DĂ©tendez-vous dans notre maison lumineuse, lumineuse et mise Ă  jour sur le parcours de golf avec piscine privĂ©e d'eau salĂ©e! Nous sommes situĂ©s dans le magnifique Indian Palms Country Club, au cƓur du sud de l'Indio. Casa Cool se trouve Ă  quelques pas du site du festival sur les terrains de Polo Indio.

Le Country Club est un style de vie avec toutes les commodités, y compris 24 trous de golf, l'accÚs à trois piscines et un spa, des courts de tennis, des terrains de pickle ball, un centre de fitness, des cours de yoga et un restaurant. Ce plan d'étage ouvert dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un canapé-lit et est une maison parfaite pour se détendre au bord de la piscine, recevoir des amis ou tout simplement passer une bonne nuit de sommeil aprÚs une randonnée dans le désert ou assister à l'un des nombreux événements sportifs ou festivals locaux .

La chambre principale a un lit King; La 2e chambre et le canapé-lit sont tous deux de taille queen. Les salles de bains sont bien approvisionnées. Cuisine complÚte avec tous les ustensiles, cafetiÚre, mixeur, ustensiles de cuisine, ensemble de salle à manger. Buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, planche et fer à repasser. La cour arriÚre a des chaises de patio, des chaises longues, des chaises assises et des jeux d'eau apaisants dans la piscine. Wifi complet et utilisation de l'imprimante au besoin. Jusqu'à 6 personnes

Wish we'd stayed longer.

The property is just as promised and communication with the host was super easy. House is spacious with great A/C, great linens and beach towels. The pool was just right for 3 adults and even though the golf course is on the other side of the hedge, it was completely peaceful. I really wish we could have stayed longer.

I booked this home solely on the fact that it was so close to Stagecoach. The property was beautiful, the pool was great and it was close to a variety of restaurants. We will definitely return if we decide to go to Stagecoach again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Lovely sunny home with pool

This is a lovely, sunny home in a golf course community. The home which backs to a golf course has a cute small pool and views of the nearby mountains. There is access to the neighborhood clubhouse including weights, pool, pickelball and bocce ball. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay in Sonja and Michael's home. Some mountain view, nice greenery and plenty of sun in the back yard near the pool were all very welcome. The house is well equipped and very clean. Neighborhood is nice for walks, and has friendly people. Lots of privacy. We enjoyed exploring the southeast end of the Coachella Valley.

Very clean, cosy, and relaxing.

Wanted a relaxing weekend away by a pool, and got exactly that. The pool is perfect for those looking to lounge about, with all the extras you would need (grill, loungers, table/chairs, etc.). Very impressed by how clean and homely the place feels. Balances clean and cosy without being hollow or messy. Would happily return!

Great Weekend Getaway

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway for 4. Sonja was easy to get in contact with and communicate with. Her home was beautiful and clean. The pool area was great to lounge around and relax. Good Stay on a very hot weekend

We decided to have a staycation at this beautiful home. The home itself is great, well stocked and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were cicadas in the tree that made noise the entire day and at night would keep hitting the windows trying to get in. I’m mentioning this in case a family has someone with disabilities and may cause a trigger. The pool was great but as mentioned the floor needs replastering.

Loved relaxing by the pool

Great house for the two of us. Coming from Seattle it was such a treat to enjoy the warm weather every single day. The pool is small but good for cooling off. We both enjoyed relaxing next to the pool and reading or just listening to the Mockingbirds with their beautiful songs. Played bocce ball and pickleball a number of times at the courts. The house has pretty much everything you need and is a great location!. We were surprised by the wind though. A number of times it was so windy we didn't even go outside. Sonja was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions.

Wonderful & Restful

Without reservation, we would highly recommend a stay in your beautiful home. The quality of the kitchen and laundry appliances far exceeded our expectations. The towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful and of good quality. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the location in the middle of the gated development. In particular, at night we felt safe and secure. The neighbours were friendly 
but..afforded us the privacy we enjoyed throughout our extended stay. Sonja..you are are an accomplished artist and we appreciated knowing you through your art. The TVs and internet all worked seamlessly. You fabulous pool was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the fact that the development has three nine-hole golf courses, water aerobic classes, tennis & pickle-ball courts and a full exercise gym (weight equipment etc..) Sonja and her partner, Mike, were very responsive to any minor questions we had during our stay. We hope to return. Ken & Sue Richmond British Columbia Canada

Great Property!

The home was very clean and well supplied. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely hospitable. The backyard pool was the perfect size for us and our guests to relax and visit while providing a nice view of the golf course.. The home was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The people at the front gate were very friendly and helpful as well as other people in the community. I would highly recommend this home and these homeowners. They were so easy to work with!

Mike and Sonja have been together 20 years and have 4 grown children. While not yet retired, Indian Palms is a great retreat for their family - Mike is an avid golfer and Sonja a tennis player. We love the idea of sharing this home with others and have tried to create a warm and welcoming environment. Sonja is also an artist!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We bought this house on a whim while staying elsewhere in Indian Palms. It was love at first sight! We loved the high ceilings and curved windows and the adorable plunge pool - which we immediately converted to salt water so you won't have that yucky chlorine feeling. We have recently resurfaced and retiled the pool - and installed a new fence with solar lights. ! Everyone says the vibe is cozy yet elegant and it feels like somewhere where great conversations, connections and relaxation happen.

Indio is a great central location - near LaQuinta restaurants, golf, Living Desert, Shields date farm, Indian Wells, Palm Springs, hiking in Joshua tree and much more!!! Walking distance to Indio polo grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach. Private salt water plunge pool, golf course access, fitness center with tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and gym .
