Ce magnifique 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain Skyhome offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et le son de Santa Rosa! L'unité a été récemment rénovée et dispose de carrelage, d'une télévision à écran plat avec accès Internet et câble mis à niveau, et de nouveaux meubles.

La literie dans cette unité comprend un lit king-size, deux lits queen-size, des lits superposés (un lit en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut) et un canapé-lit. Située dans la tour 2, cette tour est adjacente au Lifestyle Center, qui est le cœur de la station.

We enjoyed our two-week stay in Family Tides. The condo was well-appointed. We brought our own rice cooker and crockpot, which proved helpful. I recommend you bring a tall pot and a large pan if you plan to cook for more than just a couple of people. Worth noting, the mattress in the bedroom off the living space is the nicest mattress. Sleep there if you want the best sleep at night. We would return again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was one of the best places my family has stayed on a vacation. The condo was roomy, in a great location, clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was awesome. We would love to stay there again.

Family vacation

This is our second (of many I’m sure) time staying at Portofino Resort. We absolutely love it here! Everything is easily in reach. We spend equal amounts of time at the pool as we do at the beach. Thanks for another beautiful vacation!

Awesome condo and property. The couch in this condo gets 10 stars!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo and property are beautiful and offer lots of amenities. We usually play tennis and enjoy the hot tub when we are there, but the weather was in the 20s during our stay so we spent a lot of time indoors. I highly recommend Portofino, especially this unit!

Family trip to the beach

This place amazed us! With over 2000 sq ft, there was plenty of room for the 10 members of our family. The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. The view from the wrap around balcony was outstanding and a great place to relax. The resort’s accommodations were kid and adult friendly. Loved it!

We found a jewel with great views!

Wow! The views from this property were absolutely beautiful. We had a group of seven ladies ranging in age from 21 to 49. Carrie, our host, was helpful and easily accessible from the moment of booking and throughout our stay. Check in was a breeze and nearly everyone we encountered on the property was kind. Customer service is so important to us. This unit is spacious, welcoming, bright and tastefully decorated. We are a pretty particular group when it comes to cleanliness. We did wipe down every surface including inside the refrigerator when we arrived as we planned to purchase groceries during our stay. We would do that anywhere. Our only complaints were that floors felt a bit sticky. I contacted our host and the matter was quickly resolved by housekeeping. We left for the beach and the floors were cleaned before we returned! The glass surrounding the wrap around balcony we’re a bit cloudy. The views from every room of this property are just so wonderful that I would always make it a priority to have that glass cleaned before any guests arrive. We did encounter a few ants in the primary bedroom. I contacted the property manager and I was informed that they were aware and had scheduled an appointment for this to remedied. We cooked a few times during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also used the washer and dryer. The washing machine was a bit loud during the spin cycle and could probably use a check but It was still a bonus to be able to wash the towels and our laundry during the stay. I think a good deep cleaning of the unit would resolve all of the issues. Overall we had a wonderful time and we all agreed that we would definitely return to this jewel of a property again!

Very nice condo

The condo was very spacious and comfortable for the 8 people in our group. The 3.5 bathrooms worked out great. The multiple pools, beach access, and available water sports activities were awesome.

Great Time at the Beach!

The Portofino condo was wonderful, clean and plenty of room for our group! There are endless things to do in the complex and the staff is very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who would like to take a beach vacation!

Unreliable WiFi

This place is great, except if you need the WiFi to work consistently, know that the WiFi is entirely unreliable. I had to go to Starbuck’s to work because the signal strength was so weak and I couldn’t maintain a connection. I would stay here again if the unit would get it’s own WiFi network and not have to rely upon the Portofino WiFi. Also, free cancelllation is not really free. We had to cancel one night because of a family issue and only received a 10% refund instead of 20% (cancelled 1 of 5 nights). Very clean, kitchen is well-stocked, and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. The hot tub for Tower 2 was so hot we couldn’t use it. Management was aware but we left before it was fixed. Highly recommend other than WiFi (which was very important to us).

Roomy comfy condo with great views.

Lots of room to spread out. Each bedroom has it's own bath plus a half bath. Heated indoor & outdoor pools were great for winter time. Would stay again.
