Cette belle maison au bord de l’eau du lac Balboa est un endroit merveilleux pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de tout ce que Hot Springs Village et ses environs ont Ă  offrir. Que vous aimiez le golf, le tennis, le pickle ball, la pĂȘche, la natation, le kayak ou tout simplement pour vous Ă©vader, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de profiter de votre sĂ©jour.
Les vues sont magnifiques depuis le pont, le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. La fontaine cascade extérieure, le foyer, le gril et le coin salon sont tous des bonus. Le niveau allée est bien aussi.
Les promenades du soir dans ce quartier calme et paisible constituent Ă©galement une escapade romantique parfaite.

Beautiful property. Some hair in the bathroom. A little hard to get to the dock. Poster bed in the master was in the way of the TV. Loved the waterfall. Great property and location overall!!! Host Kim was fantastic.

Great location in HSV and the view of Lake Balboa were great. The water fountain was awesome too! Host was very attentive and responded quickly Would stay again.

Would definitely recommend! Great space, well, equipped, kitchen, and comfortable beds. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the waterfall. Great area to swim around the dock.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for almost a week in March. Everything was as described and we had a great stay at the home which has an amazing view and direct access to the water. The King size bed for the main bedroom was nice too! The property manager was very proactive and also responded promptly when we had questions. Overall loved it.

Tranquility

The home was lovely and the lake side views were spectacular. The neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed biking the trails to Lake Balboa dam and kayaking from the backyard. Hot Springs NP is wonderful and fairly close by. We loved relaxing on the back deck and listening to the bird calls while admiring the views. There is so much to see and do. I only regret not reserving a extra night or two!

Just what we needed!

This was our 2nd stay at this gorgeous house! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. There is a spacious deck out back where you can enjoy the lake view. The community itself is so scenic and peaceful. Loved the winding drive from the West Gate entrance. Definitely a great choice! We might have to make it an annual getaway!

Thanksgiving with family

What a comfortable and beautiful place. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen and view was spectacular! Beds were very comfortable, golf courses were fantastic and even caught a bass off the dock and also from a rented pontoon boat. Would definitely come back!
