This property was great! We celebrated my sons 16th birthday party here. The boys and men had a great time on the lake just a .5 away fish and tubing. Then there was just enough space for all entertainment and cooking on the back porch.

Family Reunion Great Stay!

The Lodge was super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking. Courtney was very accommodating and very easy to get in touch with. Easy access to Boat launch/lake. We are planning to go back in the fall!!

Great Property for several boats

This property was perfect for our group. We had several vehicles and 3 boats. There was plenty of covered parking for boats, and trucks!! We will definitely be staying here every year!

Second time staying here and it was great once again. Easy access to the boat ramp to get going in the morning and plenty of space in the evenings at the house. Great place to stay on Sam Rayburn.

Trashmaster Tournament

Had trouble with sewer but thar was caused by previous guests. Owner had plumber come out and repair. Did not get door code at first but that got remedied. Property very nice and comfortable and well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. Boat parking was great.

Home away from home

This house is ideal for the whole family to get together. Plenty of room for all ages to gather, rest and visit. It is clean, quiet, and cozy. If available in the future we will rent again.

Men’s yearly fishing trip

This is our 3rd year staying at the lodge. Courtney has always been absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The property and location are exactly what we need. Plenty of rooms, showers and outside area for the boats. The lodge is always clean and plenty of space to cook and eat in the common areas. Always a pleasure and look forward to next year.

No electricity

A thunderstorm knocked the power off at 6 pm the first evening. We sweated through the first night and did not open the fridge. We went to Lufkin and ate breakfast. Still no power at about 3 pm. We could not let our family reunion food for Saturday spoil so we had to go home. We asked the hostess for a complimentary visit the first Saturday of June next year, but she said she woukd ask but is not hopeful. This building needs a generator for backup since she sad the are is prone to power loss

Great house, location and host

Beautiful clean house! Plenty of covered parking and power outlets. Host was so friendly and accommodating! Quick access to multiple boat ramps, marina and convenient store. Will be booking again and highly recommend to anyone headed to sam rayburn.
