Notre résidence de 3 300 pieds carrés comprend 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain et est située à 9 km du centre-ville de Durango et à 37 km du Purgatoire.

Cette maison est situĂ©e dans l’un des plus beaux quartiers rĂ©sidentiels de la rĂ©gion de Durango et est situĂ©e sur un terrain de 5 hectares offrant intimitĂ© et isolement, Ă  quelques minutes du centre-ville de Durango. Profitez d'un cadre alpin avec de la place pour errer et des vues exceptionnelles, tout en Ă©tant proche de tous les Ă©quipements incroyables et des loisirs que vous vivez Ă  Durango.

La maison dispose d'un incroyable espace de vie extérieur comprenant un pont pour profiter de la vue imprenable. un bain à remous, une table de jardinage en plein air, un gril à gaz et un ruisseau artificiel coulant à cÎté de la maison La cuisine gastronomique généreusement équipée dispose d'une cuisiniÚre à gaz, de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils en acier inoxydable. Nous proposons également une connexion WIFI et Direct TV fiable.

La maison peut accueillir 14 personnes et convient parfaitement à plusieurs familles, car elle dispose de deux espaces de vie (chacun avec télévision).

Christmas in Durango

We flew out to be with our youngest son and his wife and brought the rest of the tribe with us. 7 of us flew in with flight delays and a 1 and 3 year old. What we loved about the property is, we could be in a family group and yet, had separate bathrooms and bedrooms.the fridge was a little dirty otherwise all was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you!

Fantastic mountain home on 8 acres

This house had it all. The kids loved their "Moose" room. It was massive and they had a blast staying in there own "apartment". It was just up the stairs away from the living area and we never heard them! We did have to use fans at night and during the day because it was warm because the lower bedrooms did not have AC. The management took care of everything and was prompt in replies. The grounds are immaculate and at night the sidewalks were lit up. Very beautiful and maintained landscape.

Durango getaway!

The house is fun, clean, roomy and the property is beautiful and secluded. Great for family wanting to get away and chill. There are also plenty of things to do around Durango based on your preferences.

Happy Family in Durango

Our group consisted of myself, my three daughters and their spouses and children. Total of twelve people. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. We cooked dinner several evenings and spent as much time as possible on the gorgeous balcony overlooking the mountains. Well equipped kitchen and great washer and dryer. The cousins slept in the large upstairs suite containing a king, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. It was a perfect space for them. Only drawback was that the two couples who stayed in the two ground level bedrooms had to share a bath. They made it work and said it was not a real problem. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Extended Family Vacation in the perfect home

Our extended family of 9, 3 families, spent 5 nights in this perfect home. Each bedroom area had comfy beds, great bathrooms, and complete privacy. The outdoor areas were awesome got grilling and also enjoying the surroundings as the views from the home were spectacular! We will book this home again next time we are in the Durango area. Also, location is close to grocery stores and historic downtown Durango.

Wonderful house in a beautiful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Steeprock. The communication from the property manager was GREAT given I've dealt with a lot of non-responsive vacation rental properties in the past, they were fantastic. As many reviewers said, house is in a great location. It's a quick drive into town but we also had several activities north of town and so it was easy to access those as well. Good house for families, I wish there were a few things supplied for smaller kids whether games or high chair/pack n play like some rentals offer but other than that there are great areas to run around for all ages! If you are going during the summer, this house doesn't have AC in the main kitchen and living room (like many houses in the area) so just a heads up as the house can get warm during the day! The back suite is very private so since we have young kids who wake up really early, it was easy to keep them away and quiet from the others in our family in the early morning! Would definitely stay here again though!!

The proximity to everything is very nice as well. I may have missed it somewhere, but it is worth noting there are three or four cameras at various places outside the property. I don't love this, but had it of been in the description at least I would have known ahead of time. Overall an easy 9 out of 10.

Steep rock Spectacular

This property was everything I was wanting and more! It is very suited for a medium to large group! The separate suite was perfect for grandpa and I to get away after a long day of activities! It made our vacation very special!!

It has lots of bedrooms and overall space for relaxing inside and out. The location is between Durango and Purgatory which was perfect for our ski vacation. Town is only a short drive and Purg is about 25 min drive. The house feels fresh and clean. We also cooked a few times and everything works well and everything one needs to cook is there. We communicated with the property manager a few times and they were very responsive. I recommend this place for larger groups.

Wonderful and Beautiful Home

The house was more than large enough to accommodate all 13 of us and gave us room to spread out.The house was very clean, and I am very picky about cleanliness. I was also grateful for the A/C that is in some of the rooms. There was an A/C in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The one in the living room definitely kept the main area of the house (living room/dining room/kitchen) nice and cool on some very warm August days. The rest of the house stayed cool without A/C.There are a lot of stairs. If there is someone in your group who does not do stairs well, this is not the rental for you. It was not an issue for our group.The only downside was the pictures make the grass area outside look bigger than it is, so there wasn't as much grassy area for the young kids to enjoy as I had anticipated. Other than that everything was just wonderful, and if we ever vacation in Durango again we would definitely stay there again!
