Notre endroit confortable est une escapade idéale pour les couples et les familles prêts à débrancher et à se détendre. Nous proposons des kayaks, des cannes à pêche, des jeux et un quai pour garer votre bateau! Belle vue sur le lac de tous les principaux domaines de la maison! Very cute and clean! We enjoyed our stay. Was very homey. We didn't spend a whole lot of time here because we came to visit family but the owner is very attentive and there is almost everything you need in the home while staying there. There are a few mom and pop shops near by for anything you may need and loved the lake.

Family weekend

My husband and I took my elderly parents and our dog to stay while we visited my daughter at GCSU. Very relaxing and comfortable house with gorgeous lake views!

So relaxing!!!

So quaint and perfect for us! The views of the lake are absolutely amazing and the wildlife is enjoyable to watch! We saw multiple deer, rabbits, squirrels, and a variety of different birds. We definitely enjoyed being "unplugged" and truly relaxing in your beautiful lake house!

What a peaceful week!

Our family spent a week at this cute home. The view was amazing! The house was peaceful and being able to see the lake from the kitchen and living room was so relaxing. My son enjoyed the dock and being able to roam on the deck. The property owner was amazing and helpful in every way! We would love to go back.

Lovely and quiet.

Very clean, cute little house. Nice deck. Lake access but down a steep hill. Far away from town. Very rural area. Amenities were good-refridgerator, stove, microwave,washer and dryer.

Relaxing

The house was nice and clean on the inside, the property managers were great and friendly! The kayaks were a nice addition! The grill needs to be updated. The walk down to the dock is challenging. Overall, enjoyed the stay, 100 percent recommend! We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this home.

No cable or Wi-Fi. DVD player didn't work well. Could not find appropriate remote. Heat difficult to maintain. Dog poop on lawn when it was suppose to be picked up. Garbage can full.

Hello Ardyth, thank you for your review. Our little cottage is meant to enjoy nature & the lake, and to get away from the plugged life. :) Remote control is in the drawer next to the DVD player, which I am happy to label next time. That was actually deer poop and has been taken care of. The garbage can had some cans left in it, no garbage :) This is a report from my cleaning lady. Always remember to contact your host if there is ever an issue! Thank you for being a wonderful guest and glad you enjoyed your time fishing.

Quarantining at its finest

We took a weekend trip to get the kids out of the house because of this quarantine! We were not disappointed! The boys had a blast in the kayaks. We didn’t take a boat so we fished off the dock and got a cooler full! The house is so cute! We loved it! It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Yes the slope to the lake is pretty steep But we wore sneakers and were fine. (Just out of shape haha) Ms. Jenelle is super friendly and she replied as soon as possible to any questions I had. There is barely any service up there but we came to relax and fish so that wasn’t an issue. We will be coming back!!

Bring your own amusement

It was OK; I was hoping there was a bit more wilderness near by to hike, or opportunities to walk along the lake, but the properties lines there are such that you will be trespassing if you do. OK, so I want to use wifi, but it appears to be reserved for the remote control HVAC. Don't count on making a phone call, at least it for T-Mobile phones. All that, and we had to take our trash with us. Isn't that what housekeepers do?

Spring Break during a Pandemic 🤷

CUTE house! Our family enjoyed the warm weather and relaxation while "social distancing". Great neighborhood for walking if that's your thing. The incline to and from the dock is pretty steep, so make sure to bring Chacos or Tennis Shoes that you don't mind getting wet. The kitchen is fully stocked with fry daddy if catch some fish, skillet & Crock-Pot along with all dishes and utensils. Except you will need to bring a can opener - if they have one there, I never found it. Make sure you have plenty of gas coming to the property and bring everything you need with you because the closest grocery/convenience store is roughly 30-45 mins away - this house is in the COUNTRY! Cell phone reception was spotty at the house and there was no Wi-Fi. We didn't mind! They provide a TV with DVD player with several movies and a Wii gaming system with games. Overall, a great little place for the price - especially if you have watercraft or other friends/family with a lake spot. 5 stars!

Insurance

I would suggest you include insurance with your stay. A bunk bed step was broken and Insurance will cover $1,200 for broken step probably not built for biggg kids. But otherwise stay was great.

GCSU Family Weekend 2022

We came over to enjoy Family Weekend with our GCSU freshman. The cabin was a bit further than we had originally thought but it worked out okay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time at the cabin but it was so nice to wake up with all my children and the dog all under one roof. It was very cute and clean. Would love to come back to enjoy more outside time.

Beautiful and Inviting Property

What a wonderful cabin!! Jenelle was very responsive to my questions, and the description of the house was extremely accurate. We loved watching the girls play by the water, and loved sitting down at the large dining room table to play board games and enjoy my dad’s birthday. We will definitely rent again!!

Great home on the lake! Nearest grocery store is almost 1 hour away, so go prepared. Very spacious home with great views of the lake.

RELAXING!!

Adorable lake house! Wonderful place to let go of all your worries and just chill!! Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. It is definitely a long way from any store so make sure you have everything you need!!
