At Maxwell Park Apartments, we offer an incredible blend of comfort and convenience, all at a budget-friendly price. Our 2-bedroom downstairs apartment is nestled in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, yet just steps away from the vibrant South Coast.

This spacious, clean, and self-contained accommodation comfortably fits 1-4 guests, with the option to add an extra bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom is equipped with twin beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed upon request, and both are cooled by air-conditioning units to ensure a restful night.

Start your day with breakfast on the patio, basking in the warm sunshine or enjoying a cool drink in the late afternoon as the sun sets. The apartment also features its own laundry room, complete with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and kettle. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter pack with coffee, tea, milk, and basic toiletries.

Hanifa and Isaac were great to deal with

The apartment was adequate, but being used to being on the beach with breezes for many years, we found it a little hot . A few notes- with only one patio table for 4 apartments, it was a little tricky, because guests at one apartment used it every night at suppertime to play cribbage so we had to wait til they were done before eating . The table on our deck was too small for 4 people and there is no dining table in the apartment. Hanifa said that the kitchen will be renovated, which is good. A larger stove and fridge would be very welcome, as well as upper cabinets to hold food. Hanifa was great though, giving us a shelf to hold things. Sharp knives would be nice. Also some baking pans . When renovating the kitchen I would recommend track lighting so there is light over the stove. Overall though , it was a great place to stay. Very well kept , great hosts. The sheets on our king sized bed were awesome!! And the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper Paige was a treat, and entertained us with her sweet singing while she worked.
