Belle maison de 5 chambres, bord de l'eau avec jetée privée et piscine!

Réservez dès maintenant pour l'été 2020! Piscine en cours d'ajout pour les réservations d'été 2020! Le poisson qui rit est une maison de plage entièrement rénovée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur! Cette propriété vient d'être rénovée et décorée professionnellement. Il offre un décor unique avec des meubles confortables, de charmantes antiquités et des œuvres d'art originales de Pensacola. Les beaux plafonds et les boiseries sont des cyprès locaux.

1705 Ensenada Uno est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Profitez d'une vue magnifique sur le détroit de Santa Rosa. On dirait les Caraïbes! Cette maison était auparavant deux unités distinctes pour accueillir deux familles. Pour l'été 2020, le propriétaire de cette magnifique maison a combiné les deux unités et a créé la maison idéale de cinq chambres et sept salles de bain pour les grandes familles!

Sur le côté est de la maison, il y a trois chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains (deux jacuzzis) et 15 couchages.

Les 3 chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur l'eau et toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain et balcon. Une des chambres principales a un lit king (+ futon). Cette chambre s'ouvre sur une immense terrasse de 625 pieds carrés qui offre une vue panoramique sur le Sound et l'île.

La deuxième chambre principale a deux reines et une terrasse privée donnant sur l'eau.
La troisième chambre est une chambre avec lits superposés qui offre une couchette triple et dispose d'un futon (cinq couchages) avec salle de bain privée. Cette chambre dispose également d'un balcon donnant sur l'eau.

Tous les lits et le canapé-lit (@ den) sont neufs et ont de nouveaux matelas en mousse de gel (très confortables). Vous voudrez revenir!

Le plan d'étage ouvert @ la tanière / cuisine a un mur de portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur des ponts donnant sur le Sound. La cuisine gastronomique est très bien équipée avec un poêle professionnel Thermador de 48 "et un nouveau grand tiroir à micro-ondes. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là!

La tanière a également une cheminée si vous souhaitez nous rendre visite en hiver!

Sur le côté ouest de la maison, il y a deux chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. 8 couchages confortablement.

Il y a un lit king dans le maître, un lit king + futon dans le deuxième maître et un nouveau dormeur (très confortable) dans la tanière. Tous les lits et matelas sont neufs et disposent de matelas en mousse de gel super confortables. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain privée, une baignoire jacuzzi et un balcon avec une vue magnifique.

Le plan d'étage ouvert @ la den / cuisine + balcon présente un espace très agréable pour se divertir. La grande cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

La maison offre deux laveries complètes et toutes les chambres de la maison ont des téléviseurs.

La terrasse sur le toit est ÉNORME (625 pieds carrés) et est facilement accessible depuis n'importe quel étage. Il est clôturé en toute sécurité et meublé avec de belles chaises et chaises longues Polywood Adirondack. Les vues sont panoramiques et vous pouvez voir toute l'île depuis ce pont.

C'est un endroit génial pour sortir, boire un café ou votre boisson préférée!

En raison de la position de cette maison, nous obtenons les levers et couchers de soleil!
MAGNIFIQUE!

Les balcons et les passerelles abondent. CHAQUE chambre a un balcon!

La jetée est spacieuse, avec des marches menant à l'eau peu profonde. Le son est normalement très calme, donc le kayak, le paddle board, (juste flottant), etc. sont très populaires. En raison de l'eau peu profonde, c'est un endroit merveilleux et sûr pour les enfants.
Et PÊCHE. L'eau est si claire que vous pouvez voir le poisson!

Le poisson qui rit a une plage de sable menant à la jetée, avec des meubles de plage Polywood Adirondack. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz et une table de pique-nique.

Il y a aussi un bordereau de bateau, alors apportez votre bateau (ou louez-en un)!

Les vues sont tout simplement incroyables. Et vous apprécierez également de voir les voiliers et les activités nautiques.

La propriété est clôturée.

La marche vers le Golfe n'est que de cinq minutes.

Le poisson qui rit est une maison de cinq chambres / sept salles de bain avec deux cuisines et deux laveries. C'est PARFAIT pour plusieurs familles!

