This thexsecond tone we stayed in this unit and again we really enjoyed it. We like the room and the amenities at the Patricia grand. We love they we can stay there with out Yorkie. We have stayed at the Patricia Grand in other rooms but like this one. Again thanks for another great vacation.

Definitely will be back for more

Stayed for 10 nights from Christmas to New Year. Went with our older dachshund (14 years) as his bucket list to view ocean. Bring your own camping chair for pets as dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. We did have 2 seat camping chair for him to use behind balcony glass so he can sunbath. What we like was restaurant on 2nd floor which was convenient for breakfast and later on drinks. There were total 3 heated jacuzzis inside (plus 1 more outside and 1 non heated). Pool heated inside as well as lazy river that we used everyday. One mini Starbucks in the lobby and another full sized one across the street 3 minutes by walk. From all seafood buffets we tried best was 5 min by walk - Bennett calabash on 29th and route17 (best by taste and menu to choose from) with 2 glasses of wine for 8. Things we think could improve (that were important to us but can be non issue for others)- TV could be upgraded to smart TV. Especially youngsters would love to log on into Disney, Hulu etc for family night movie. We did pick up cheap 32” smart tv for 80 from target to remedy this. - Exterior parking across the street meant for bigger vehicles was occupied by small cars that had plenty of space in the parking building. We did came with crew van that was higher than parking entrance. If I could fit inside covered parking I would park there non stop. Would probably implement signs to prohibit use for smaller cars. - Put plastic or temp doors over missing doors by lazy river for wind

Week stay at resort

Our stay at this resort was perfect for the 2 of us ! We enjoyed our stay the only complaint was we tried to go to the restaurant at resort twice and was never opened when showed it should be ! Other than that our stay was great! Location was great to walk to places to eat and to the strip! I would use the resort again !!

Perfect!

The suite is wonderful. The owner is great to work with. She is very responsive and everything went as planned/stated. The view is fabulous. The room is clean. The building is nice. It is extremely dog friendly. The only drawback is parking. It is a very tight garage across the street. Drive the smallest vehicle that you can.

Beautiful Ocean Sunrise View

The "private" suite was just what I was looking for... My Fur-baby & I loved the view allowing me to experience & take photos of wonderful sunrises over the ocean from sliding glass doors on both sides of the suite. It was very clean & the amenities were appreciated. I loved not having to check in or out or keep up with room keys, but to just enter a code. I would suggest a welcome packet in the suite to advise of resort guidelines, such as where to walk pets, pool times, resort door lock times, etc. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved that we could bring our pup along. It was her first time at the beach and she had a wonderful time too. Loved the double balconies. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor pools to choose from and a bar at the pools. This is a very nice place to stay. Exactly like the photos. Loved everything about our room and can’t wait to come back.

Communication was great . The room was a tad smallish but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The facilities at the hotel could be a little cleaner and staff could be more inviting and friendlier . Parking is across the street and that was a tad difficult. I would stay again if I was traveling without my two children tho .

Horrible stay

This place was nasty. Sheets were not clean upon arrival. Carpet was so disgusting my feet turned black just walking across it and it smelled like urine. Contacted owner multiple times. Once was told could leave for a partial refund but when asked the total of the refund there was no response until it was “too late.” Balcony door was unusable therefore we could not enjoy the beach from there. Waste of money. Other rooms in the same hotel are much cheaper. Ruined our whole vacation. Room needs major upgrades.

So convenient to the beach!

We really enjoyed watching the sun rise over the beach! It was beautiful and so convenient. Our dog loved it! Only drawback is that it needs some renovations e.g. carpet and bathroom. Thank you for a great stay!
