ElKen Retreat est une piĂšce privĂ©e attenante Ă  notre maison. (Nous proposons Ă©galement un autre espace - le pool house - avec 2 lits jumeaux et un canapĂ©-lit derriĂšre notre maison). Vous bĂ©nĂ©ficierez d'un merveilleux lit king-size et d'un matelas Serta sur un lit bĂ©bĂ© qui peut ĂȘtre amenĂ© dans la chambre sur demande (supplĂ©ment pour plus de 2 personnes).

Jason est un massothérapeute agréé ayant son bureau sur notre propriété. Réservez votre forfait spa pendant votre séjour! (Frais ajoutés)

Un dĂ©licieux petit-dĂ©jeuner est Ă©galement inclus! Selon le jour et les horaires, les options incluent omelettes (sur commande), biscuits faits maison, bacon, sauce au jus; pain perdu et saucisses; ou un petit dĂ©jeuner continental ... tous avec des fruits et du jus. Si vous ĂȘtes pressĂ©, pas de souci, nous vous renverrons avec quelque chose de dĂ©licieux! Great Experience

We’re absolutely glad that we decided to book this VRBO. So much better than a hotel ever could’ve been. The owners was super nice. The massage and breakfast was definitely an added touch to the stay. The room was really nice. I am normally very hesitant about holiness no matter where I stay, but I had absolutely no concerns with this venue. I would absolutely recommend someone to stay at Elkins retreat.

Perfect weekend getaway!

5 stars isn’t enough stars to give Elken Retreat! All the special touches made this the perfect place to stay: Comfy-cozy room/ bed, hot tub after a long day of walking and shopping, a sweet treat each night, and the yummy breakfast each morning. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place

This was the best I’ve experienced period. The place was amazing. The bed was great and our suite had all we needed. The hosts are friendly and provided a beautiful experience. We woke up to the best French toast ever. Just overall a perfect stay!

It got pretty dark there...

We went to Texas for the eclipse 2024 and had a wonderful time at the retreat. Jennifer was super nice and even provided us with two pairs of eclipse glasses, as well as with delicious snacks in the morning. We watched the eclipse together with her and other guests. We got lucky with the cloud coverage and had an amazing time. Our room was at the back of the retreat. It was super cozy and extra quiet. We would absolutely stay there again!

Just lovely!!

My furies and I stayed for First Monday. Our room was so adorable! Bed was super comfy and room was stocked with everything you need. Jason and Jennifer are the sweetest! They brought hot cookies to the pool and s’mores at night! Make sure you ask to pet their precious golden doodles and have Jason share some jokes. Breakfast is also superb! Hope I can visit again soon!

Wonderful place to stay. Everything you need to just get away for a couple of days and so clean! Property owners are excellent host and wonderful homemade muffins waiting for you in the mornings!! Beds were so comfortable and just the perfect size for a getaway.

Over the rainbow...

I absolutely loved everything about this property, my suite #5 was better than I imagined. Jennifer & Jason are the kindest people ever! Breakfast both mornings (prepared by Jason) was delicious especially the French Toast (my fav) and the coffee. I'm still laughing and sharing Jason's jokes. Their property is magical. Visit with the Turkeys, hens and other birds. It was fun finding & collecting feathers. I found angel wings in the tall tree. I visited several places that weekend. I recommend them all. The Forge Bar & Grill, Edom Log Cabin restaurant and a further drive out was Speakeasy Coffeehouse in Quitman. I was there to enjoy a friend's live music at some of these places but I found so much more joy in East TX and the ELKen Retreat was a huge part of that. Thank you! Love you guys!

Amazing Experience

We stayed there for a quick honeymoon and it was a very pleasant experience. The property managers were amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had a great weekend! The property itself was very clean and cozy.

Super hosts is such an understatement! Jennifer and Jason were amazing from the time I booked our reservation. The property was so nice. The room was very clean and so comfy. Our Anniversary!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was very clean, decorated very cute and cozy, and a great atmosphere in the outdoor are. We live local but needed a great place to celebrate us. This was the place.

Jason and Jennifer are the best property rental guests you could ever have!

Stayed two nights, showed up a little late Friday night and had a lil hard time finding room since we parked in wrong spot - but Jennifer responded right away - and after walking around a bit found it! Hot tub is great - breakfast and massages were a huge plus. Even homemade cookies randomly. Highly recommend.