Loved the place. Couple things. No games. No spices for cooking. People usually leave things not here. Futons are for small children not 2 teenagers. Place was great beach cloae by was very clean and not many people.

The home was beautiful and clean, overall our experience was wonderful, but be prepared: bring garbage bags, we only had 2, bring pillow cases, there were a ton of pillows and not 1 pillow case for all the extra bedding.

Beautiful property- loved location & home

The only issue with this property is the coffee maker was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work properly & wasn’t installed properly (so if you opened it it tipped over & fell on your feet), also fridge is very small for the amount of people that the home sleeps. We had to hit the grocery often.

Five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, plus two extra bathrooms near two separate living rooms. Great views, pool, dock! I'm not sure what more you could ask for! Two washers and dryers, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/etc). We had an issue with the garbage disposal, made a phone call, and they promptly fixed it.

I rented the house because you advertised a hot tub. A bathroom jacuzzi IS NOT a hot tub. No group of people are going to sit in a bathroom together in a bathtub. Actually pretty upset about it. All of your showers need work too. They don’t drain and spray water everywhere. For the amount of money I spent this is all upsetting.

Christmas Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. It was very comfortable with our group of seven people. The views are great and it is a short walk to the beach. Quite neighborhood and plenty of room to walk around in and out. As others have mentioned, the house can use some upgrades. Dishwasher needed to run twice to clean and if you use the sleeper sofa’s, make sure you have a good chiropractor, but that’s to be expected with any sleeper sofa, they are never comfortable. Paradise beach homes was a breeze to work with and were very attentive to our questions and a couple minor issues. We would definitely use Paradise again, but another property for the next visit. In 7 days, I logged 148 flights of stairs on my watch, good for cardio, but if you have older people with you, make sure you are aware of the stairs.

Floor in kitchen was very sticky. Bathrooms were not clean. There were small roaches in the kitchen during the stay.The kitchens were very well stocked with usefull items. Aside from the kitchen and bathrooms, the house was nice and clean.The only other problem was the HVAC. Upstairs bedroom were unbearably hot. In order to maintain a tolerable temperature, the downstairs thermostat had to be set at a very low temperature which made the downstairs area very cold.

Paradise Beach Homes were easy to deal with and very receptive to answering any questions. They were very good to let client know if anyone needed to come to the house for any reason. The only downfall was no elevator and a bit difficult for those with medical condition(s) that make climbing stairs difficult. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful home. I would definitely recommend a stay here, as the gulf is only a short walk. Deep sea fishing with follow up to Peg Leg Petes Restaurant to cook our haul was an amazing experience enjoyed by all! We also rented pontoon boats to see Crab Island and enjoy the Destin area. The only additional amenity I would have loved is the ability to heat the pool. The kids got in it anyway, but it felt like ice water to me, and the sound was warmer. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made some great memories and shared great food, fun, and fellowship with the family together!

Plenty of Room for a Big Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently spent a week in this large home and had a wonderful time. Having 2 kitchens, 2 laundry room areas and 2 dens was a plus! Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there are 2 half bathrooms. One thing to note is that only 1 of the bedrooms (the bunk room) is off of the main living area. The 4 other bedrooms are upstairs, so there are a lot of stairs to navigate both getting into the house and then up to the bedrooms. There is no elevator. The pool is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the pier for fishing. We tied a large float to the pier and the kids enjoyed floating in the sound. (I note there is no beach to the pier per the home's description. It has been replaced with rocks.) The walk to the beach is just 5 minutes away. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I note that the house is in need of an exterior paint job, and the slip-covered sofas need new slip covers. The house has some wear and tear, and these 2 changes would greatly improve the feel of the place. All-in-all, the house is great, but just needs some TLC at this point.

