à Martha Stewart, la vie en plein air est plutÎt celle de Dean Martin. La terrasse surélevée de 12 x 30 pieds comprend une table et des chaises ombragées, ainsi qu'un gril à gaz commercial Char-Broil, idéal pour profiter de la cuisine en plein air et se divertir. Le patio au rez-de-jardin inférieur est doté d'un mobilier d'extérieur luxueux et d'une table de flammes hypnotique. La cour est magnifiquement aménagée et trÚs privée.

Le Club 139 est une nouvelle propriété VRBO. Nous nous engageons à vous offrir un séjour amusant, sûr et confortable. Classic split level house that has been very nicely updated. The photos on the website are accurate. The owner was very communicative, available, responsive for questions. The neighborhood is very lovely, quiet, with stately and elegant homes. It's near the Mississippi, and great for walking or biking.

Perfect Week's Stay for Family of 6

The house on Otis Ave in St. Paul was in a beautiful neighborhood with 3 bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We even had 11 for dinner. We were there for a Macalester graduation. The kitchen family room plus a living room allowed us to spread out. You are just a block from the river which everyone enjoyed walking to. Thanks to Michael for providing us such a perfect house in a glorious setting.

We loved the house, yard and location. The house had everything we needed. Just when you think it’s not there, just open another cupboard. Lol. The beds were so comfortable and the living space was large and very roomy. Was in town for my son’s graduation at University of St Thomas and it was perfect! Would stay here over and over. Enjoyed our time at 139 Otis

This was a good base of operations for our daughter's graduation. Lots of room and good outdoor space. The property was well supplied and clean overall -- on arrival, some dishes were left next to the sink that weren't clean. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer our questions. Before checking out we had to wait for the dishwasher cycle to get done so that we could empty it before check out. That took a long time. Great neighborhood and location!

Prime location for college graduations

The house was perfect for our needs and our only issue is wet and cold weather kept us from enjoying the outside space. But the weather didn't stop the turkey who kept visiting the backyard. My wife, son and nephew came to town for our daughter's graduation from the U. Even if I-94 in Minneapolis wasn't under major construction, the house's location was perfect and a scenic, 10-15 minute drive along the river to campus. And an even shorter drive to the colleges in St. Paul. Not sure when the house was renovated but it clearly was done to make entertaining easy for hosts and comfortable for guests. We had a small celebration with in town family that made a family celebration an experience we will always remember.

An amazing home!

This was the best experience we have had with VRBO. The owner made everything so nice. We had to be in town for my mother’s memorial service. He made everything perfect for such a sad occasion. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. Although we didn’t have great weather, there are 2 lovely outdoor patio spaces. The home is located just steps from the Mississippi River. Great for walking or biking.. it’s also well located to get to either downtown area and to the University. Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Property perfect and host 5 stars!

An unfortunate change in plans days before our short stay in Minnesota for a memorial service left us scrambling for a property that could accommodate our family and plans.... but the good fortune of finding Michael's home turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The home was perfect, location convenient in a quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen. But the highlight of our stay was Michael. We arrived on Thanksgiving on a red eye and he graciously accommodated our early check in request. And without our asking, offered to stock our refrigerator with any essentials we needed, knowing that finding an open grocery store would be difficult on the holiday. Without exaggeration, this was the best customer service I've received on any vacation. If our travels bring us back to Minnesota, we will not hesitate to book this property again.

Christmas Magic

Our experience was all we wished for! We rented Mike's home "Club 139", for a week to spend Christmas with our sons. The home was immaculate, comfortable and perfect for entertaining our group of 6. The kitchen is large and well appointed with newer appliances. The diningroom, livingroom and den are all large and perfect for hosting a small gathering. We only used the master bedroom but all the bedrooms are spacious and cozy. The bathrooms were nicely updated, especially the master which was as nice as any high end hotel bathroom. The location is in an upscale neighborhood, a block from the Mississippi River and just minutes from shopping and great dining. Mike was very helpful and a gracious host. He even made sure the sidewalks were cleared of snow for us before we arrived. We will be back to St. Paul many times and hope to be able to stay at Mike's "Club 139" again.

Tasteful home, gorgeous neighborhood

We visited St. Paul over a long weekend for my sister-in-law's Celebration of Life, held at Macalester College's chapel. The house was very conveniently located less than two miles from the campus, in a lovely neighborhood near the Mississippi River. We walked along the Mississippi River one afternoon, access being very close by. The home is tastefully decorated and spacious - plenty of room for the five of us. The weather was not conducive to enjoying the outdoors, but in warmer weather guests would be able to enjoy comfort and privacy on the deck and patio. The kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances were top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and the beautifully appointed bathrooms included toiletries and other useful items – well thought out. Michael was quick to respond via email prior to our arrival, and by phone during our stay. I'd highly recommend "Club 139" to anyone wanting a little luxury and lots of space while visiting the Twin Cities.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is truly the perfect place for a group of friends or family. It's the absolute best entertaining layout. The location is a 10, ample off street parking, large park like back yard and great outdoor living spaces. Very private with walled yard that is beautifully landscaped with gardens and views.
If you know the location then you'll agree it's the best in St. Paul. New to town? You can't do better than this location. MSP is a simple drive, I-94 on ramp is less than one mile, UofM - 1.3 miles. In town to see the kids at UST? It's 4 blocks, MPLS-10 minutes, StP-same. East Cliff is my neighbor, Wedding parties at Town and Country??? It's two blocks away. Longfellow grill is a nice walk across the Lake Street Bridge. Riverview Theatre, various tap rooms, restaurants and coffee houses, all within walking distance.
