Our family had a great time. This was comfortable with plenty of places to sleep. It had an amazing view and lots of fun things to do: pool table, slide, tetherball, more. We would stay again

The property was designed to keep children entertained which it did! The view of the lake was spectacular. The property was very clean and accommodated 24 of us easily. We had a wonderful stay and will come back.

Best lake views. Excellent location and plenty of beds for everyone. I wished there had been a few more kitchen basics (like foil, Saran Wrap, an extra roll of paper towels) but there was plenty of serving ware, utensils, bakeware, etc. and there was plenty of garbage bags and toilet paper, and laundry detergent. The best part of the house is the view and space. We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great family relaxing and bonding time

The kids loved the many play options inside and out! Adults loved the many seating options for cards and lounging. Nice big kitchen. Only complaint is that the mattresses are the cheapest mattresses we have even slept on in a VRBO rental.

Rasbeary retreat

The view is the best part of the whole thing. It is lovely to sit out on the deck if it is not to hot and just enjoy the beauty of the lake. The kids loved the slide, swings and sport stuff inside. Our stay went very well and the management company was excellent. They were there every time we needed something, it was impressive.

Great times

We had 20 of us. 8 adults and 12 kids ages 6 mos to 10. Kids loved the backyard swing and all the activities in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay. Property management was very responsive when we had questions.

Raspberry Retreat

Our stay at raspberry retreat was exceptional. The home exceeded my best hope and expectations for a clean, comfortable and entertaining property. We had 21 people of all ages and there were things to do for everyone. The management was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure everything was as it should be. I highly recommend this host and property

Great property and communication

The property was as advertised. Close to the marina and lake. Property manager was excellent and prompt with communication through the entire experience. Our only complaint was with South Beach crowd. Thank you for the memories!

Fun Retreat

The property was as portrayed online and we had a wonderful time. A few of the mattresses need to be replaced as they were impossible to sleep on. Luckily we didn't need al 26 of the places to sleep and were able to switch to sleep-able beds.

So Much to Do

What we really liked about this house was all the entertaining "toys." This kept the grandchildren busy when we were there. Swing Set, Tetherball, Horseshoes, Basketball back board, Long slide etc Inside the house there was a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, etc Also, plenty of dinnerware and extra fridge/freezer in garage.

Loved it!

We loved staying here! We wish there was one more bigger bed rather than so many bunk beds but we made it work. The bathroom door upstairs is really hard to open and close. The sink downstairs drains pretty slow. We could have used some grilling tools and a griddle. It was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and backyard with the swings, slide, and tetherball. The view was so amazing! Definitely would recommend.

Great Place for a Reunion

The place was a great fit for our family reunion. It is well planned with open design for large groups. There were a lot of fun things to do on site and off site. We were glad that we had a place to sleep everyone. The second fridge in the garage was wonderful for a group our size. The view from the hot tub was amazing as well as the view from the family room. There was plenty of parking. It would have been good to have a couple of pitchers for drinks, more cutting boards (that would save the knives on the granite as they were really dull) and a colander. One crockpot doesn't work but the other one does. Little bars of soap for the shower would also be nice. Nice to have spices and things to cook with. It would be nice to have a 9V battery to put in the smoke alarm as it went off at 5:15 a.m. one morning and we were all running around trying to find the fire, which there wasn't one. It would have been great to only have to book 3 nights instead of having to book 4 nights, but it worked out. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us. Fife Family.

Bear Lake Best!!!

We had an outstanding stay for a group of 11 over four days and four nights. The bunk and king beds were comfortable, the kitchen was really well equipped, the bathrooms were clean and had excellent water pressure, the porches were big and had great outdoor furniture, and the swingset and indoor games for kids made for a GREAT time. Only thing I would change is to have high quality coffee there rather than the generic stuff, but we brought our own so no big deal. Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding!

Raspbeary Retreat is an absolutely beautiful home. Clearly a new build with great decor and many things for children and adults of all ages to do including just relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean up requirements are minimal, but the house is so nice ya just want to keep it that way:) Walking distance to the marina.

This house was prefect. We stayed for a week with 25 people. The deck and before are amazing! The house is comfortable with lots of amenities. The swing set was a bit, even with the adults. There is an extra fridge in the garage, so we could hold lots of food. Management was quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We'll be back!

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The location is awesome. The home has an amazing view of Bear Lake and is a short drive to everything in Garden City. There was plenty of room for everyone and tons of activities for the kids inside and outside of the home. We will definitely come again!
