Bienvenue à Maui, votre paradis vous attend! Notre condo est situé dans le Kamaole Sands Resort à Maui, en face du magnifique parc Kamaole Beach III. Il est situé dans la cour intérieure hautement souhaitable du complexe, au rez-de-chaussée, avec l'intimité d'une unité d'extrémité. L'unité est idéalement située à proximité de toutes les commodités du complexe, y compris la grande piscine et le jacuzzi (fête de piscine Mai Tai le mercredi), centre de fitness, courts de tennis et plus!

Kamaole Sands est une belle et relaxante station balnéaire avec plus de 15 acres de verts et un paysage tropical d'Hawaii et de superbes équipements. Le complexe offre également un emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques et des restaurants du sud de Kihei et à quelques minutes de route de Wailea.

Cette unité comprend:

• Unité terminale au rez-de-chaussée, vue sur la cour intérieure, à quelques pas de la piscine

My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

Beautiful property, great location and very comfortable.

The condo was very comfortable, much more so than other units I have stayed at in Maui. Everything you need is there and they have an excellent supply of beach equipment. Across from the best beach , never too crowded, sand and the surf are perfect. Had a wonderful time and will definitely rebook here next year.

Best vacation ever!!

The only reason we gave cleanliness a 4 is because the bathroom tub and tile could use a good power wash/scrub.

The perfect Maui Family Vacation

Our stay at Kamole Sands was fabulous! The location of our condo to the beach and all the activities out family wanted to participate in was perfect. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The decor was very nice and fit in with the island vibe! The owners were easy and pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to assure our family have the best vacation possible. Can't wait to go back!

Great location

We loved being so close to the beach, Kam III was the best beach in our opinion. If you want a view this not not the location for you. But easy access to the pool and parking spot, worked great for us.

Clean, convenient unit. Well-maintained complex. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick responses from owner. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, wagon available. My faves: morning coffee on the lanai and a quick walk to Kam 3 beach.

Perfect condo for family with toddler

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands and we were so pleased again. We were particularly impressed with how this unit was maintained. The cleanliness, organization, and comforts helped make our vacation super relaxing and stress free. I love the location, so close to the pool with a lovely lanai next to the lawn. Monica was so helpful and responsive. You can tell the owners treasure this property and truly want others to enjoy their stay in Maui.

We would stay here again!

Property and unit were as pictured. We were notified about checkin time that the dishwasher was not working properly and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay, bummer to have to hand wash dishes on vacation. Other than that, all was great.

A beautiful slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Joy and Matt’s unit. The unit is clean, comfy and homey. The unit is well-stocked, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a collapsible wagon. Our favorite thing was the very secluded lanai. Even though we were in a 400+ unit complex, Joy and Matt’s lanai is very private. We loved eating out on the lanai. Joy was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. A wonderful stay, and we hope to get back soon.

Very satisfied with both the unit and the property

The unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped and everything worked as expected. The owners and the local contact are well organized and easy to deal with. The overall property is well maintained. The pool is great with lots of lounge chairs and the numerous BBQ areas are convenient and very clean. Didn't use the tennis courts but they look in very good shape. The location in Kihei has great beach access and lots of services are within easy walking distance.

Wonderful Condo in Beautiful Complex

We had the best stay at this condo! It was perfect for us and our two children. It had everything we needed, all the right upgrades (big tv's in the living room and bedroom with all the streaming apps), loved the ground floor corner location where the kids could run out and play on the grass. There was everything we needed for days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, wagon to tote it all). This was our first time at Kamaole Sands - it was awesome, the pool was great, loved the hottubs and the covered family game area where our kids loved to play ping pong & foosball. Communication was great with the owners - we will stay here again hands down!
