Great remote location away from the busy nature of San Pedro, where the chill mindset of Iz and team allows one to truly relax and adopt the island vibes.

Paradise!

The three families (including 4 kids ages 3-12) in our group had a wonderful time at Playa del Sol! We enjoyed the quiet location and clean, comfortable accomodations! Iz and the PDS family took great care of us, including snorkeling and fishing trips, and delicious food and drink! We hope to return!

Birthday celebration

The property is beautiful with everything you need in one place. Food was delicious, drinks were great, Iz is very friendly and accomadating for whatever you need. He set us up with a beautiful beach BBQ for the birthday celebration and an awesome cake. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. Would recommend multiple excursions. David and oscar on the boat will provide you with a great time. The water is amazing with some beautiful sunrises. Will be back for sure.

Amazing

Other than being a little further out of town than I thought this place was perfect. IZ the host was amazing and was there to help me in anyway that we needed. I had my mom and dad with me and my four kids. Everyone felt safe and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely! Here's the revised review:"Paradise Found: A Resort That Truly Delivers!

From the moment we arrived, this resort felt like a dream. The service was impeccable—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay special.The bar was an absolute highlight! With secret-recipe rum punch and a relaxing and lively atmosphere, it was the perfect place to unwind. Speaking of adventure, the snorkeling experience was pure magic, with vibrant marine life just beneath the surface.We traveled with three families totaling 13 people, 8 adults and 5 children ranging from 12-14 and all members had exciting adventures they loved.The pool was pure relaxation, uniquely shaped like a stingray, adding an extra splash of whimsy to our sunny swims. The resort's dog’s roaming and accompanying our group was a cherry on top, making it feel even more like a home away from home. Can't wait to return to this slice of paradise."

ideal for study abroad

The property was pretty much as shown, other than the unfortunate sargassum on the beach. However, this is ALL of the Caribbean issue and the staff males up for it. They truly make you feel at home - and the food!!! We originally planned to make our own, but after the first two meals, we just ate at the bar! Location also made it so that I did not have to worry about students participating and getting in trouble (or lost) in another country. It was also a good location to use to teach some ecology and global impact studies. Overall, I plan to use the location again if I can.