Really Disappointed

Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived the outside looked beautiful, then when you walked in the house the Oder was terrible it took your breath away we had to go get Lysol and candles there was no way we was staying with that smell so we opened the doors to air out I got over that but it didn’t stop there none of the jacuzzi’s worked really upset with that, then our son went to bed the first night and as he was sleeping the picture above the bed fell off the wall and landed on his head why he was sleeping!! The nails y’all used are something else!! Then My daughter and granddaughter arrived the next day my granddaughter went to go to sleep in the bunk bed that night, well that didn’t last long she had me come in there she was laying on the bottom bunk but whoever stayed before us soiled the top bunk it was absolutely disgusting!!! So that room we did not use for the entire stay the sheets in the dbl bed room had stains on the sheets along with the comforters having big bleach stains all over them the furniture was terrible the couches are so worn out very uncomfortable and y’all’s coffee table that’s homemade with and old receptacle cut out of the top nice!!! Seriously!!! I’ve seen it all now what’s really sad is I tried to contact paradise beach homes but no response except for this review they sent me. I called left message for someone to contact me but nothing I text they said they would get back with me then went to office and they were closed but the lady at desk would not come to the door. Our family all met here cause this was our family vacation. I’ve rented a lot of homes and this by far was the worst stay ever!! The third day we were all setting at the table and there was a cockroach I know were in Florida and I hear it’s common but after our first 3 days of everything else why not! Just want to say we planned this all year to spend with our adult children and our grand daughter it was such a let

We stayed in the pool almost the entire time. Our pontoon boat fit the dock perfectly and was a lot of fun to have there. Construction next door but the workers were very courteous and didn’t work at night or early am. The views were amazing and the house was well equipped and clean.

Fun with family despite the management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine - I don’t see how 23 people could fit - we had 18 and had to use blowups. But there was room and the living area was great. The ladder to the water is dangerous so we did struggle to enter and exit the sound. The pool was great to have. The woman in the office was not helpful when we left. We left behind an important necklace on the railing by the pool and she refused to go check and see if it was still there. I called to ask her at 3:20, well before checkin at 5:00, and she said guests were already there. (Earlier that week when I checked in she would not give me the codes 26 minutes early!) so my granddaughters necklace is gone. But we enjoyed the week.

Leaks, leaks and more leaks

We are in FL so of course it’s gonna rain but this place needs to be pulled off of the market. The room with bunkbeds had leaks everywhere in the ceiling and we finally ended up putting the bed in the middle of the room and put pans down to catch the leaks. The tub in the same room had a hole in it so no way of taking anything but a shower and the water ran out of the shower down to the carport area below. The sundeck with the rubber roof was spongy in many places because the plywood is rotten underneath and I’m sure that is what is causing the leaks in the room below it We were totally disappointed in the exterior, the pictures you have posted are totally deceiving from what it actually is. We will never stay here again. The pool was great and the dock but that’s about it. We also had one remote to use to change channels on an upstairs and down stairs tv. If someone tells you this place was great then they did not use the bunkbed room or go on the sundeck. I feel like we should get some sort of refund for all the inconvenience. We definitely learned a valuable lesson using Vrbo and certainly trust you will do the right thing in order to gain our trust back. ….. I also notified Pensacola Beach properties by phone and email and have heard nothing back from my email and the phone call sent someone out to take pictures and change the bedding in the bunk.

A Really Good Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house accommodated a large group of all ages for a family reunion. Two full kitchens made everything so much easier. The downstairs area under the house, the pool deck and the dock were fantastic and allowed guests to spread out. The rooftop deck was a great place to watch the sunset. There were a few areas of the house that needed work, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Pensacola Wedding/Vacation

We came to town for a family wedding from South Dakota. We had 10 adults, 3 toddlers and 3 infants so this property was excellent for each family to have their own bedroom which also had a bathroom. The pool provided endless hours of fun for the toddlers and the underneath area adjoining the pool was great. There were some minor maintenance issues with the property we advised them about when we checked in but nothing that needed to be fixed, just regular maintenance issues. We overall loved this place.

The property is not well kept but not terrible. This location is not for fishing off of deck. However, the water is very clear and relaxing. If you had a kayak, that would be great.

Spacious Beach House

We had 5 families for a long weekend at the house. We loved that every room has a balcony and a bathroom. The kids loved the pool and being on the water. Plenty of parking!

Great Place For A Family Beach Retreat

Reviewer Comments: This is a great vacation home for a large group.Thw floor plan was great for the 17 of us.Loved having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.The areas that need improvement are not enough linens were provided for sleeper sofas and futons,the sofas were stained and needed cleaned or replaced and under the trundle bed had not been swept in a while.Everything else about the property and location was great!
