Nous payons la chaleur de la piscine! Super Location plus quatre trous et Green Chipping!

Le plan de la grande salle vous permet de profiter de la compagnie de votre fête. Deux télévisions à grand écran pour profiter de vos événements sportifs préférés, films. Une cuisine plus récente avec beaucoup de comptoir en granit, un coin petit-déjeuner et une belle vue sur la piscine et le patio récemment rénovés. Comfy Casas, LLC, voulait faire une déclaration avec cette maison et a amélioré la terrasse avec de beaux pavés de travertin à chevrons à la fois sur la terrasse et sur un patio couvert surdimensionné! Grand terrain de coin donne beaucoup d'intimité. Marchez vers une pléthore de restaurants, y compris des restaurants Burgers IN-and-Out, Suchi, mexicains et italiens. Des magasins tels que Macy's, Dillards et même Costco sont à moins de 800 mètres de cette maison. We had a very good 16 day stay at this property. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and we were very comfortable during our stay. Janet was very prompt and helpful when we reached out with questions.

Loved the outdoor space with a great pool, mini golf & ping pong! Quiet & convenient neighborhood. Comfortable living spaces. Only issue was the shower control is an older style & little tricky to adjust to correct temperature. Would stay again!

Everything was great. The home was in a quiet area, was clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed. My teenage kids said the beds were very comfortable, and we agree. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, glasses, and cookware and there was a gas grill by the pool. We enjoyed the pool every day, as well as the ping pong table and putting green. This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Janet was very responsive and I would highly recommend this property.

This house and Janet our host were exactly what we wanted. We had a couple of minor problems with lights and fans broken and Janet immediately deployed a very nice and responsive person to install new ones that she bought. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The garage situation was great for our motorcycles and trailer. We had a few friends and children visit along the way. The house is super comfortable and easy easy easy. The location is great - anything you want is nearby. There are a few things that are a bit aged..dishwasher isn’t great, cushions outside are run down, ice maker temperamental but it’s understandable given it’s a rental place. All in all just a great experience. Thank you Janet.

Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Was just as good as our previous stay. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The pool is heated and A/C works perfect for those hot days. Home is close to many restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a place to relax and dry out (if you're from the PNW like us) we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic house & location

Our family started at this property for 11 days during our cross country move to Phoenix. The house has a great location close to all amenities! Pool is fantastic and lots of games for kids! They left the garage door opener which is a must to park in the garage during the hot months. It was nice to have full cable on tv as most VRBOs just have a smart tv. Beds are comfy and lots of different spaces to gather. We had a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.
